My mother took her car there to get the power steering fixed, they damaged the radiator and didn't keep a record that she was ever there. They said that the crack in the radiator was a coincidence, which was right by the power steering line that they were working on. The car never had a crack before, 5 hours after getting the car back it over heated. Terrible service, bad mechanics, just another shop trying to get over on people. Be careful if you go there

JR gave great customer service. He gave me an estimate and repairs were $300 less. I have been there twice for service and it has been great both times. I was searching for a new dealer for service and they blew the other 2 Ford dealers away in Sacramento. They won all of my service work. I will definitely be back and will refer to others. Thanks!
Definitely the best car buying experience I have had. Alex Panchenko worked with me and I feel he went out of his way to give me this great experience. Hands down the best service. Thanks Alex I LOVE the truck.
If I can give minus 1 star or less I wish I can do it. They are the kings of Dishonesty from car dealers. We had another situation many years before but now this is it. Don't go with this type of business that just want to rid out of their pre-own no matter how the condition is. We got a 2015 ford escape on March 20 2017 in this store, the sales person and the financial manager were so nice talking to us very friendly. Do you want to know how they were after? I don't need to say too much. We made a big mistake receiving the vehicle at night and raining. After that we call them about some scratches in the front, and their answer, "what do you want from an used car?" And now when the vehicle was ready for oil change what was the suprised that needed aliagnment immediately and the tires were in very bad shape. When in the paperwork they gave us lied that they service the oil change and checked tires condition. Now what they said in 3 months you can used the tires and have to aligned the tires. Dishonesty again they are the KINGS .
I called about this car i saw on the internet They put me on the phone with eric balogh he asked all the right questions. To help me but end the in i owed to much on my trade but i belive he did everything He could. To help me and when i can move forward. I will call him personally......thank. you for all you're. Help Eric Balogh.
I emailed on a car they had posted on Carfax. They called me and confirmed the availability of the car. I scheduled an appointment with an agent "Tree to view the car and drove 200 miles to keep my appointment. When I arrived the agent pawned me off to someone else and when he showed me the car, it was not the color I had chosen. He said the color was accidentally posted incorrectly but when I asked about another car that had also been posted, its color was accidentally posted wrong also. They did not have a car the color I wanted and tried to get me to buy a different one. Seems like bait and switch to me.
Love working with these guys! Jeff Holt, Stan Thomas, Alex Panchenko take care of me and are professional while we had fun looking at new Explorers. They helped me with no pressure and let me know all of my options while answering all my questions. Will always use them for my cars!
Worst car shopping experience ever have never met people that were so pushy, I went there for a truck they kept trying to get me to buy a SUV finally I bought a truck and had to come back three times because their paper work wasn't completed.A week later they called and said to come back that they accidentally entered it into the computer wrong. This place is a joke full of nothing but incompetent people looking to make a commission.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN.
Went in Saturday morning 19OCT2019, without an appointment to get my F150 serviced. Jack Rissle was quick to take me in, and get It serviced. He even called us a lyft shuttle to get us home. He called us back about 2:30 pm to let us know the truck was ready and they had also took care of the recall. The icing on the cake, was he set up another lyft shuttle ride back to the dealership . Way to go Jack. Keep up the good work.
I noticed a low mileage 2011 Mustang GT on Autotrader. The photos looked great with no damage evident. I gave Future a call and the salesman stated the car was in great shape. We went back and forth on Friday afternoon and agreed to a price on Saturday morning. I gave them a credit card deposit to hold the car since I lived over 6 hours away in Southern California. We rented a car and fought Saturday traffic through LA and arrived at the dealership at around 6 pm.
While inspecting the car we noticed a dent in the passenger side front corner. It was at an area where three design bends met and I was unsure if a dent specialist would be able to repair it. I let them know I still wanted the car but needed the dent fixed by them or for them to pay for it with someone in SoCal. They offered $100 off the car for the repair which would not cover the costs. For all I know, the reason they haven't fixed the dent after having the car for a couple months is that the fender needs to be replaced.
After dealing with five different salesman playing the typical "let me check with my manager game" they would not budge on price and just kept repeating what a great deal I was getting. We mentioned I negotiated the price based on the car being in great condition with no damage and one of the salesman stated "if we told you about the dent you wouldn't have drove up here."
