My daughter has been taking her vehicle to this dealership, for routine oil changes, as well as to top of all the necessary fluids. The vehicle was towed to this dealership, due to the fact that it was losing power, as well as jerking into gear. Randy charged her for a diagnostic of $150.00. He stated that the transmission was bad, and that it would cost, from $2,300 to $2,800 to repair. Randy also lied, and said that he needed to tear down the engine, to diagnose the reason, that the engine was apparently misfiring. Which all was a lie. My daughter had the vehicle towed to another mechanic, and found out that the vehicle, was bone dry of all it's necessary fluids. It also had other issues, that wore intentionally over looked.The vehicle was repaired for the sum of $402.00. Do not take your vehicle to these scumbags for matinance. They will lie, and say that your vehicle needs unnecessary repairs, as well as intentionally, over look needed repairs.

Leo and Ahmad were amazing. Got me into a car i never thought I'd qualify for. Process was well explained and there was no pressure in the sales tactic. Shay was a wonderful help in financing. Slowly explained everything nicely.Felt like they fought for me to get the rates i did. When i eventually trade this vehicle in, l will be doing it there. Highly recommend. Only complaint i suppose was i found a scratch on the passenger side door (barely visible but i didn't see it during original inspection). Hoping to get that fixed

Professional, friendly response to recall. Recall notice said it will take 1/2 day. It took half a day. Kevin is my go to guy in the service dept. Even offered a Lyft drive from my home to pick up my car so my wife would not have to drive a dusk! Ernesto was a great Lyft driver by the way. Next time I need service for my Ford, this is where I will go. In fact, I'll give them a try if I'm going to by a new Ford, based on the professional service I recieved from Kevin in the service department! Thanks guys!

the vehicle model and year i wanted was there, but not in the color and trim i wanted. they showed me the different colored identical model they had onsite and assisted me in finding one in the colors and features i desired.
although i did not end up buying from them, they demonstrated superb pre-sale customer service skills, connected me with my new car from their Concord branch, and set an example that their Roseville branch REALLY needs to learn from.
the short answer: they showed the car, they guided to the right color elsewhere, they were courteous.
for this one that did not end up in a sale for them, i wish a dozen more do because they treated me right!

The transmission control module on my 2012 Ford Fiesta failed and the car was 5000 miles past the 150,000 mile extended warranty from Ford. Rather than pay $1,600+ in parts and labor on a car only worth ~$4,000, I chose to part with the car. Ford offered $100 on for it, which was insultingly low.

I was looking at a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE with 93,000 miles, listed for $10,997 on their lot. They refused to budge on price, despite bluebook value for the car being much lower, and other dealers in the area having the same year vehicle with the same amount of miles for much less.
They also denied my request for a pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic.

Then the negotiation... It was like talking to a wall, only a wall seems more intelligent than the sales manager I was unfortunate enough to deal with. He brings me a quote of ~$360.00/mo for 60 month with $0 down. I added it up, and the total came out to nearly $20,000 for a car listed at $10,997. They unenthusiastically removed the $3,500 extended warranty and a few other dealer charges they built into the price without disclosing to me. When all was said and done, and they finally brought me out the quote showing the line-by-line breakdown of costs, taxes, fees, licencing, etc. they still had me at $247/mo for 72mos with $0 down and wouldn't budge on pricing, despite showing them an ad for Auburn Toyota advertising the same car with 40,000 miles LESS than the one I was looking at, and they were asking $12,000.

Needless to say, I walked, and will not be giving them my business.

Oh, and for anyone wondering, I went to Niello Volkswagen on Arden Way the very next day and bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla S (higher trim level than the Corolla LE at Ford) with only 58,000 miles for $11,997 AND they gave me $1,250 on trade for the broken 2012 Ford Fiesta, sight unseen. And they got me in and out in 1 hour 50 minutes without playing silly games or bait-and-switching.

Does losing one's job because of the games played by your service department sales team count as an experience? Yep, that's what happened! And I still had to pay for them for the oil change. Don't ever take your vehicle to this dealership if you want honesty, integrity and the belief in doing the right thing for the customer over your sales. They are beyond unscrupulous and devoid of any and all morality. They are liars and will do whatever they can to screw you out of any money you might have without hesitation or a second thought. And when I called them out for what they were attempting to do, they continued to lie and shift blame on the person trying to do the right thing. Not a sliver of morality resides in their business model and they should be ashamed of themselves for how they treated me. Quite despicable behavior and I'm jobless as a result of it! Thanks for that! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!

