This dealership has seemed been pretty fair in repairs and maintenance for my truck, and if I get there first thing in the morning I'm usually on my way again in an hour or two. And there's donuts.

Another great service experience! The shuttle by Lyft worked perfectly, and Service Advisor Brad W. worked with my time constraints for the day. Thanks, Brad! I know I can trust my car to Future Ford Sac - and I'm a picky one. ;)
I've been having so much anxiety since my car broke down earlier this week, but Brian Deleon took all stress off my shoulders. He got me exactly what I asked for right away with no games. I'm so thankful for him! He even got me a great deal as a first time buyer. Every other dealership I went to took forever and still couldn't get me anything, but Brian made the process so easy! He was so helpful, go to him!
Great service writers, always great on time work! But this time, the day after my service my battery went belly-up, 2016 car OEM battery, but I just feel they should have caught it. Otherwise 5 stars. Repeat customer.
What a great experience leasing my 2016 Fusion. There was absolutely no hard sell. Worked mainly with Stan in leasing and Shay in finance, both were professional and cared that the transaction would meet my needs. In fact, an error was noted in the pricing which was corrected quickly and without question. All staff appeared to care that you were treated with respect. Look forward to my next purchase which will be at Future Ford.
Stopped by with a friend looking to buy a new truck and was quite impressed with sales associate Dave Gomez. He was very welcoming, informative, as well as funny. He answered all questions and made sure everyone had his business card.
My experience at Future Ford of Sacramento was outstanding. My service advisor Jr Reyes is always on the ball and keeps me informed throughout the whole process. I've been following Jr when he gets transferred to other Ford Stores for at least 10 to 15 years he is an outstanding service advisor
Note, I did give this feedback in writing to the sales department but I never received a response. Hopefully this prevents someone else from going through a similar headache:
1. To start, when I inquired about my car online, the inventory was not fully checked and I was told I should come see the car in person. I drove 1.5 hours only to find out that the car was still undergoing certification inspection and was not available for me to view that day. 2. After I signed for the car, I was told the car should be ready in a couple days, at most 4 days. I was not able to pick up the car for almost 2 weeks after I signed for it. Furthermore, communication about when the car would be ready was very poor. I had to call myself multiple times and was told I would receive a call back that day or the next morning with an update and never did. The failure to receive a call back after I was told I would happened multiple times. 3. Once I did pick up the car, I immediately started noticing problems on the way home. I noticed the alignment of the wheel was off and I had to hold the steering wheel at an angle to get the car to drive straight. I did not have time in my schedule to drive the car back right away so I figured I would take it in to my local dealer on my next day off. When I took it in, I was told that was not a covered item on my warranty. I called Future Ford Sacramento and was told by your sales manager that I would receive a call back shortly after he looked into whether repair could be covered at a local Ford dealership to me. I never received a call back. I called the next day and left a voicemail. Again I never received a call back. 4. While driving the following week, a screw fell on my head. The other screw that should have been holding my visor up was gone so the visor started swinging down. This was missed during the certification inspection. 5. A few days after that, my car stopped charging at home (I purchased a C-max). I later found out this was due to a bad charger cord. Again, that was missed during the certification inspection. 6. The sales person emailed me a few weeks after I received my car to say Ford was there if I ever needed anything in the future. I responded with my concerns above and was told the car's problems should be covered under my warranty. When I replied that it wasn t, my email was ignored. I followed up twice on that email asking for a response, and was again ignored. 7. I finally had enough and took my car into my more local Ford service shop. The service manager there agreed that this was quite a lot to be dealing with given the car was certified and just a few weeks off the lot. I tried calling Future Ford Sacramento and asked to talk to Service manager. He told me I needed to get approval from the Sales manager. Each time I called I was transferred to voice mail. The sales manager at my local department was shocked and said we definitely run our department differently here . I finally called back and requested to talk to ANY manager that was available and was put through to someone who FINALLY listened to my concerns and provided an invoice for the repairs to be done. My alignment was repaired, my visor was fixed and my charger cord was replaced. They even washed my car at no charge.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone until there is a change in management and significant improvements made.