Well he was right. If I had known the car had that dent, I would have negotiated a price that reflected the cost to repair it or would not have driven up there to begin with. I wouldn't of spent $400 renting a one way car rental, paying for gas, getting a hotel room, and wasting 13 hours of round trip driving to Sacramento.
So if you see a 2011 Mustang GT Racer Red with 8,000 miles there is a small dent on the passenger front fender near the front light. Please consider that in your offer.
By the way despite me telling them I was paying cash I received a report from the credit agency that they ran my credit twiceLie by omission.

Way to go Future Ford and Travis Vicklund in internet department. You got me in my dream car and its not breaking the bank. Glad to take advantage of the great rebates and inventory you had. I am so happy and excited to be driving my first new car!
Great selection of cars, our dealer, Lino Arellano, was very nice and helped us find a car super quick and got us out of there with it no problem. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
From the back and forth 2 hr haggle, to the transition into financing it was a great experience. I could not have asked for a better sales/finance team. Thank you Brent L., Bryce P. and Jesse A. Job well done!!
Love this dealership. They will bend over backwards to take care of you. We have bought 3 cars from them. And only bring the cars back here for maintenance.
First off I want to start off by saying that I had been to several dealers in search of someone who would finance me and my unique co signer and credit situation. When I had gotten in contact with Daniel Telllez from Future Ford of Sacramento from the beginning he had the most confidence that he was able to get me financed and in a reliable vehicle in no time. At first I skeptical but once he was willing to get in contact with my dad and explain the entire situation from beginning to end I was then as confident as he was. When I got there he was on the phone with my dad reassuring him that I was in good hands. From that moment I knew even if wasn't able to get a deal that would work I would still come back. I explained the situation and my past experience with the other dealers and he made it a point to make sure I wasn't treated that way. He went very thoroughly through all of the vehicles I was interested in and showed me what I needed to do to stay within my price range. After a very long process with the banks we were finally approved through Ford Credit with little down and for a brand new 2014 Ford Focus .After going through the entire process I was at the dealership very late and didn't feel comfortable driving home and as the truly amazing soul that he is , he was kind enough to drive my new car all the way to my home to make sure I made it home safely. I absolutely love my car and the experience I had with Daniel. He treated me like I was family and was very honest the entire time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Daniel if you are reading this just know you have changed my life and you really are an amazing person I hope for nothing but the very best for you. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
Brian Deleon made my experience here very enjoyable, he was very clear and concise with his information and left me with no further questions as I left. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable and thorough.
The best person to help with all your car maintenance needs is Jim Zerkovich at Future Ford Roseville. He is extremely knowledgeable and best of all thoughtful, helpful, and considerate. The work done on my vehicle has always been very good.
I have bought several vehicles from other dealers and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. Never have I had such a great bunch of people get involved w/my needs and make sure they exceeded my expectations WOW!!!!. Rod Collins (GM) is a dynamite guy and it reflects in his entire sales team. Thanks, I will forever do business w/you.
Future Ford of Sacramento (on Madison Avenue) is the best new car dealership I have ever dealt with (in my 75 years). I will never again deal with any other dealership. They are beyond the best. Nobody else comes remotely close.
I recently bought a car from Future Ford of Sacramento. Overall, my experience was good, and I would definitely recommend them.
Lee was my salesperson and he made the whole experience fun and easy. I told him this was my first car buying experience so he walked me through it step by step and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. He is friendly and personable without being pushy or making you feel pressured, which I greatly appreciated.
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the Finance person was extremely pushy about me purchasing the extended warranty. Being in sales myself, I am not a fan of such a hard pitch and putting so much pressure on someone. I understand that you have to sell your product, but there is a way to do it without making someone feel uncomfortable.
Overall, my experience was very good. I'd definitely go back to Future Ford for my next car purchase.
I had these guys inspect a used vehicle that I purchased and perform maintenance on the vehicle after I bought it. These guys are very easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend them!
Brian Deleon helped me out and provided a fantastic experience. Looking for a new car and wasn't quite sure what I wanted, with Brians excellent help I decided on a Focus and am planning to go back in next month to make the purchase.
