I came into Future Ford last week, a little skeptical of what I wanted. I had a very low budget for what I planned to purchase. Thank to Aaron Jones, I was able to determine what best suited me and budget. He was very helpful in my search! Although I wasn't ready to confirm my purchase just quite yet, I know exactly what I plan to buy in my near future! Thanks for the wonderful experience Future Ford!

I definitely would not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership. They do not perform proper multi point and safety inspections on their used cars. My very first car buying experience has turned out to be a nightmare because of this dealership. While dealing with sales people was not terrible, the car itself has been. The first four weeks of owning the car, it was in their service department due to several safety items being overlooked and faulty. Since then, due to the fact that the cooling system of the vehicle was not properly inspected, it has had several cooling system issues. Also, the air box was left damaged, causing the car's intake system to bypass the air filter. This was also ignored during the safety inspection. I have tried to ask the dealership to make this situation right and take back the car they should not have sold in the first place. Initially my requests were met with some cooperation, hence why the car was in the service department for four weeks. After that I was simply told that's what I get for buying an older car. All this from a vehicle with a full history of being serviced "correctly" at Future dealerships. Steer clear of their used cars for sure.

We bought a 2013 Ford Edge on 1/7/14 from Lee at Future Ford. He made the buying experience very easy and smooth.Actually one of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences ever and he even Delivered it to my home within 4 hours! If I could give him more than a 5 STAR rating then I for sure would. We got everything we wanted in our Edge and for the Price & Payment we wanted!! I would recommend Lee to anyone in the market for a new Vehicle. I sat in the comfort of my own home to buy a car. I recommend test driving the vehicles you are interested in, doing the research on the model & options you want then buy online!!!!

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!

I purchased a car the beginning of September. I did not have funds for 2-3 weeks for the down payment. They said that was fine but wanted a post dated check. I was assured it would not get deposited. They also told my daughter the check would not be deposited. Well guess what happened... it was cashed on the next business day causing other payments to bounce. I went to the dealership & they returned the money plus service charges. I was given an apology & told we were even... and thought all was good with the dealership.

Today over 2 months after the purchase, I receive a call from them. Im very sick and trying to find out if I need to be tested for COVID but returned the call immediately... I was told the check bounced. I said the check could not have bounced you already cashed the check & explained what happened. Natalie then lied & said they tried to submit the check again. (You can't cash the same check twice but Im too ill to argue with her) I told her my situation and Natalie started yelling at me as if she does not believe me. I told her I cant drive right now & besides they dont want me there right now anyway risking getting others sick. I told her if needbe they can come get the car... The response I received was more yelling from Natalie... I'm not even sure what she said before she hung up on me. I tried calling back to speak to her supervisor of course I had to leave a message.

THIS BUSSINESS IS THE REASON WHY COVID CASES ARE STILL ON THE RISE! Every other business has a sign stating if you show any symptoms of illness do not enter. However, this business expects you to go there even if you are sick and yells at you if you tell them you are ill.

He is very knowledgeable and broke things down into prospective, not only that but he's not your typical salesman where you feel the pressure of buying. Very friendly and easy going!

Horrible experience!! Bad dealership to do business. Salesmen try to push off cars that they want to get rid of. They do not care about customers. They made us drive out on 2 occasions claiming they have the car we are looking for only to try to sell us a different vehicle.

Future Ford of Sacramento is awesome. A special thank you to Danny Ochoha and Paul Hornack. They specialize in Special Financing and I was a big challenge for them. They not only found a car for me Danny sent a car and driver to pick me up and bring back to the dealership. They explained everything that they were doing. I never felt talked down to. This was one of the most enjoyable dealership experiences. David in finance was just a hoot. He kept the banter up all through the tedious and time consuming form completion. thank you to Stephanie for programing my cell phone with the cars blue tooth. I'm writing this based on my experience at the dealership. If you have Lee as a salesperson, you won't have much to worry about. He's a knowledgeable guy and if there is something he doesn't know on hand, he'll find the answer. When I was looking for the vehicle I wanted he tried his hardest to find it or anything that was similar. He was also very patient and gave me time to think and didn't push me on my decisions. One thing that stood out the most to me was when I was there, he gave me his utmost attention and didn't stray off anywhere. It was an excellent experience, especially since it was my first car purchase. I've gone car buying before with my family and friends, and I have seen rough exchanges. In contrast to all of what I've seen, this was probably the best I've experienced. As for the aesthetic quality of their showroom, I always came in during the evening since that was my only available time, but it was good. It was simple, nothing fancy.

Last Monday I Found a 2014 Ford F-350 on there website and drove to the dealship to purchase it. Walked in and talked to Tyler and Todd who where very professional and helpful. Got the truck financed with in 30 min and was told the truck would be ready tomorrow "Tuesday". Well turned out they ran into some issues getting the truck ready in the time frame I needed it so I decided to swap it for a different f350 so I can have the truck in my possession. I drove back to them with the new truck in mind and was helped by "champ" a very helpful salesman who took me to there sister store to pick up the new truck I wanted. We drove back to future ford on Madison in my new truck and they swapped all the info with the bank and had me re-sign all the documents and had me on my way! Well the new truck not only was 2 years newer! But!! Had half the miles! Shay in Finace, hooked me up with the same 3% interest loan and was very sympathetic to my time crunch needs to have possession of this vehicle for work purposes! I am very satisfied with my experience with the guys at future ford on Madison!

They took their time with me, helping me understand everything and meeting my needs, and treating me like family. Giovanni Lewis was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He was also very genuine during the sale and we didn't feel pressured by him whatsoever. The rest of the sales and financing team also worked with us to get us where we wanted to be on price, etc. Giovanni took customer service to the next level by personally doing some of the detail work on the car. I'm very glad I ended up at Future Ford!

I hope the issue with my car is minor..but my salesman Rick was AWESOME and attentive. But my key feel apart a week after I bought my vehicle..and I had to shell out $160 to replace /reprogram it...also I may have an electronic problem..that should have been delt with prior ti sellin.

I usually have excellent customer service here from all staff! But there is only one staff who I think needs improvement with customer service and his name is Darren. When I have my car serviced here in future ford Madison ave I have spoken to this staff,he doesn't even smile. He seems to rush me as customer and his non verbal communication skills and tone of voice makes me feel unwelcome. Unlike the rest of other employees here who always smile, who will take their time for their customers. I asked him if it's OK to check my car seat adjustment to see why sometimes it doesn't move back and my windows why sometimes it opens without me opening it. He said each will have fees for them to SEE which is $145 already, this charge is for looking at the WINDOW ONLY he said ANOTHER FEE is needed to be charged just to see the driver seat adjustment. Before I just go to quick lane for safety checks and they check everything INCLUDING my car SECURITY ALARMS they also check without fee...

ZERO STARS! BAD EXPERIENCE. BUYERS BEWARE. AMATEUR DEALER. WOULD NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
Its been 9 Days since I purchased this Certified 2019 Ford Fusion with 30k miles.
After two days of ownership I finally got an extended usb cable to charge my phone in car. To my surprise NONE of the USB PORTS are WORKED and this is Certified Vehicle! I even purchased 2 other varieties of charging cables with no luck.

This concerned me so I started investigating further and noticed the Front Collision Alert was not working although it was set to high, if somebody crossed the road in front of me abruptly the thing would remain silent while in any other Fusions I test drove it worked very well and immediately.

Then I noticed the car was throwing an Error that Front Camera isn t available at the moment.
I also noticed a very Jerky shift from 1st into 2nd gear and at times 2nd to third gear.

So I decided to take it in after 3 days of owning it back to the dealers service department to address these concerns.
Well the service department discovered that Usb hub was broken and needed replacing which they fixed. Surprise surprise as certified cars should have that stuff working from the get go. They were not able to Fix the jerkiness in gear shifts or the front camera from going out in high heat and said these were know issues they didn t have fixes for at the moment.

When I picked up the vehicle I noticed some new paint chips, dents, scratches that had not been there prior to dropping the car off. The paint only had a few chips on the roof but no scratches or chips on the sides of vehicle. I didn t make a big deal of it although I am super picky about the paint looking clean, the car was pretty dusty so I decided to examine once more after I wash it.

I parked the vehicle in my single car garage I only have access too and the car didn t move until Tuesday 7/22 when I decided to give it a non-pressurized foam wash with top of the line car paint care products which I spent over $400 on.

