My family and I first began working with Garman in spring 2016 and, by January 2017, we were all moved into our new home. I can t say that our house is perfect (who can?), but I have been consistently impressed with the Garman staff, from the design process to post-move in fixes. In particular, the two warranty managers I ve worked with - first Richard and, later, Wayne - have been absolutely exceptional. They are both excellent communicators who worked quickly and efficiently to remedy every problem we encountered. It s clear to me that Wayne, Richard, and Garman overall, truly care about the quality of the homes they build and the people that buy them. If I were to build a new home today, I would make some decisions differently, but choice of builder is not one of them.
