Recently, we at Parker Electric had to bring our 2016 F-150 in for service. Mike was able to get us in right away and had a diagnosis the very next morning. We were able to pick it back up the next day. The pricing was reasonable and he helped to find a discount coupon to make it even better. Kyle, the salesman who helped me, was very sincere, helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of test driving the car to filling out the paperwork. Shay, the finance officer was also very friendly, genuine and took the time to explain every detail of the loan. Went to ford to get our check engine light repaired and smogged. After a week of no updates we called Andy again and was charged almost a $1000 for a large service fee and and a small repair that 'may' fix our issue. Two days later the check engine light came back on. We gave it back to ford to re fix the same issue and was then finnaly told that they could not fix the problem and for us to have luck to find a replacement part and repair it ourselves. We were very upset to learn we spent a lot of money to fix a problem that they could not repair and told us to go fix it ourselves.
Edit: 2019: ford offered to replace the part for free as long as we bought it. We contacted bbb auto and instead got us a refund for all our trouble.

This place, as a service center, seems to get the job done. However go prepared for a hardcore upsell game. Everytime I bring one of my vehicles here they regularly try to convince me I need $200-400 in extra, (overpriced) services. Most recently a trip for a $69 oil change and tire rotation had a recommendation for $300 additional services. A radiator flush and brake flush.
I don't hold the recommendations against them as much as the sales approach. It was: "Ok I've got you down for $379 today for the oil change and those recommended services." Never even asked if I was interested. The assumption I would bite is ridiculous. Who goes to buy something for one price and just accepts an additional $300 without a thought.
Then the service writer informed me I would be receiving a satisfaction survey for my visit and said, "If you could go ahead and give me 5 stars that would be great "

Review - I purchased my first car from future ford in 2013. I have been mostly happy with this vehicle. I recived a call from Future Ford. They wanted me to bring in the car I purchased to see what it was worth. Possibly upgrade. I told them I am curious about finding out what my cars current trade in value. I did make sure to say no matter what I will not be upgrading until I thoroughly research any car they shoe me.
Unfortunately this request was not met. From the time I arrived to the time I left the only thing Future ford wanted was to get me into a new car. I told them many times. I'm happy to look and find out my trade in value. I will not purchase today because I need to do research on any car I'm thinking of upgrading to. This did not stop them from refusing to let me know the trade in if my car unless I intend to purchase s new car from them. In the end I found out my vehicle was worth 2,000 - 7,000... Not an awnser yo my problem at all. Future ford has lost my business.

He was laid back enough to let us look around and ask questions without feeling pressured, but acted with urgency to get us what we wanted. In fact, we left to look at cars at another dealership and we had such an embarrassingly terrible experience by comparison that we practically ran back to Future Ford and bought the car we really wanted. Great serviceall around! Jose and Lino took great care of us and made our experience worth while! Jose was very adamant about working with us and getting us a great deal and boy did he! As we were waiting to meet with the financial advisor, Jose and his colleagues insisted on paying for lunch. And before we left the parking lot Jose asked us to check for any issue or damages on the car. We reported everything we noticed and was given a slip (due bill for fixing) it was close to being 7 pm as we left the lot. The next morning I noticed a small crack on the wind shield, I sent a text to Jose and he responded quick after. He stated that they will make sure the crack is taken care of when we bring the car back for the other servers. All I can say is WOW!
I know usually when you leave with the parking lot that is it. But he said no problem we'll make sure thats taken care of. So if you are looking for great people and great service, this is the place to be. I continue with my service here because they are all so good to us!

It was a pleasant experience. My appointment was for 10:30 and they were right ln time. The service writer was very polite and efficient. The Service Manager help me the phone speaker so now I have voice for my phone Gps. He didn't rush through the process. Only thing I was not happy with is the mechanic did not set my dash screen back to where I had it and he turned my driveing off. It took my a long time with owers manual to get thing back where they were. Other wise it was a pleasant experience, great Servce Manager, great Service Writer.

For the most part I like the service I have gotten. There is an ongoing issue that they "can't seem to find." I bought the car and part of the reason I bought the car was so I could tow a small trailer with it. When I actually got the car there was no tow package on it and putting one on was part of the Due Bill. An after market was product was installed and wired. I have never been able to tow anything with it due to issues with the lights. I have had the car back 4 or 5 time to have the wiring issues address. 6 months later it still has issues and I still can not tow a trailer legally. The issues are sporadic and happen mostly at night. Since Ford is not open at night (after dark) they can't seem to find/see the issue to fix.

Future Ford's intake service was excellent - Rey took really good care of us while taking our information. Had to have a fuel injector replaced, dropped the car off on Monday, and car was ready noon Friday. No issues so far with repairs. However, when the vehicle was picked up it was so dirty inside. Seemed that someone rolled around on the ground and then went into the car and rolled inside. A simple wipe down/ cleaning and leaving car how it found it is just simple decency.
