Amazing customer service. I was helped by a nice gentleman named David Castilleja and he was very informative regarding getting insured for the first time. He explained every detail and even helped find a policy that was perfect for me and fit my needs. Got responses almost immediately and had no issues. Would greatly recommend to anyone looking for an easy, nice, and helpful experience when looking for insurance! Very grateful for David s help and glad to be part of the GAINSCO family! (:
