This place, as a service center, seems to get the job done. However go prepared for a hardcore upsell game. Everytime I bring one of my vehicles here they regularly try to convince me I need $200-400 in extra, (overpriced) services. Most recently a trip for a $69 oil change and tire rotation had a recommendation for $300 additional services. A radiator flush and brake flush.

I don't hold the recommendations against them as much as the sales approach. It was: "Ok I've got you down for $379 today for the oil change and those recommended services." Never even asked if I was interested. The assumption I would bite is ridiculous. Who goes to buy something for one price and just accepts an additional $300 without a thought.

Then the service writer informed me I would be receiving a satisfaction survey for my visit and said, "If you could go ahead and give me 5 stars that would be great "
