Not many times do you find professional builders and managers that are a delight to work with. Working with Trent and Danica at Fresh paint by Garman was a refreshing reward. I have been in the Real Estate industry for 22 years and have dealt with many construction managers and onsite reps and these two have been fantastic to work with. There are not enough words to put into writing just how pleased my client and myself are with both of these individuals. I can't wait to have another client who wants to purchase with Fresh Paint by Garman so that I can call Danica and Trent again and do this all over again. Trent is very much hands on and communicates through-out the whole process. Danica was right there the whole way...
