All employees were attentive and hard working, I walked in with no real hope they would get me out of my currrent car and into a suv to have room for my son wheel chair but they faught to make it happen and I drove home the same night in my new ford edge.
In addtion they made sure both my children had snacks to keep them from getting fussy, made sure I got coffee when I got tired from being there so late, and even played with my kiddos. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I love working with Mr. Chacon. He is professional, courteous and a nice guy. I also appreciate not having to stop at several stops before arriving at my destination when using their complementary transportation service.
Initial diagnosis was too quick to jump to a conclusion that nothing was wrong. After pressing the service department, they confirmed that there was an issue. This resulted in having my car for over 3 weeks to resolve the issue.
However, the issue(s) have been addressed and I am very satisfied with the work done. Recommendation: need better trouble shooting at the front end, and listen to the customer.

Bought our second vehicle here. First one was Ford Fusion in 2014, today was this beautiful 2017 Ford F-150 4x4 for a great price. The sales team worked hard to find us something in our ballpark but I knew it was going to be tough. All the stars aligned and was in the end willing to spend a little more to get exactly what we wanted, which they just happened to have.
The sales team, Jeff Holt, David Belcher, and Shay Haggin were a great team. Not pushy at all and they worked hard to see if a deal could be made, and made it happen.
I will always check Future Ford first.

Honestly, every time I go to Future Ford for service, they treat me great. My Fire Blue F150 purchase was three years ago and it runs and looks like new with 55K miles. I feel like they roll out the red carpet for me. They know me by name and treat me like I would treat a customer of mine.
Prior to leaving my truck, they review the service which will be performed and the expected cost - if any. When I pick up the vehicle, they review exactly what was done and indicate what will need to be done in the future. They keep a complete history of the vehicle so they will know if something starts looking out of line.
The service people are very friendly and always concerned about my wife and me. They want to make sure they provide us the high quality service that they are known for in Roseville.
It is all about the experience and I always leave knowing my truck is ready for the next adventure and that I have a good feeling about how well I was treated.

I purchased a 2016 2.3L Ecoboost Premium Coupe 2.3L Twin Turbo Charged Ford Mustang. I have had my frustrations with this dealership, but am currently very happy with my most recent dealings with them. I was about to hit my 60,000 mile warranty over Labor Day Weekend and was so nervous, it being my only means of transportation that i depend on quite heavily. Brad in Service allowed me to come in and he recorded my mileage that Saturday and still allowed the warranty work (they found an oil leak a few months prior under the timing cover). I cannot promise they can do this for everybody, especially since I was still under the 60,000miles, had really huge extenuating circumstances and I had also purchased their maintenance package along with all the other bells amd whistles I could have when buying the car in October 2015. What I can say is, if you are respectful to them, they always seem to do what they can to help their customers out in ways I have never seen in other dealerships.
I have gotten now 5 different cars from Here an everytime I have had great customer service from each areas..
Want to make a big shout out to Brian O Brian aka B.O.B for once again helping me an working with me to find the perfect car/SUV that I love an didn t want to leave without. And going out of his way to make things happen..

This is the best dealership I have ever experienced. I cannot give too much praise for my sales rep, Kyle Saephanh - he is the nicest, non-pushy, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, professional sales person that I have ever had the good fortune to do business with. Please go talk with him before you purchase your next new or used vehicle. He's the best.
The finance person, Paul Hornick, was also great. Such a nice fellow, easy going, totally upfront with everything that he is processing. A real pleasure to work with on these touchy and oh so important details of the purchase. I got everything I wanted in the way of financing and extras, at a monthly payment that I felt totally comfortable with.
So I'm a very happy camper with my new 2015 Ford Fiesta. It's a great little car, drives like a much more expensive car and gets great mileage. I love driving it. Fortunately it gets great mileage, I'm getting 30 mpg just driving around town. I haven't taken it on a long, highway drive yet to check the highway mileage. They tout 37 mpg, so we will see, but I'm pretty sure it will come up to this.
I recommend Future Ford of Sacramento totally and completely.
My wife's A/C in her car decided to quit on her. She took it here to have an inspection done, which cost over $100, just to diagnose the problem. They came back with basically everything was wrong with the A/C and quoted her over $3000 to fix it. We decided to take it to another place and have them diagnose the problem. They were able to locate the problem down to a broken seal and fixed it for just a little over $100. It makes me believe that they were just trying to take advantage of my wife as if they truly did do a check and diagnostic of the system them they should of been able to see that a seal was the problem and not recommend replacing everything in the A/C system. Will never go back here again for anything.