While washing the vehicle I noticed the Chenille Microfiber Wash Mitt would get stuck in some sections of body panels that had bigger than normal gaps in them.

I noticed around the rear logo emblem on trunk, the bottom trunk piece holding the rear-view camera was flaring out and looked like clips holding held it no more. You could push it back into place to look straight but that wouldn t hold as there was nothing to clamp onto in the rear.
I noticed rear bumper driver side was loose and a slight touch would make it move quite far in which was not the case on other side. That same driver side rear bumper trim around the exhaust was not aligned with the body and the hooks were coming out from the rear bumper panel.

When I opened the trunk (first time I did as vehicle is certified and usually any certified vehicle I had bought was in pristine condition) I noticed broken glass shards everywhere as well as no tools being present to change out the spare tire in case of Emergency. Again, keep in mind this is certified.

What was even worse was the puddle of water underneath the spare tire. Felt the carpet cover on top and it was dry so my assumption was that the trunk is leaking from somewhere else which worried me that this vehicle might have been in a rear collision.
On top of all of that during the gentle wash the rear fusion titanium emblem trim started falling off, letter by letter. I was in the middle of drying the car when it started happening so the first letter that fell off, fell in my cloth and it being so tiny I didn t notice and continued wiping which caused some more scratches to the paint.

After picking up the vehicle from service department interior of my car center dash console had a bunch of glue residue on quite a few spots. The gear shift was not properly aligned and there was a gap that will let in any dust dirt debris. The exterior had gained a new dent on driver s front door underneath handle, a pain chip on drivers side passenger door and a few other scratches around the body that were not present before I brought the car in.

I purchased a mustang from Future Ford of Sacramento in February and had a great experience. Tyler Swedensky, JC Rosales, and Brian Zwald were all so helpful. I left with exactly what I wanted at just the right price for me. I'm definitely coming back when I want a new car and recommending this location to all of my friends and family.

Our experience buying a car was the WORST EVER!!! It was a two week nightmare. Everything that could go wrong did. We ended up dealing with several people, from the salesman to the highest decision-maker available. A few actually cared & were just doing their jobs. As for the others, I hardly have words for the treatment we received over a period of 2 weeks. I will NEVER recommend FF to anyone based on the treatment we received. Because of this ugly situation it was amazing to go on to have the best car buying experience at a different auto group.

My car died and needed a vehicle NOW. Went up to Future Ford and talked with Kevin. I told him my situation. Wife loved a vehicle on their used lot. With the money I had to put down and the amount I could afford a month we just could not make that deal happen. Kevin started to talk about what he could do in our price range. We looked around and did not find anything that we really wanted. I asked Kevin about a new car. He said there is a small selection that we could do. Long story short we have a brand new 2015 Focus with 49 miles that my wife loves. In just two days my wife has put over 600 miles on the vehicle and has not complain about one thing. She is picky.
Thank to Future Ford and Kevin, I have a brand new vehicle in my cheap budget.

A great place to buy a vehicle. Knowledgeable sales staff, no pressure to buy, just tell you about the features of the vehicle you might be interested in. If he or she doesn't know the answer to your question, they will find someone that does. Showroom very well laid out, clean with friendly staff. Coffee and bottled water and daily newspaper readily available. Lots if inventory to find the vehicle you want and more importantly, the options you are looking for. Overall a 5 Star experience.

I'll start with day 1 with just a random search for a truck online and I got a simple quick response online and over the phone without any pressure to come in and take a look. Within few hours, my wife and I were at the dealership with 3 kids. We were allowed to use a private room, make phone calls, eat, drink, all our questions answered and after everything was said and done with finance even after few hiccups on our part of financing, from sales to management staff bent backwards to help us drive off with brand new FX4. These guys walked me through everything including learning all the cool stuff about my new truck and connected to my phone. If I had the money, I would buy a new car from Future ford everyday. Honest truth and if anyone has any questions about it. Just ask any of them from online, over the phone or in person. They will do their best to make you happy or exhaust every avenue trying to.

From Sales, Paul Hornick worked with me on every question I had, accommodating my requests, treated me with respect, and made sure that the purchase experience exceeded my expectations. The finance department was informative and didn't try to push me to buy anything I wasn't interested in.
