Only been in residence for a few months but my home has been what I needed and wanted it to be so far. Richard was patient with me rescheduling my 45 walk thru a couple of times. When we finally got to the day, he kindly answered questions and walked me through a few things in my Garman Homes information packet. A very pleasant experience so far.
