Recently, we at Parker Electric had to bring our 2016 F-150 in for service. Mike was able to get us in right away and had a diagnosis the very next morning. We were able to pick it back up the next day. The pricing was reasonable and he helped to find a discount coupon to make it even better. I especially liked the check list of everything on the vehicle that they checked for free while it was in the shop.

Mike Garcia is the man to see at future Ford. Honest and friendly! He will get you in the car you deserve. So stoked and so happy to be a part of the Future Ford family. You can't go wrong. Thanks for all your help Mike.

The worst mistake of my life. My sales person left me for dead and the manager Matt just wanted to make a sale. My car has multiple issues. Don't go to future ford on Madison

I just leased my 1st car ever from Future Ford and had an unusually Amazing experience. I have always bought cars through private owners having a biased opinion about car dealerships. Kyle, the salesman who helped me, was very sincere, helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of test driving the car to filling out the paperwork. Shay, the finance officer was also very friendly, genuine and took the time to explain every detail of the loan. Seriously, all the employees at Future Ford had excellent customer service skills along with positive vibes. It's time for me to shed my negative biased opinion after this Awesome experience. I special ordered a 2020 F350 Super Duty. The order process was fast and easy. Working with Blake P. and Alex L. was an absolute pleasure. They both were very knowledgeable of all Ford products and options available in different configurations.

My truck arrived almost two weeks prior to the delivery date. Alex immediately called me and took special efforts to ensure the truck was ready for me to pick up the next day. Financing took about 15 mins and I was on the road in my new 2020 F350 Super Duty Tremors. BEST truck ever!

Took my vehicle in for multiple issues, got it back with same issues. Paid for warranty work to be done and now the issue is worse??? Won't go back there for anything...

Julian was great. I answered all my question. When I purchase my new car this is where it will be.

My service provider Guy was very professional and informative. He kept me advised on the progress of my vehicle. If I ever need to return for service I look forward to having Guy as my service provider.

I loved my sales person Wil Winchester, he was very patient and knew the product well.

Went to ford to get our check engine light repaired and smogged. After a week of no updates we called Andy again and was charged almost a $1000 for a large service fee and and a small repair that 'may' fix our issue. Two days later the check engine light came back on. We gave it back to ford to re fix the same issue and was then finnaly told that they could not fix the problem and for us to have luck to find a replacement part and repair it ourselves. We were very upset to learn we spent a lot of money to fix a problem that they could not repair and told us to go fix it ourselves.

Edit: 2019: ford offered to replace the part for free as long as we bought it. We contacted bbb auto and instead got us a refund for all our trouble.

This place, as a service center, seems to get the job done. However go prepared for a hardcore upsell game. Everytime I bring one of my vehicles here they regularly try to convince me I need $200-400 in extra, (overpriced) services. Most recently a trip for a $69 oil change and tire rotation had a recommendation for $300 additional services. A radiator flush and brake flush.

I don't hold the recommendations against them as much as the sales approach. It was: "Ok I've got you down for $379 today for the oil change and those recommended services." Never even asked if I was interested. The assumption I would bite is ridiculous. Who goes to buy something for one price and just accepts an additional $300 without a thought.

Then the service writer informed me I would be receiving a satisfaction survey for my visit and said, "If you could go ahead and give me 5 stars that would be great "

Had an appointment but felt the salesperson wasnt completely ready. After a short wait though everything went wonderfully and I left with the car I wanted!

I had a perfect experience with Brent Leavitt at Future Ford of Sacramento. I will be buying my next vehicles here from now on

Been going to this dealer since purchasing my Fusion in 2018 and won t take it to any other Ford. Always nice, welcoming, pricing has been reasonable, wait times good, I don t have a complaint!

Wish I could give a good review. Note - this review only reflects my experience with the salsa part. The repair department has been wonderfull.
Review - I purchased my first car from future ford in 2013. I have been mostly happy with this vehicle. I recived a call from Future Ford. They wanted me to bring in the car I purchased to see what it was worth. Possibly upgrade. I told them I am curious about finding out what my cars current trade in value. I did make sure to say no matter what I will not be upgrading until I thoroughly research any car they shoe me.
Unfortunately this request was not met. From the time I arrived to the time I left the only thing Future ford wanted was to get me into a new car. I told them many times. I'm happy to look and find out my trade in value. I will not purchase today because I need to do research on any car I'm thinking of upgrading to. This did not stop them from refusing to let me know the trade in if my car unless I intend to purchase s new car from them. In the end I found out my vehicle was worth 2,000 - 7,000... Not an awnser yo my problem at all. Future ford has lost my business.

spoke with a parts guy and told him what i wanted to order and that i had came in before and showed them the part i wanted and he quoted me the wrong part on the phone that was hundreds of dollars more expensive and he kept saying this is what it is and i told him there was a mistake or there was a miscommunication with something and he told me you have the quote number thats what is and hung up!!!!!

Future Ford was great! Curt Lopez was very passionate and informative about all the cars we looked at. He was also upfront, patient and helpful. He was laid back enough to let us look around and ask questions without feeling pressured, but acted with urgency to get us what we wanted. In fact, we left to look at cars at another dealership and we had such an embarrassingly terrible experience by comparison that we practically ran back to Future Ford and bought the car we really wanted. The Ohio State fan who helped us finance our car was also fantastic!! THANK YOU FUTURE FORD!!! You have a couple new loyal fans now. This was the best car shopping experience to date and we LOVE our new car!