I just wanted to thank Jeff Martinez for all his help in obtaining more info. On the purchase of a new vehicle. When I'm ready to make that purchase I will def. Be going back to this store and working with Jeff.
I had the best experience with this Ford Dealership. Our sales rep Sara Driggers took the time to show us around & helped us locate the exact F-150 that i want. Sara is a rockstar!!!!
Bought a 2015 f150 from Future Ford of SacramentoAbout a month ago. A week later the check engine light comes on so on the following Saturday I took it in. They found the problem but they needed to order parts. So I said fine I drove the truck till they cap and said the parts were there. Their assistant service manager Jose orozco was the person I had been working with from start to finish. He called and said parts are in what day can you bring it in. I said Saturday. He said well we don t have the people to fix it Saturday can you come in another day I said sure get a rental and I will drop it off. He said Saturday of next week is good. So bring us to Saturday of this week I take the truck in. Get a call about 1130am. And told they broke bolts on my gas tank. So it won t be ready till after Tuesday. I said I work all week and need a rental. His response was WELL MAYBE MONDAY AFTERNOON. I said that won t work. I need it by Monday morning. Let me know what you come up with ASAP. So 230pm comes no news I call the dealer and asked for the details on the rental and was to Jose orozco had left for the day and there were no notes. So within 5 minutes the receptionist and brad a service writer got me a rental. I will never be back so upset with this experience.
Chase and Blake are the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable and I felt like they got me a great price. If you re looking for a new car here ask for these guys!
I spent a lot of time looking for a car from a lot of places until I hit Future Ford of Sacramento Ahmad was amazing I felt terrible of the amount of time I was taking to make my choice and never did he seem impatient with me he truly did care about my needs and what I was looking for and we got the perfect car I'm very excited about this car and I've bought many cars but the experience is the icing that makes this location great. I will be back and recommend them to all my friends and family.
Terrible experience. Was told by both a used car rep and a manager that my used car I bought from them and had just over a year was now completely my problem.
Bought a 2015 Nissan from them used, transmission went eight months in and replaced it with the warranty. Less than six months later the transmission is going again, warranty is out, and dealership doesn t care to fix their issue of selling me a car that is heading towards breaking down.
John Green, the Service Representative at Future Ford Roseville, was very professional and personable. The Service Department was thorough and expedient.
Danny Thomas and his manager tyler swedensky were remarkable in the process of our purchase. They were very responsible and respectful the entire time. They were polite and worked with us in every way possible. they went beyond what i think a salesman should do. i would so highly reccomend Danny Thomas and Tyler swedensky and Future ford of sacramento to anyone buying a new or pre owned car!
While I was looking for a car a salesman came up to me to help and I told just looking around and then he wouldn't let me look without following me . I don't like people following me . After 15 mins I just left
My wife and I came in looking to see if we liked the explorer up close and personal. We were met by Kelly Shepard. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. We actually had a good time looking for a car. With Kelly's help we were able to find an explorer we actually wanted and fit it in our budget without stress. Thank you for you help. Awesome experience
Back in October, I took my car to downtown ford of Sacramento. I was hesitant because I had not had good experiences with them before. But we were going out of state for two weeks and were promised that everything would be taken care. When it came time to pick up the car, nothing was done despite calling and asking and them telling us it was all taken care of. I waited until recently to take my car to Future Ford of Sacramento because I need my vehicle for work. Kevin Palmer was my service advisor and he restored my faith in dealerships and kept in contact with me through everything. It took a couple of days and they actually fixed everything. Everyone is so kind and attentive. I would highly recommend them for service. Ask for Kevin!
Brian Deleon absolutely amazing! I was looking for a nice car for my parents. We found a nice fusion. We didn't want new so we got a 2015 one. Hands down the best service I have ever gotten from a salesman. He was so patient with me and the whole process was easy. Thanks Brian.
