FOUR WEEKS AGO WE BROUGHT OUR LINCOLN MKZ IN FOR TWO
PROBLEMS, INTERMITENT KEYLESS ENTRY & FAULTY SYNC MODULE.
MIKE IN SERVICE, WHO HAS BEEN GREAT, FOUND THAT SYNC MODULE WAS DEFECTIVE BUT FOUND NO INTERMITTENT ENTRY ISSUE FOUND.
UPON ARRIVAL TO HOME IN GRASS VALLEY, NO KEYLESS ENTRY WORKING.

TWO WEEKS AG0 MIKE IN SERVICE HAD OUR SYNC MODULE CHANGED
AS OUR CELL PHONE KEPT DISCONNECTING. THAT WENT WELL.
SYNC IS WORKING AS IT SHOULD, BUT KEYLESS ENTRY IS STILL NOT
WORKING MOST OF THE TIME.

WE HAVE AN FORD ESP WARRANTY POLICY WHICH WE ARE TOLD COVERS THE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM. WE WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED BY REPLACING THE KEYLESS ENTRY MODULE AND WHAT
EVER IT TAKES TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

BOTH TIMES WE DROVE DOWN TO YOUR FACILITY THEY COULD NOT
FIND ANY PROBLEM. BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE
CORRECTED.

PLEASE ADVISE US SOON, DON'T THINK THIS IS A CORPORATE ISSUE YET.