Service Manager Andy Chacon was spot on in identifying a problem then escorting my F 150 through a rapid but very thorough 90,000 mile diagnostic. His attention was professional and pleasing; the work accomplished was thorough and timely. Andy continues to impress with his forward leaning service support and responsiveness.

Love this place good ppl and I got 4 cars from them and would not go any other place to get a car I'm here all the time just to hang out with the ppl that work there

Can go in on any Saturday and not have to wait all day to have just an oil change done but that isn't not all they do they also check all fluids, tires, wipers and advise if anything was added or if unexpected attention is needed. Everyone in the service department are friendly and make you feel like a long lost relative that they haven't seen in awhile.

Josh in service is the main reason why I keep going back. Josh is the only person I trust with my car. He is honest and truly cares about me and my car. His customer service and communication is unmatched. I know dealership normally charge more than smaller shops but Josh makes it all worth while.

I had a great experience buying a Ford with Moss at Future Ford of Sacramento. Moss was attentive and responsive and did his best to get me exactly what I wanted.

Even though they were not abel to duplicate the problem I have had been experiencing off and on day of service, they offered possible solutions and future service options. They bent over backwards to keep me as a customer including adjusting my service bill for the day even though they had the right to charge me for services rendered. Have been going to this location since 1975 and will continue with feelings of professional service.

Pushy loudmouth sales people no bargains & NEVER have the car your looking for just Generic leftovers that noone wants... What service Dept?!!!!

Service advisor wasn't present when picking up car. Was paged but never showed up. Cashier had to act as service advisor in order to release my car to me.

I purchased my vehicle late last year from this amazing dealer. The service was wonderful and the staff went out of their way to assist me even with my "challenged" credit. The car itself is in great shape and runs well. Could ask for a better car buying experience.

My experience with Future Ford in the past has been good. However, working with Brad Weinrick has been awesome. Brad listens and provides options while taking my concerns into consideration. I have the Escape and a 1996 F150, and from now on, Brad is the only one I want servicing my vehicles.

When ever there has been an issue or problem with either my truck or the service, as soon as I let them know they dont hesitate to find a resolution. I am very happy with future Ford and will definitely buy my next f350 there.

They have pretty decent service...one of the mechanics sent us out with a loose tire about to fall off and that was not pleasant! Otherwise no complains.

Great serviceall around! Jose and Lino took great care of us and made our experience worth while! Jose was very adamant about working with us and getting us a great deal and boy did he! As we were waiting to meet with the financial advisor, Jose and his colleagues insisted on paying for lunch. And before we left the parking lot Jose asked us to check for any issue or damages on the car. We reported everything we noticed and was given a slip (due bill for fixing) it was close to being 7 pm as we left the lot. The next morning I noticed a small crack on the wind shield, I sent a text to Jose and he responded quick after. He stated that they will make sure the crack is taken care of when we bring the car back for the other servers. All I can say is WOW!
I know usually when you leave with the parking lot that is it. But he said no problem we'll make sure thats taken care of. So if you are looking for great people and great service, this is the place to be. I continue with my service here because they are all so good to us!

It was a pleasant experience. My appointment was for 10:30 and they were right ln time. The service writer was very polite and efficient. The Service Manager help me the phone speaker so now I have voice for my phone Gps. He didn't rush through the process. Only thing I was not happy with is the mechanic did not set my dash screen back to where I had it and he turned my driveing off. It took my a long time with owers manual to get thing back where they were. Other wise it was a pleasant experience, great Servce Manager, great Service Writer.

Great experience after having not so great experiences at other lots we came here with a specific car in mind the sales man Marcus was super cool down to earth made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the finance guys were just as awesome! Would definitely recommend!

I am back for my second car

For the most part I like the service I have gotten. There is an ongoing issue that they "can't seem to find." I bought the car and part of the reason I bought the car was so I could tow a small trailer with it. When I actually got the car there was no tow package on it and putting one on was part of the Due Bill. An after market was product was installed and wired. I have never been able to tow anything with it due to issues with the lights. I have had the car back 4 or 5 time to have the wiring issues address. 6 months later it still has issues and I still can not tow a trailer legally. The issues are sporadic and happen mostly at night. Since Ford is not open at night (after dark) they can't seem to find/see the issue to fix.

I've met with David Braley and he was very helpful on information about buying a car and I consider him very useful and respectful. He's a good help in hand...... Thanks bud!

Future Ford's intake service was excellent - Rey took really good care of us while taking our information. Had to have a fuel injector replaced, dropped the car off on Monday, and car was ready noon Friday. No issues so far with repairs. However, when the vehicle was picked up it was so dirty inside. Seemed that someone rolled around on the ground and then went into the car and rolled inside. A simple wipe down/ cleaning and leaving car how it found it is just simple decency.

Sales Rep. Mike Garcia went over and beyond to make my experience amazing. Absolutely one I would recommend to others. The whole team at Future Ford Sacramento Thank You for your welcoming and dedication in getting me into a car.... Five Stars....

I love love LOVE Future Ford! It was easy to purchase my car. Was helped by Eric "Champ" Chambers. I felt satisfied and had no issues whatsoever. Purchased the extended warranty "just in case"... Ended up needing it recently and it went super-smooth at the Service Counter... Dealt with Jose Orozco. Stayed in contact throughout the whole process and even covered my rental for the time my car was in the shop. Can't say enough about Future Ford!
