I miss the service department. I relocated closer to Elk Grove and made the horrible mistake of taking my vehicle to their service department for an oil change. I was used to someone coming out to greet me with a smile, and take down my information, walk through the process and walk me inside and have a conversation. Instead, I had to walk inside, I noticed they Elk Grove Ford was not busy, I waited for someone to aknowledge me, then waited for their service guy to walk back and forth to get information from my vehicle. I have seen Future Ford service guys busy and they always acknowledge their customers. Nevertheless, upon returning to pick up my vehicle about 2 hours later from Elk Grove Ford, one guy was on the phone and the other was looking up info for a customer and neither ackowledged me. I waited and waited and waited and finally the African American service guy that was helping a customer, finished up, the customer left, the African American service guy walked right past me, then walked back inside, critiqued some left over old food on the counter behind the service desk, made small talk with the other service guy who had just got off the phone and continued to pace back and forth. The service guy that had got off the phone finished up with what he was doing then asked me my name. I was mind boggled. The level of disregard was so obvious, unprofessional and uncalled for. I miss the service level I received from Future Ford Sacramento and wanted to tell you all thank you. It is hard for customers to bring their vehicles in for service but to know you will receive acknowledgement and professionalism makes it a whole lot easier. I had a few issues with miscommunication with Future Ford service in the past but all in all your service level improved a great deal and it is missed. I wanted to take a moment to let you know. Keep making your customers feel important because it is appreciated.

As someone who purchases a new car every 6 months ...

As someone who purchases a new car every 6 months to a year, plus family and friends bring me to help them get good deals, I have some experience purchasing vehicles. This was the worst experience I've ever had, nothing has come close to this. The salesman was rude, was not educated in the trucks he was trying to sell, called me a liar, and insulted me more than once. I talked to the sales manager and he seemed disinterested in the situation like it's happened before and could care less. They not only lost a sale that day, since we purchased a truck from another dealer, but they lost any hope of me coming back.

I had a problem with my transmission on my 2013 Ford Fusion took it to future ford and was very happy with the Sevice I received. Steve Wilson was my sevice advisor he was more than help full. He made sure I had a car to drive while My car was getting fix. There was a back order on a part so it took longer than expected, but future ford took care of me. Very happy customer here would use them over and over again. Thank you Steve Wilson for such an amazing job! And thank you future ford of Roseville for taking care of my car!!!

The waiting room is clean. There two single bathrooms that have been extremely well taken care of. The waiting area itself is a tad outdated. I would probably not recommend waiting here all day to get your car fixed. There is a microwwave and coffee cups but no free coffee which i am surprised by since there are so many cars getting serviced here. Overall the staff are friendly qnd helpful

Had a great experience with Brian Deleon, he was very easy going and helpful. We came for a certain vehicle and knew what we wanted. He did not try to steer us in any different direction or push a bigger deal. He truly just wanted to make sure we were happy. The best, and fastest car shopping I have ever done.

2015 ford focus transmission problem first though great... this is gonna cost a arm and a leg call up the service department and Drew tells me to bring it in and he'll get it done within the next week it was a day before Thanksgiving. Little did I know he would get it done that Friday insanely fast and it was covered under a recall they also fixed a shudder I had plus a fuel tank issue. By far the best service I've had in a while. Definitely will be going back Drew and Josh at Madison service thank you.

Justin was very helpful, answered all my questions (pretty sure I asked about a thousand of them) and really made the whole experience so much better than I thought it would be. Kevin Palmer is always our go to service advisor! He s always kind and understanding of our needs. We ONLY go to Ford for our services, specifically because of Kevin. They always get things done in a timely manner and keep us updated via call or text. It s nice to not get worked over by a mechanic and be able to trust their service. Also, if they cannot perform a maintenance (like replacing a windshield) they refer you to who they would use! Always trustworthy and respectful! Thank you Kevin and all maintenance technicians! You guys are the best. I could move 100 miles away and still come to you guys for anything, even oil changes.

I also met the GM Rod who is definitely a busy guy but made sure I got the best deal possible. Future ford was my first and only stop and I left with a brand new F-150 colt. My experience was amazing and I would recommend future Ford on Madison ave to anyone. Just ask for Brian ;).