I went to Future Ford of Sacramento, as it is the only Costco approved location with prearranged prices, even though it was a 40 minute drive out of my way and much further than other Ford dealers. I met with John Frizzell in early June, 2016. The car I wanted was not in stock and he just wanted to sell me something else instead that was much more expensive. I walked out and texted him for 3 months until 9/1/16, when I noticed sales specials going on and I told him via text, exactly the car I wanted. I went back to the dealership to close the deal, and even though he confirmed the car I wanted was on site, he couldn't find the car on the lot. The car promised didn't exist for him to get either without ordering direct from manufacturing. He also didn t know anything about current promotions. I spoke to the assistant manager, about the disappointment who states he would take care of me instead. I inquired about my trade in value and they told me it was worth $9,000 but they would offer me $4500 for it which was an insult. I tried to have them special order the car I wanted as I didn t mind waiting for it, and they refused to offer me current promotions for that car. 5 minutes later he just dumped me off on another sales person who tried to sell me on another car I didn't want with thousands of dollars in options I had no need for so I walked out a second time.

I came into Future Ford of Sacramento with my mother today to browse some potential cars for my younger brother with no intention of purchasing today. My cousin had shopped here previously and had recommended we speak with Kathy, and i am glad i followed his advice. Not only did she show us multiple cars but insisted that we find the car that jumps at us. She listened attentively and we fell in love with 2 of her suggestions. Both were used cars and we had price concerns but needless to say we walked out with a car today even though we had no intentions of purchasing today. Kathy is amazing I highly recommend anyone visiting the dealership ask for her.

Jimmie Z, service advisor, signed us in right away when we arrived on a Friday afternoon. As ours was a parts malfunctioning issue, he investigated with the parts department and worked on the order and scheduling as a special parts order was needed. Jimmie scheduled us for Monday morning drop off and, though he would be on a day off, wrote up the order and informed us, if any question, where a paper bs lip would be. I arrived at 8 am, advisor Joshua greeted me, found the service order and began the service request. The car was finished at 2pm.

Took my 2013 F150 to the dealership for service - these guys are good! Saw a used car I thought the wife would like so I brought her back later and made the deal on the car. Tyler helped us originally and he was polite and extremely good to work with. The only issue we had was that we test drove the car in the dark and delivered the car in the dark, so Tyler politely offered to address any cosmetic issues the next morning in the daylight. The next day I found a cut in the top of the black leather drivers seat that I failed to notice in the dark the night before - I reported it to Tyler the next day and he said he would see what he could do. This is where things went sideways - Apparently the issue was turned over to Slavic - a very arrogant, impersonal, all knowing individual who talks down to people. He claimed to have attempted to call during the week yet there was no missed call or message on my only phone. He finally called Friday night after my frustrated text to Tyler and insinuated that I was lying about the issue but he would talk to the manager and call me back in 20 minutes - never happened. It is now Sunday - a full week and a day after my purchase - and I have no resolution. Buyer beware - once these guys have your money they will not respond to your issues. I can tell the "Future" and I will not buy another vehicle here. Unfortunately - their great service department will lose my business as well and it is hard to find good guys like these; however, I cannot spend more money at a dealership that tries to ignore you until you go away.

Service here is Great. I really like there customer service. I took my truck in to get some repairs done and there service rep Chad Ison was awesome! He was very helpful on explaining to me my vehicle issues and what they had to do to get them it done. They took a few days to get my truck running great again. But every day they had my truck he would take it upon himself to call me and give me an update on there progress. He made me feel confident and sure that not only can I trust them with my vehicle but that they would fix it. And sure enough they did. If you ever go to the service department at Future Ford, you better ask for Chad Ison. He gets it done !

I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Future Ford of Sacramento. As you can see, I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth and enjoyable process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give the highest praise to my salesman Lino Arellano. He was not only extremely nice and genuine, but also an incredible professional. His knowledge over the dealer inventories, but also over the brands he represents, was far superior to other car salesmen I have encountered on previous experiences. His approach was quite relaxed, and there was no pressure from him at all.

If I could give no stars I would! Drove 2 hours to look at a commuter that was easily doable , no problem in my set price range. Once I got there the actual prices differed from phone conversations and the vehicle that would have met my budget was sold, imagine that. After several attempts at getting me to look at things I had no interest in, I stood around while two guys searched their phones for potential vehicles..mind you I was told several times they had several options on hand for me Within my budget. This takes the cake! We found a vehicle that supposedly they can work on a better price . We sat down, they brought me some paperwork, I started to fill it out and realized it was a credit application, I had told them I planned to purchase the vehicle, NO financing. So although I had filled out the papers I asked the salesman not to use it to run my credit 3 separate times! I was assured this wouldn t happen. Well it did! They ran my credit anyways! When I called and spoke to management about why they did it and told him I had realized what I signed after the fact and asked it to be shredded, William explained to me it was too late, I signed the document and they won t shred a credit application! After I personally told the salesman, Do NOT RUN MY CREDIT! They did..and basically told me it s my own fault. I ve contacted BBB and wouldn t EVEr trust anyone at this dealer! SHADY!