Kathy my service advisor was able to help me decipher and schedule my maintenance plan correctly, I had no idea the plan was sent to expire sooner than I had realized
We always receive excellent customer service at Future Ford of Sacramento. We have bought many vehicles from the dealership and have recommended it to family and friends. Brian Deleon is the salesman we always work with because of his ability to connect with his customers. He is like family to us!
The Future Ford family embraces and cares about their customers! I have referred friends, bought my last new car there, and i will go back there when the time comes, for the best treatment and best deal! I love these guys, they rock!
Jose is the service Ryder we mainly use for our personal vehicle. The staff and Jose was very helpful and my car was ready when he said. Keep up the hard work!
I have bought two vehicles from here so far . My very first truck that I loved so much and than I had recently traded it in for a newer SUV . Kelly Shepherd is the man to go to , he helped me both times find exactly what I wanted and got me the deal I needed . He will always be my go to !
Mr. Ryan Millhollin has changed my opinion on, as well as my experience in shopping for a New Car. He was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and not to mention good looking. Thank You Mr. Millhollin for an unforgettable experience. Sincerely, April Lee
Had an amazing experience finding the perfect car at an amazing deal all thanks to Katie and Dennis! Definitely make me want to be coming back for more in the future.
Gino Lewis gave me a great price for the exact car I needed. He knows what he's doing. Has the goods. Offered refreshments and delivered an amazing vehicle. I'm bringing my business back most definitely.
I have been car shopping for a few months and it is quite an experience. I have searched literally every dealership in Sacramento. I have also spoken with many car salesman. I always felt that they were just trying to get the sale and didn't really care about what I wanted. I recently got in contact with Mr. David A. Braley at Future Ford of Sacramento. This gentleman went above and beyond the call of duty. He listened to what I wanted in my new vehicle, didn't try to show me something I couldn't afford or didn't want. Gave me a ton of respect and really made my car search a great experience. If you want to buy a new car visit this dealership and ask for Mr. David A. Braley. You'll be glad you did!
Great service, The service advisor was very helpful and helped me promptly. The work quality was outstanding. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Future Ford of Sacramento needs to be closed! We baught a car from them that we were pushed into and it does not fullill our needs. Since day one they have had us coming in on a lie that they had the car we really wanted, had to go back 6 times to re fill out paperwork, differant person to so call help us each time we have been in...... not to mention the car has died 3 times leaving me stranded with my toddler each time and a number of mechanical issues that we have been told isn't even covered in the extra coverage package that we baught. I am so fed up with their incompetence and lack of professionalism. One manager even had the odasity to blame me because I am a woman for the car braking down. And one of the finance guys even yeld at us and hung up on us. In short, go elsewhere to buy a car!
Kevin and the other service team members were able to take good care of me. My car had some weird issues and they were able to figure everything out without completely breaking the bank.
a couple of years back I purchased a new fusion. it was around the time when the model was first introduced. recently I decided to take closer look at the new version of it, the economical hybrid model. I went into the dealership and had a chance to test drive and take a closer look at the details and specs on it. gotta say I had one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in a dealership in a while. honestly a huge reason for that was the associate that helped me out. Adrian Dragos went above and beyond for me. pretty cool guy too. tell him Dre said so!
I only gave them a star because i couldn't leave it blank. We should've ran when we saw all the salesmen swarming us like vultures. It was disgusting the way they eyeballed us from their little cage and basically called out who got dibbs. So annoying. I dont remember the guys name who actually helped us but he was a younger guy who was actually pretty decent and respected our limit and what we wanted to look at. We ended up finding a car we liked, test drove it and negotiated for about an hour. finally, they came back with a number that we felt comfortable with. However, they tried to pull a fast one on us. we made it all the way to the finance part literally about to finish signing when we noticed they failed to mention a warranty was not included in the price we agreed on. That's when their finance person threw the biggest drama episode because we straight out told him we were not buying this car if we were not given what was agreed upon. he actually said "WOW-So, i wasted all this paper for nothing?!" we got up grabbed our stuff and walked. Never again will i EVER go back to ford. Their finance guy is a the rudest person i have ever dealt with in a dealership and he is the the reason why we will not do business with them. We went to Maita Honda and had the BEST experience ever!!!! Way to go Ford on loosing a customer due to your slimeball finance guy!
