I had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Garman, including Janice and Hunter in sales, Chris who managed the build, and Richard in warranty service.

I had significant frustration and delay replacing a shower enclosure with a manufacturing defect, which was due to Aquatic Bath. Richard worked with me to replace the unit with a tub, and I plan to tile the walls to avoid installing a multi-piece unit.
