I changed my review and the ratings does not reflect from Adrian Dragos/Kevin Ross when I purchased my truck in 2017. Recently I have been having mechanical issues and taken my truck for service twice with a total time of about 3 weeks, to end up with a truck that still isn t fixed and with a great addition to the hood of it(view pictures, more visible in person and when it s washed) I picked up my truck and was contemplating on possibly trading it in, their sales/service liaison Kathy told me they could give me a value for my truck so I went right over to the sales side, they gave me a value and they had a truck I might be interested in, while I waited I noticed what ended up being the scratch thinking it was just a cobweb but I was wrong. I immediately called their liaison to notify her of it, she came out saw and said she would come right back, went on a test drive, came back from the test drive, I was hungry and tired so I didn t feel the need to go looking for her and gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would contact me. 2 weeks later 7/30/19 I give them a call wanting to speak to their actual manager for the service side, since I have a truck that still has issues and the nice little scratches, 8/01 actually get a call of them not only wanting my truck as a trade in but wanting me to purchase a new vehicle from them ( Not the manager for service) the liaisons job was to bridge the gap between sells and service if they can t do that right I personally don t feel the need to give them any kind of business and feel the need to let people know the outcome of leaving your vehicle in their care.
A friend that is not well versed in English asked me to translate for him, so I was on the phone with Matt the manager and Matt just hung up on me because I was asking specific questions about his request for more money down, after the car had been purchased. What poor/rude customer service. Purchase there at your own risk, I m recommending that my friend returns the car. Good luck to you Matt.
Paul Traylor is such a great sales associate to work with and is at Future Ford! He isn't pushy like a lot of car sales people can be but very informative and up to speed on the inventory. Next time I need a new car I will most definitely be finding Paul!
This is my second Lincoln purchase with Future Ford of Roseville. My experience with Fred Ebrahimi was very good. He showed me a few things that I had not been told on my first Lincoln purchase. I plan on going back in for further lessons.
After dealing with many service departments of different company, I can strongly say That Ford has the best service and warranty and this location and Roseville Future Ford the best of Ford dealership. My service adviser s name is Brad, and I am super satisfied with his service.
The internet manager Garren Gonzales at Sac Future Ford off of Madison was great. He found the truck we were looking for, when two other internet managers couldn t. We were only in the dealership for two hours when buying the truck. Best car buying experience ever. I highly recommend Garren and this dealership.

Future Ford on Madison sold us a car and let my daughter drive it off the lot already knowing it had a recall on it that it should NOT have been driven. When we took it in for the Xylon the service dept said the car CANNOT be driven. It had a RECALL on it. This is the first we heard of it. Come to find out they knew that even before we drove it off the lot. My daughter is a sales rep and drives a lot and this dealership let her drive it for a wk and a half and did not notify us except when we took it in for Xylon. They PUT HER LIFE AT RISK. So much for their customer concern and satisfaction.. Then they kept it almost a month to fix and had to keep it a couple extra days for the Xylon. Asked why they did not do it while it was sitting their the month they told my daughter WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE IT. But it was ok for HER TO DRIVE IT. UNBELIEVABLE. I would rate this dealership minus poor if they had it. And the salesman and finance guy was preaching to rate them excellent. Ha. You call this Excellent. If my daughter had been injured because they let her drive it without regard to her safety - I would have sued their pants off. I will let everyone I know not to use this dealership or even FORD.
Excellent service from the Future Ford staff, specifically Rod and Dennis. Zero pressure, great assistance in finding the vehicle we were looking for, and quick in/out the door service. Highly recommend.

Go here if you want to return a new vehicle a day after buying, to get it repaired, then pick it up to only notice it needs more repairs. They dont check their vehicles thoroughly. Also be prepared to have cosmetic damages after picking it up from Service. Not a Happy Customer at ALL. Buyers go shop in Roseville Auto Mall instead or Folsom Lake Ford. Much better Service, Integrity, Trust and quality Vehicles.
Any dealer can sell you a car, it's how you are treated when everything doesn't go right with it that really matters in the long run. We were treated right. We bought a "used" 2015 Ford Escape there that had been previously owned and returned for a larger car. It had only about 500 miles on it. Turned out, it had some transmission glitches and after 5 months and about 5000 miles with it back in the shop for the second time, we told them we weren't driving it out and wanted a new car. So got a new Escape with a larger engine and AWD. Ronnie the salesman, Darren the guy in the service lane, (well, both Darrens in the service lane) Tony the service manager, Slovic (sp?) in finance, the head management and everyone else we dealt with there all treated us extremely well and gave us a great deal on the new vehicle and took the other one back for a good price. Sure, it cost us more but we really upgraded the vehicle and are extremely satisfied with it and how we were treated. I would and will go back for my next car and encourage my friends to do the same.
Went in for sunroof repair. First was told $800. Within hours went up to $2900. No warranty on Sunroofs through any plan. No preventive maintenance or anyone that could tell me how to take care of my sunroof. My car goes into Ford on a regular basis and not once was there mention of repair needed on the sunroof. They admitted they never check them. This was on an upper end Ford Edge. Shocking and disappointing.
Joshua at Future Ford took care of my car professionally and quickly. I needed a rental, I was picked up by the rental company who had my paperwork ready, I was in a rental within 10 minutes on the road. My car was completed in 3 days. I went to pick up with no issues. I'd definitely recommend this dealership for repairs.
By far the best dealership I have ever purchased a car from. From start to finish, our salesman Kelly Shepherd was available with answers to our questions, and helping us locate the exact car we wanted. It was a very positive experience. This is our 2nd time purchasing from Future Ford of Sacramento and Kelly Shepherd.