Limited selections and higher than average prices even for your typical corporate dealership. Staff however is great and will definitely take the time to help you find what works for you.
I had a great time finding my mustang with Kelly, I would definitely recommend him! He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable with all the cars!!! Definitely made my dream come true of having a 2014 mustang 5.0 I'm also thankful for shay for getting me an amazing loan with a low Apr! They stayed open for me one and a half hours past closing time.
Only flaw is the charge of $3.00 to fill an already full windshield washer tank that I had already filled to the top that morning before dropping it off. Makes me wonder how actually through and honest the tech is that does the multi point inspection really is. Are things really checked or just checked off the list and billed for?
Best place in Sac to get the vehicle you desire! My friend Brent Leavitt will treat you like family before, during, and after the process! He is the best! Thanks Brent!!
Returned the car because Sacramento future ford couldn t give me the they they offered. Then they lost my registration for my car that I used for a trade and will not help me in any way on getting a new one. Horable dealership will never do business with them again.
Update: A week later the manager reached out to me and discussed what was going on. he requested that I drop by the dealership so he can go over the settings and the features. I stopped by after work one day and he answered all my questions and for my trouble he gave me 2 free oil change service from the dealer. Great customer service from him and very knowledgeable guy. Thanks for taking care of this issue for me.
I am surprised to sew so many good reviews. I will not complain about the price because I did get a good deal and an affordable monthly payment. What I am upset about is the service, after I bought my truck my sales rep did not setup Sirius XM or Wifi for me, did not explain or assist with any technical features. Prior to I ask her about mechanical features of different trucks and she had no idea about those either. It was a lame sales approach basically trying to make a sale, nothing new that i havent seen since this is my 3rd car I am leasing. I am also surprised to find out that Ford did not offer any perks like first 2 oil changes for free as i got from GMC and other dealers. My advice to the dealer is to have more competent sales reps and explain/setup everything before the customer leaves the lot. The manager did contact me few times but never left a direct line to reach back to him, everytime i called back i was on hold which is unacceptable becuase everyones time is valuable.
The process was made simple and fairly fast (was on and out in two hours). They had a great deal on leasing a 2016 ford fusion that I could not pass up. My sale man Curt Lopez is a great guy that did not pressure me into anything and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was still happy with my car.
Thank you Megan McKenna and Blake Paulson for getting me into my new Ranger. I was not looking forward to the truck buying process, but you guys made it quick and stress-free. I will definitely refer you both to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you!!!
Great customer service! Darryl even recognized me and remembered my name when I came in to pick up my car! The Shuttle service to and from my house was very helpful since my car was being serviced
Jacob and Shay could not have been more pleasant to work with! We are very inexperienced buyers, but did know what we wanted, and went to the dealership to look at one particular car. There was zero pressure to buy, the dealership was really clean and well organized, and these two were just genuinely nice people who made us feel so comfortable with this process which was completely foreign to us. We stayed there until 10pm finishing paperwork and clearing out our old car after we purchased, which they gave us a great trade in value for, and felt so bad because they both have kids to get home to, but they assured us multiple times that it was ok, and never rushed our decision. We ll absolutely be referring people to them in the future!
Absolutely nothing is to be liked of this dealer. The management is irrational, lacks commen courtesy, and is very deceitful of their used auto sections. People, I hope you take your business else where. They will achieve in robbing you for every second and penny in your life. Do not allow these people to take your hard earned wages. They have no sympathy or remorse to what they will sell you
I brought my F150 in without an appointment with a failure in the power windows. John, in service, met me right away and within a just a couple of hours the repair had been done. There is no reason to take my cars or trucks anywhere else for service. Thank you John!
This was the first time ever I purchased a car by myself! From the time I drove on the lot to when I left with my new car, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff was not overbearing at all. Jacob, Slavic and Alex were great and very personable; definitely a wonderful experience. Thanks for allowing the Giants game on the TV while waiting for all of the paperwork to be finalized. This was excellent customer service!! Have already recommended this place to 3 people looking for cars.
John Green handled all issues professionally and now I am a satisfied customer at future Ford of Roseville. It was my first time dealing with them. In the past I was dealing with Auburn Ford which was some drive for me. Will continue using future ford thanks to John Green
Had a great experience. Worked with Bryan, friendly and not pushy. Would definitely recommend. Got a great deal. Looking forward to also getting another in the near future.