Really appreciate the care I got at Future Ford of Sac! The selection is phenomenal and the folks took really good care of me. It didn't take long at all to find just the right truck for my needs. Thank you to all who helped me!!!! (Garren and Shay :-)
I received a coupon in the mail for a discount oil change on the car I bought from Future Ford, a 2012 Toyota Prius. I called and made an appointment 10 days in advance and advised that I was using the coupon received in the mail. When I arrived for my appointment, the service tech asked me who it was that set my appointment because he had nothing on the books. Plus, he had no oil filter or the special tool required to change the oil on a Prius. I was asked to come back the following day and they would complete my oil change. When I came back, they still did not have the tool to remove the old oil filter. They claimed they would obtain one and asked me to come back a third day in a row for the completion of my oil change. When it was finally completed, the tech advised me that the coupon did not apply to my vehicle because it was not a Ford. The coupons said nothing about the requirement that the vehicle was a fort, and I was asked to call to pay $20 more than the coupon amount.
If you are looking to buy a vehicle at this location, go see Jeff Unger - this guy will take care of you and is committed to customer service. Great experience with him and the manager Ronnie.
Good place and very good people there, David Braley is a good guy and looking forward for him to help me out next month when I purchase my new vehicle, outstanding place...
I took our 2017 Dodge Charger there to get it's 1st oil change since purchasing it from there in February. So far I've had better service at Future Ford of Sacramento than what I've been getting at Elk Grove...Lasher Dodge where I've been taking my 09 Dodge Charger...only because it's got warranty work that they keep covering only because of one Service Advisor Matt that was on the ball and looked into for me.
Dont ever go to this place they are a joke worst service i have ever seen worst customer service Bought a used car there had some problems with the car i bu they basically said its my fault and called me a liar be warned this place is a total joke dont ever go there !!!!!!!!
Overall it was a good experience, only part I didn't like was the agressiveness of the push to buy their "Ford Care" was given a high price, declined, then was offered again at lower price. He kept insisting that he can "probably" get a better finance rate if I buy the extra warranty and add another small benefit, I'm like you're not the one who decides what my rate is. At this point its all based on a maybe. Being in sales myself for over 10 years I'm aware they get a kickback on the extra sale. I'd just appreciate if they weren't so aggressive. What really turned me off on the experience is when he said it would add 30 more to the monthly bill with the high price, doing the math it was that with the low price. So it must've been more like 50+ more on the high price. I felt there was a lack of honesty. One major part I did appreciate is he was upfront on what exactly what i am signing for and authorizing unlike Elkgrove Lasher that implied the car came with the powertrain warranty in its price and then proceeded to charge me extra for it. I had to return because one of the floor mats & owner's manual was missing, but they took care of it with no issues & they made sure the gas tank was full upon receiving. Other than that, the vehicle runs as expected, and no issues thus far.
These guys were great, I'm still shocked they got me in a new car, handled the other car I was upside down in, AND bought my daughter and me dinner...you guys rock!!!!
I was visiting from out of town and swung by the lot. Julian showed no hesitation in helping me out and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with!
David Braley is a great salesman as well as a great person. Keep up the great work and continue to have your customers leave with smiles on their faces.
I went in to Future Ford of Sacramento and was greeted by Garren Gonzalez. He was extremely patient with me and took the time to find out what I want and needed. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Fusion and couldn't be happier with it! Garren provided amazing customer service and I had a great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend asking for Garren if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
Went in for an oil change and was treated like a king with a lyft home and a lyft back when my car was ready. Included a check up and no one was pushy about anything unnecessary like every other place that s trying to upsell everything. Overall just the correct way to run a dealership for the customer
Excellent service. Had my parameters and notified me same morning a matching truck came into the Roseville lot. After agreement, truck was delivered and the entire transaction was a pure pleasure.
Jim Zerkovich has restored by faith with having a Ford dealership work on my Fusion. After two horrible experience with two completely different dealership. The customer service I received from Jim today was outstanding. He communicated with me throughout the process of me vehicle being worked on and even took the time to talk to me more about options that I had. I will definitely be returning to Future Ford of Sacramento for all my Ford needs.
If you want to buy a car, go to Future Ford. Make sure you ask for Blake.
We went to Future Ford, and we worked with Blake. Guess what? We didn't buy our car at future Ford, because Blake helped us find the (used) car that we thought Future Ford had, but it didn't. Not Future Ford's fault. But what kind of a car sales place just wants you to be happy and get what you need? This one.
We bought a used Nissan leaf in Petaluma, and you know what we named it?