I went on 10/21/18 to purchase a vehicle. I got a smart for two. I got the car for 9,000 and bought all their warranties witch came out to an additional 6,500 on top of the car purchase price. Not even 30 days into owning the car a check engine light came on. I thought they no worries I paid to make sure that if this were to happen I would be able to have it fixed. Well I called service and asked what steps I would take they told me it would be a few weeks for the car to be fixed because they would have to send the car to Mercedes Benz and they would have to fix it and bring it back. They also told me I would not have a rental paid for so I would have to come out of pocket for that as well. Also I would have to pay a 100 dollar deductible. Their warranties are a joke I cancelled it right away and went to a mom and pop place to fix a simple sensor going out. These guys were gonna have me pay for so much that took so little time. They are not a good business to buy from. They are crazy to take 5,200 cash down payment from me and treat me like I'm nothing. Guess what? You guys LOST out on 6,500. I will make sure no one I know ever goes to your rotten place of business ever. You need to learn that taking care of the customer comes first. You have no class at all and they way your staff treated me when I wanted to cancel my plans was inexcusable.

Traded in a classic Mustang for 2016 Mustang GT Premium (6 speed) with the Performance Package and Recaro Seats. The car handles great and the 5.0L V8 works with this model. Everyone from sales staff to managers to finance treated me great WITHOUT SALES PRESSURE. If I am doing this review right after buying the car the rate would be 5 or 4 stars , but unfortunately thats not the case .

They have a zero rated customer service after the sale , they contacted me twice after I bought the car the 1st time was 9 months after I bought the car , it was a pre-owned certified ... they offered me 13k less that what I bought ( even less than half ) and maybe its a dealers thing but whats bad is that the guy who asked me to bring it promised me a great deal very close to the bank payoff amount .. but the guy who gave me the promise didn't show up the day of the appointment and the 1st response from his colleague who met me was that xxx was mistaken when he gave you the offer there is no way he can give it to you.

Now , I thought this is a one time thing but it happend again a month ago ,, 9 months after the 1st time and I told the guy who contacted me that i don't want to make deals with your dealership cause of what happened the 1st time and he told me just come and we will be able to offer you the payoff amount and this time is different and you are dealig with me and blah blah blah ,, So cause I am so naive I went to the Appointment just to see whats going to happen ,, and guess what happened,,,, I called him when I was outside and he told me come in ,,,,again he didn't show up and they said he had to leave for a family issue .

bottom line , If you are planing to buy a car and never go back again ,,, its a good place to do that , other than that their rating is -1

So I went here to buy a used electric vehicle I did some research and I knew what I was looking for while checking out the car I noticed it did not have the charging cord So I asked the sales person about it he insured me that they would find it and that they had just taken it out so it would not get stolen. so we decide to purchase the car while driving it there was very little charge so I asked him to make sure they had the cord and plugged in so that we could drive home with it that night. so after negotiating the price we were first told we had a 62 month loan at 280 so when we get back to sign papers my wife is reading over the papers and it says 72 month . she asked him about it and says oh he changed it and got a better loan percentage rate, so we are like here we go. so we get finished and do a walk around I ask where the cord was and the sales person tells me I can pick up one at home depot, lol I said that's not the deal that's not what we agreed on so after a big ordeal they get me a charger for another car and a promise to order a quick charge cord for the car I write and call them to find out if they had received the cord he tells me yeah we got it .I drive all the way down there on low charge because I dont have the correct cord for the car and the guy has the exact same cord they gave me the night I picked up the car I asked him why he said they never planned on ordering the quick charger that was promised and that I have in writing and then after asking them to just order the right cord everyone stopped calling or even returning emails I cant believe it so typical right. I've bought cars this was not what I expected at all