My wife and I bought a car from here. We had Chris Welch as our sales rep and he was awesome! He was very nice and wasn t pushy. He was cool with letting my kids go on the test drive with us and tried to make our experience as easy and comfortable as possible.
The one reason this is not a 5 star review is because of our experience with the finance guy, AJ. At first he was very nice and easy to talk to. He gave us his pitch in why we needed to buy all the extra stuff and at first we said no. Then his attitude did a complete 180 and he became extremely rude and pushy. We had already been pre-approved for a loan with our bank and I didn t need all the extra stuff that came with using his lender. In continuing with his current attitude towards us he wanted to show you what we weren t going to be getting, just so you know and started looking through his drawers, while slamming them shut every time it was the wrong drawer. Every time I said no he got more and more rude. I eventually gave in because I m new to this and I folded. Of course when I took his lender everything went back to sunshine and rainbows. Not sure if this is how he normally is, but he was training someone that day so maybe he was just trying to look better or something. Either way, not a good look.
When we left, my wife told me how she got kind of uncomfortable with how rude he was with us not using their lender. If she would have told me this at the time I would have walked out of his office.
Moral of the story, I will gladly buy a car from Chris again, but I will never finance through Future Ford again. I for sure won t be going through AJ anymore.
prompt, polite service. Future provided an Uber back to home and return to them. Quick fix on a recall item and had an oil/filter change done at the same time. Excellent.
Future Ford of Sacramento has one of the best salesman ever in Lee Peebles! It's difficult to even describe how great he was to work with - helpful, honest and kind. When I was shopping for a car I needed to be sure it would be comfortable enough for my disabled daughter to ride in. It's difficult and painful for her to travel. Lee was actually kind enough to bring the car to us, so she could try it out. He was extraordinary in helping me find just the right car to help me make her comfortable for her doctor visits. I will never forget how easy he made the whole process of buying a car for me and how compassionate he was with my daughter. And I got a great car!!! Thank you again Lee. Your the best!!!!

Josh in the service department is always so helpful. I purchased a used Explorer from Future Ford a year ago. I've been getting my oil changed and regular maintenance from them since then. Josh has helped me every time and is always professional and informative. He is pretty funny too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service.

I love future ford. I was hopeless looking at smaller lots and days away from buying a salvaged vehicle until a good friend of mine referred me to future ford. I was certain that I wouldn't get accepted but I was wrong. I had an awesome salesman by the name of Armen who helped me the whole way. I was comfortable, I didn't feel rushed, they saved me money, helped me lower my payments, and all in one day I walked out in a 2009 Honda Civic with a full tank of gas. I couldn't be any happier. I always bring my vehicles here. John Green is my service writer and I will always ask for him specifically. Highly recommended. Great customer service. They paid a Lyft ride for me even when they don't have to. It's those little things that keep me coming back. If you are buying a car I would recommend Gary Crow as your contact. I have bought multiple vehicles from him. Upfront and honest. He runs the internet division I believe or just ask for him. Also there is always someone to help you. No shortage of people at this place and vehicles are priced to sell.

We even had expierence with their diesel service for our F350 and they always get things taken care of. we have 2 2017 Ford Fusions and the company I work for has the. ford fleet line. The dealership is great, they send us notices on when it s time for servicing and always send us a coupon for an oil change. Love the service and the people. Best dealership in town. Loyal customers since 2009.

I gave 4 stars because my vehicle was estimated to take 2 days to evaluate then repairs would start. The service Dept. Called the next day with the vehicle repaired and ready to be picked up due to a battery issue. And the shuttle service was quick to deliver me home; however, there is only one shuttle and overloaded when they get busy. Another part-time shuttle for those busy times would help out as they were unable to pick me up for my return trip leaving me to get my own ride.
Brandon and Matt were incredibly helpful! They made my experience here more than easy I truly enjoyed my experience! I would recommend these two for anyone purchasing a car!
I did not buy a car but Jeff Martinez let me browse the lot without pressure and answered every question I could come up with. I just wish he sold Kia as the guys at Folsom Lake Kia are not anywhere near as friendly or knowledgeable. If I ever pull the trigger on my Mustang, he would be the person I call.

I purchased my 2017 Ford Escape from the Future Ford location in Roseville, but use the Future Ford location in Sacramento for any maintenance I might need. The people in the service department are fantastic. I never have had a bad experience with them.
Very poor customer service. Several ford dealerships in the area were friendly and willing to work with us for a work vehicle. This dealership would not work with us, lied directly to us, and hung up on us. Will not be back.
