I made a payment on the month of September and it was not processed on Gainsco s end. I've been consistently making payments and was never informed of the error. Instead Gainsco s decided to cancel my insurance entirely without notice. The company has made zero attempts on their end to fix their mistake. Instead I have to purchase a new plan.

I've been given awful customer service over the phone thus far. As someone who works in customer service for a living, I and my company would never treat my customers this way.

If I get a into an accident or get a ticket for this company's mistake then it would effect my entire family and Gainsco s would need to answer for that. This NEEDS to be addressed and repaired ASAP.