Not always the case with car dealers but this place was a good choice. Brent Leavitt was super informative and professional. Dan Tellez helped me understand my financing and leasing options. Alex in finance was very low pressure. All in all a perfect experience!
C.J. was great help with buy a new truck. Was patient with us and very friendly. They were willing to negotiate with us and help us with a trade in as well. I would recommend him to others when looking for a brand new car, very great customer service.
Brian Deleon was an amazing guy to work with. I was looking for a car for my mom and was helping her. We found a focus for her. He was so calm and helped my mom through everything. Hands down I will forever go to this guy! Honestly work with him if you guys are ever gonna work with someone in ford. Thanks Brian deleon
I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape SE brand new. I will say it was the best experience I have ever had with buying a car. Damion Black was the sales guy who helped me and he found me exactly what I was looking for. Walked me through my options. Took the time to show me how to use every feature on the car and set up my Ford mobile app. The dealership was pretty busy but he made the wait easy and painless. I highly recommend to see him if you are looking for a car. Everyone at the dealership is very accommodating.
I scheduled my truck for a servicing and planned on getting a lift back to my Job site. I didn't need to get the ride because your dealer associste (Travis Nunes) said that my truck would be serviced within 1.5 hours, so I chose to wait. The servicing was completed as promised and I was on my way. I was also given a wash coupon to bubba's car wash to have my truck cleaned.Thumbs -up on that. I want to give the highest marks possible for my dealer associate ( Travis Nunes) He gets a 100% rating from me on describing what needs to be done to my truck as well as having a great attitude while inter-acting with me. Travis is a definite asset to Future Ford!!!
I purchased a Ford F150 at Future Ford of Sacramento and highly recommend anyone to purchase a new or used car at this dealership. Go see Louie Rosenberg as he was a great salesperson who is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
Brought my new (old) car in for oil change and inspection and they were great. Got everything done and more at a great price. Professional, friendly and helpful. I will be back- Thanks Brandon!
My opinion of this dealership changed from 5 stars to 1 star with what the Internet Director, Alex P, said. It's unfortunate that such a person would get upset due to the fact that I chose another dealership over them, voiced it out, and personally attacked me. Blaming that he will now not be able to "feed his family" because I decided not to go with them. Absolutely Ridiculous, Rude and so unprofessional!!! I asked for his best offer and he gave it to me. He knew I was looking to purchase this week, that was his ONE chance to give me his best price. I have heard good reviews about this dealership but that just did it.
Email from Alex: "I'm a little upset that you had an offer from your dealer of 500 over, and they're only matching our offer because they have to, where as here we tried to give you great customer service and be up front and made it very easy. And you kinda took our offer and took it somewhere else and had two employees here who work to feed their families and make a living, working for free with no intention of buying here."
From what he is saying in his email response, apparently he is working for "FREE". Well that's a serious thing if it's true. Who works for free nowadays?!
On another note, I want to give credit to Kevin, who was absolutely great! He is an asset to your dealership.
I came in to Future Ford of Sacramento to look for a car. Kelly Shepherd met me and made my experience fun. I would defintely come back for another car to Mr Shepherd.
Future Ford is a great facility, and specifically, Barry Evert is a sales associate that is very knowledgable of cars, listens to the customer for what their specific needs are and creates a match that made me a very happy and returning customer.
Don't buy cars here, at first when I bought mine everything was good, then I find out my car had been in a car accident and it had been fixed, therefore the paint was falling off, they denied all of this, and never told me about it
Went in for an oil change. They said it would take 90 minutes. It only took 65 minutes. I got a coupon so they saved me money. They found a recall for door locks on my car. Took me over to service and I got an appointment the next day. I said I lived 30 miles away and they said we will get you a car. I got the rental car the next day and they fixed my car by the end of the day. I couldn't believe the treatment we got. We are just ordinary people and our car was a Ford Fiesta.
My service writer JR, was professional and courteous. He took time to what we said was going on with our car, explained the diagnostic and fee for service. The work was completed on time, the cashiers were friendly and courteous as well.