Was a long process on my side because i was picky and wanted what i could afford at a reasonable price . I had to come up with more money for down and got near where i needed to be. Figure if we dont buy starbucks we can get it si goodbye coffee welcome home Beautiful Ford F150. I work the deal with leasing manager gary who was awesome and has graet patience . I did all number crunching before going in and what a differance in time. Went in got what we talked about went to finance and out the door in less than 2hrs. Happy Happy Happy. My experience was amazing!! My sales team who helped me Tyler (sorry couldn't remember your last name..lol) and Robert Dickey were the best ever sales people I've had and we've bought a lot of cars..lol. I love my new Ford Escape, but I kept needing to see which one had what, and then what color, kind of kept going all over the place, but he never made me feel like I was driving him crazy. I totally recommend going to Future Ford of Sacramento and asking for Robert!!

Future Ford has added a perk that assist with appointments if you leave your car. They are now including collaborating with Lyft to get you from and back to their location. They also have options with financing for those highly recommended milestone in mile service appointments. Thanks to KEVIN I had great service.

My Ford service advisor is great. Everyone I've met there have been really nice. The service department people don't get enough credit for what they do. It's not their fault if you're car breaks down or how much it costs to fix it so be nice to them, smile, tell a joke or bring them some sweets (preferably homemade) I know it would make someone's day.
Adrian Dragos has a friendly demeanor, and strives to provide exceptional customer service. I wish all salesmen were as professional and personable as Adrian.

We bought a 2011 Ford Ranger Sport truck form Future Ford. I have had the worse experience of my life through Future Ford and I want everyone to know about it! Here is my story. We bought the truck and the person that sold it to us; it was his first sale, a nice person. (1st issue) We were told we received software (no extra charge) that allows tracking of your vehicle for theft sake...we had to take the truck in for this. I waited for two weeks and finally called to find out when we should bring the truck in. There was no due bill and the service dept said they could not do anything until they received this from the sales dept. (2nd issue) I went home and started calling to find out about the due bill, either no one would call me back or I would get transferred to leave a msg.......still no return call! (3rd issue) We finally took the truck in and when we got it back it did not look like they HAD DONE ANYTHING.......and they did not. We were given paperwork that we were to use to go online and register. The information did not work and we could not register. The next couple of days I received in the mail, information about my Sirius account.....why had I not registered my complimentary package????? Again, I called and got nowhere. There were a few more issues but I am sick of trying to figure out what to do when no one cooperated so I am not dealing with them anymore and if anyone else is tempted to go there....think again. I had a different person every time I went in because the prior people I dealt with were no longer there. BEWARE....BEWARE OF THE DEALER!

Currently in the process of filing a lawsuit against future ford of sacaramento me and the lien holder have been trying to cancel the service contract since june and have constantly be given the run around from here i will just let my attorney handle matters it like they dont want to refund us on something optional the car was a total loss so there is no use having it
They made it super easy to get my recalls taken care of. They called a lyft for me to get to work and kept me updated via text messaging so I was up to date on the status of my car. My car was waiting out front when I arrived to pick it up.