I bought a used Infiniti q50 from future Ford and have had nothing but problems, the car navigation doesn't work, car was sold to me overdue for an oil change, and worst of all the car violently shakes when braking at freeway speeds. I spoke with Jeff the sales manager about the issues and he stated "we aren't a Infiniti dealer" The sevice department did address one of my issues with the braking but the work they completed did not change the shaking issue. I strongly suggest having a third party mechanic inspect any used car you plan on purchasing. I spent 35k on my Infiniti and expected everything to be in decent working order which is why I went to a big name dealer but I learned a extremely valuable lesson from my experience, It doesn't matter if it's a big or small dealer have any used car inspected before purchasing.

I arrived at 9:05 a.m. for my 9 a.m. appointment I scheduled with a Cathy. Upon arrival in service area, I stood by car 10 minutes before being acknowledged that I was there. Finally a service person asked if I was helped or needed assistance. I said I had a 9 a.m. appt. w/Cathy. The person pointed to Cathy, of which I was parked right in front of her office/station ... a glass office of which I could clearly be seen, as she was just sitting there!

After completing paperwork with Cathy, who stated she didn't see me, for my oil change, lube and tire rotation, and service to the recall notice regarding a bolt in the steering column. I asked Cathy if my car would be ready by 12 noon. She said yes. I waited until 10 a.m. for a shuttle ride home. I didn't get a call about my car at 12, 12:30 or 1 p.m.
I called Cathy to inquire about my car, and she replied "its been ready since 11:30" and further stated she called several times. She was informed that I had been home the whole while waiting. Upon leaving the dealership she was given my cell #. Upon my return to the dealership, by shuttle after 1:30, it was clearly evident she was calling the wrong #, and some other person.

Pure incompetence! She offered me $2 off my cost, after me providing a $39 coupon I provided upon dropping my car off earlier.

It took 4or5 tries by phone to get your service department then they took out the equipment that was badd that they originally put in and your finance department said they would send me a copy of the check that was being sent back to the credit Union and they never did so I'm sitting here in the blind and I ordered product in good faith paid for it and neither got it or know if it was payed back.

I came in because there was an unfulfilled order for the type of vehicle that I had previously purchased at Future Ford. I was not expecting to end up trading in my car or getting a new car, although I needed one for my expanding family. Jeffrey Martinez got me the best possible deal and the best possible vehicle for my family, without any pressure. I enjoyed meeting Jeffrey. He sat with me the entire time I was waiting for financing. He kept the timeframe in which I needed to leave in mind, and I was able to get in and out in the time I needed in order to get home. Kyle Saephan got me a great monthly payment, which was lower than originally thought. I had left something in my old vehicle and Jeffrey found it and held it for me until I could pick it up. Jeffrey was so polite, kind, and thoughtful. He really went above and beyond. Thanks to Jeffrey and to Kyle, I will for sure be coming back and I will recommend Future Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

They contacted me through a pre-approval letter and I spoke with Jarod Moore. I work late hours and he stuck around until 7pm so I could swing in and look at a vehicle. The whole sales dept was great. Jarod helped locate the truck I was looking for and after a great smooth drive, went in to do the deal. He helped encourage me to get what I wanted and helped negotiate with me to get exactly what I wanted. I drove out of there a bit later and he was a great guy to hang out with and buy a vehicle from. He was excited for me to get the truck I had been wanting for some time. Everyone there was super friendly. This was our second experience buying from them and I would highly recommended Jarod again and again. Jesse did the financing and papers and he was also extraordinary in getting me the best deal. They are currently looking for the truck my daughter wants and we will be right back in there. If you go in ask for Jarod Moore! Also Jose did the wheelin and dealin and fought for what I wanted.

I had an appointment for an annual service at Future Ford in Roseville on April 13th. I told the service adviser that I needed a 30k service on my 2017 Explorer. I have a pre-paid service contract that cost me around 2,400.00 when I purchased the vehicle. The adviser wrote the repair order up and I waited for my car to get done. My service consisted of an oil/filter change, tire rotation, fresh air filter replacement, air filter replacement, multi point inspection. When I got the vehicle back, the repair order was written up as a 35k service (basically an oil change) with tire rotation. My tires did not get rotated even though I had new ones installed 3,000 miles ago and it is time for that to be done. No filters were changed, and when I got home, my low washer fluid light came on. So I'm feeling taken advantage of by paying all this money for a service contract so that they could just do oil changes and make me pay for all of the other stuff in the future. What kind of service are you running here? I am an Automotive technician by trade for over 40 years. This is illegal to have stuff written in that was checked off on the list, when it really wasn't even looked at. I may contact the BAR and have them handle this and find out how crooked the technicians are over there for making false statements. This repair order is a legal contract. I would never recommend this place to anyone even though I purchased my vehicle there.
