Worst experience ever!

I purchased a car the beginning of September. I did not have funds for 2-3 weeks for the down payment. They said that was fine but wanted a post dated check. I was assured it would not get deposited. They also told my daughter the check would not be deposited. Well guess what happened... it was cashed on the next business day causing other payments to bounce. I went to the dealership & they returned the money plus service charges. I was given an apology & told we were even... and thought all was good with the dealership.

Today over 2 months after the purchase, I receive a call from them. Im very sick and trying to find out if I need to be tested for COVID but returned the call immediately... I was told the check bounced. I said the check could not have bounced you already cashed the check & explained what happened. Natalie then lied & said they tried to submit the check again. (You can't cash the same check twice but Im too ill to argue with her) I told her my situation and Natalie started yelling at me as if she does not believe me. I told her I cant drive right now & besides they dont want me there right now anyway risking getting others sick. I told her if needbe they can come get the car... The response I received was more yelling from Natalie... I'm not even sure what she said before she hung up on me. I tried calling back to speak to her supervisor of course I had to leave a message.

THIS BUSSINESS IS THE REASON WHY COVID CASES ARE STILL ON THE RISE! Every other business has a sign stating if you show any symptoms of illness do not enter. However, this business expects you to go there even if you are sick and yells at you if you tell them you are ill.