Just purchased a new 2019 Ford Fusion from Future Ford in the Roseville Auto Mall. Our sales person was Ian (outstanding)! I would highly recommend Ian and of course Future Ford. Being in the retain Auto Industry for almost 30 years; my current experience with Future Ford has been outstanding from the greeting up to Cal (Fin Mgr) for completion of all paper work. Pre-owed Ford for future FORD 2 month ago, when I drove of the lot the windshield seal start flapping in the wind . And my son trying To round down window and would short out every so often. So I call the salesman Jared said bring it in we will take care of it. Well do to my work schedule, I was not able to bring back car till recently for the issue. We will start with part/Service department Service department I drop my car off and explained the situation ,Andy write up an order said should be covered but have to sign this paper that I could charge you $315?! It was a problem to me you saying you guys would take care off it.
So I pick my car up and they tell me that they are covering the window seal but are not covering the window switch. I ask why they are not covering both they say was not covered under warranty.?! First off this is a problem had when got the car, should have been taken care
Want to charge me $200. For repairs So I ask to talk with a supervisor Andy sent me over to main office to find the salesman that helped me and told it would be covered. But I found a man name Jeff I told what the situation said that there nothing that he could do for me but get me into another car and passed me to another salesman. So to make a very long story short something that should have been taken care of by future ford and the staff that are not customer friendly are Justin McClelland , Tyler Torres, Bryce. I got nothing but lies and the run around story from these people IF YOU WANT GET GREAT Service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GET IT FROM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got back from having my F150 serviced, when I got there I was handed the keys and paper work, the gentleman who helped me wasn't going to go over my vehicle with me. I asked him all sorts of questions about it, how is the air filter, was the oil low, his response was we don't check the oil level and if there was a problem with the air filter the mechanic would have said something. I drive the truck home and on the side walk is the belly pan from under the truck. I was lucky it fell off in my drive way and not as I was going down the freeway. I doubt I will ever take it there to be services again. This was my 2nd time getting my truck serviced at Future Ford, not much better service the last time. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get much better service.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. They will rip you off five ways from Sunday. I ve had my car broken into while in their possession. They will do things incorrectly I ve had two other mechanics tell me what was done wrong by this dealership and when I took it in they totally disagree with the two other mechanics because they don t want to fix what they did wrong

Steve was fantastic with his responsiveness and professionalism. Really like the texting updates. Being provided with transportation both to and from the dealership was also great. I have purchased and serviced two vehicles with Future Ford Roseville over the last decade and will continue to do business with them moving forward. You need more folks like Steve Wilson in the service department! When it came to my tire issue, I really appreciated being provided all the options without anyone being pushy!

We recently purchased a 2017 F-150 Lariat from Future Ford of Sacramento. It was an outstanding experience. Our sales contact was Alex Panchenko and our Finance contact was Shay Haggin.

Alex dealt with us in a warm, yet very professional manner. He understood what we wanted and that we were not into the usual back-and-forth of car-buying. As such, our conversations were friendly, straight forward and always productive. We designed and built our truck to order, which took about two months. Alex discussed each option and option package with us and advised us on what alternatives existed and best met our needs in each case. He honored every agreement we reached throughout the process; and met every timeline. His final pricing was the best of the almost thirty Bay Area Ford dealers we contacted. He provided his direct cellphone to us and was extremely responsive throughout the process.

When we picked up our truck, it was ready and waiting for us. Alex was immediately available to us and never kept us waiting. In addition, he spent almost two hours with us going over the many aspects of cabin technology and the over-all vehicle. Alex introduced us to Shay to finalize all paperwork and registration documents.

Shay was also very warm and professional. He made the paperwork painless. Everything was ready for our signatures and we received a clear, concise explanation from Shay regarding each document. The process was completed expeditiously and without hassle of any kind.

We highly recommend this dealership and the sales-finance team of Alex and Shay. They made auto-buying as pleasant as possible. Alex communicated clearly and timely throughout the order-manufacture-delivery process. At no time did we experience any sales pressure, condescension, or dismissive behavior. Rather we were dealt with in a friendly, professional manner at all times.

My 2013 Ford Focus was in need of some TLC. I called Ed Rieks in the service department and after a short conversation was asked to bring it in. Upon arrival I was given a courteous and professional reception and a rental car to cover the time for the duration of service. The determination of repairs was made and authorized and the car received a new set of clutches in the trans. Three days later I picked the car up and have since re-scheduled it for regular service and oil changes. I won't take my car to anyone but Future Ford and would recommend you do the same