From the first phone call to the last signature in the finance office the best car purchasing experiences ever. On a personal note I highly highly recommend test driving cars during a thunder storm.
They had a Escape teaser online for $19,999. I called and they said they still had it so I said I'll be there in 15 minutes. After all the credit checks and paperwork for my used van(only got $350 when they at first said $1,350) So after the Closer comes in and says ohhhh The 1 you wanted is gone but we can give you exact same one for 22k out the door. Signed for 45 minutes and when I got home seen the price was $25k.Called and complained to no avail. MAKE SURE THEY DON'T DO A SWITCHERO WHEN YOUR SIGNING FOR 45 Minutes.
Drove all the way down there from Reno Nevada to buy a four wheel drive truck that wasn't even on the lot anymore. They lied to us repeatedly and gave us the run around for three hours. Three separate guys tried pushing these two wheel drive vans on us when we told them every single time two wheel drive is not an option. If you want to waste a bunch of your time with these dummies lying to your face then this is the spot.

They told to bring my car in at 7am for a warranty repair. When I got there the guy was rude and said no my car wouldn't be repaired and he didn't my warranty would do what they said they would do. I will never go there again. Terrible customer service from that employee.
Worst experience at a car dealership service drive of my life. They have confusing estimates where they don t give each line item a value. Instead they put a total amount at the bottom and make you guess what portion goes to each line item of service. Then after I paid for my service they called to have my car brought from the lot and it took 30min to pull my car in front. I won t be back.
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Ok so I went to this dealership the other day to try and get into a new 2017 mustang GT. The sales person I was talking to his name was Mike. Now when I went to check out the car in person I knew how much the car was worth. It was worth around 27k(based on prices on KBB). From the very beginning Mike wanted to run my credit in order to lock me in on the deal. After refusing to run my credit before we both agree on a fair price, Mike got aggressive told me that I'm not a serious buyer. When he came back with a price he tried to sell me the car for 4k over the actual price(MSRP). He told that he made me the best deal for the car I'm getting. so I left that day upset that he was trying to sell me the car for 4k over the advertised value of the car. That same day I called the sales manager and I spoke with him about the situation letting him know that I was disrespected by his salesman and that he was trying to sell me the car for 4k over the advertised. The manager said that just for that incident he was wiling to compromise and make me a good deal which was $33,488. Now I know he wasn't trying to make me a good deal because it was listed online on their website for exactly that much. A day later the car is now listed for $31,488 and I would never do business with these people ever. overall I'm very disappointed with this experience and I'm glad I did my homework before I went there.
The service staff is always professional and communicates better than any dealership I ve worked with.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service over the phone. I called in to schedule an appointment and nobody ever responded. Lastly, I was telling the receptionist to see if they might have any locations nearby to drop off the car. The lady response "No". People over the phone need to re-train on how to communicate effectively customers. Service dept doesn't seems to have anyone available for questions. Quite frankly, Lexus can operate way better so I wouks think Ford can do better than that. I am hoping the company will improve in this sector of the organization. Customer Service is one of many factors to fulfilled your company's mission.

I had a recall from Ford concerning replacement of an airbag. I had to wait for some time for Future Ford of Roseville to get the replacement part but when they had it it was taken care of promptly and checklist of my car was included plus a car wash. Much appreciated!

Cedric is new at his job and sucks at it. Shane from the financing department fixed his mess. Tri is great at his job, is very friendly and helpful (truly someone who goes above what is required to make sure you're happy). Initially I was very happy.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone though. I bought a warranty along with the car I purchased for approximately 2k. They didn't submit it. I didn't know that they just sat on the money and hoped I didn't need the warranty until I actually needed it.
Some of their staff is really nice, I'll give them that, but I was surprised at how hard it was to get actual help. They took my car for a month and did a minimal amount of work on it, then charged me much too much for their service; They pretended most of it wasn't covered under the guise of some sort of made up warranty they said I had (Not the warranty I purchased). When I finally got it back, the problem I brought it in for was STILL there. What a snafu.
