Went in today with not a lot of hope. I had a trade in with a lot of miles that I still owed quit a bit of money on but Blake and David were more than helpful. They were kind, patient and very informative while I figured out which car I wanted and gave me more then a fair amount on my trade in. Shane, the finance manager, worked some magic and I ended up with the best deal EVER!!! I could not be happier with my experience today! My experience at Future Ford was very smooth and enjoyable. I worked with Glenn Turner and he was incredibly helpful. I am new at car buying and he was very informative and patient with my questions. He asked me a few questions to narrow down what cars he would have me test out, which I thought was great because they have a wide selection at the dealership and then we went to test drive. I was hooked on the first one we tried but I did try out 2 more just to solidify my choice. Glenn was excellent to work with and made the whole process very easy. I would highly recommend Future Ford of Sacramento to any car buyers on the market, and ask for Glenn, he's the best.

About a year and a half ago i went to Future Ford to get my car fixed and instead they had me sign and drive a new car. 2 weeks later they took it back and said the bank didnt approve me. After going back and forth with them for a few days they got me approved and the car was givin back. Just yesterday the bank repoed the car. I wasnt far behind at all and was working with them to catch up. But here is the real reason it was repoed. Future Ford lied to them. From what i understand they made it look like i made more then what i did and reduced the cost of the car to make it work. That is fraud. Now i have no car and no way to make the money to get it back even though they wont give it back because they were lied to. Is there any car dealer in CA that doesnt commit fraud or does the law protect them and encourage them to do so? Thanks for lying on my behalf Future Ford. I will do whatever it takes in a legal aspect to make you accountable for this.

@futurefordofsacramento I have to call you out. I made the mistake of buying a truck from your dealership. Within one week it was leaking oil, amongst other issues. When I brought it to the service department, my recently purchased warranty was no where to be found. I had to hunt down Matt Torres in finance to get into the system. I verbalized what was going on with the truck and was assured that the deductible on the warranty would be waived and the truck fixed. It took the entire week to fix the leak and when I stopped for gas, in Los Gatos, this was what I found. The truck was not finished and a few hours later, I received an invoice for $100. I was hours away and tried to ask North Bay Ford in Santa Cruz for help and the guy was so rude, dismissive, and let me know he couldn't help me for a week. I could not be more disappointed with your inability to back your products and service. I would hate to think that because I am female, you have opted to take advantage of me..maybe you are just incompetent, shady, scam artists.
Make this right. Call your customers back to resolve this issue. I'm not asking for more than what is fair.
This is the second time I've been here in 2 years for a new vehicle and I'm never disappointed. Stan has always worked with me in a positive light and helped me get in the car I deserve. I'm sure if I need a car in the future or if my family does, I'll send them straight to Future Ford.

This weekend I came into Future Ford of Sacramento. I worked with the greatest sales staff ever! My sales person was Slavik he did such a wonderfull job for my wife and I this weekend on our new F-150. He tought us all the benifits of why you should Lease a Vehicle, and also showed us the reason why the F-150 cost a little bit more money, but also let us know you get what you pay for! He totally did a great job! Brian Zwald was the the sale manager and did a wonderfull job making sure that the numbers fit our buget its the best business practice Ive ever seen in the car business. We didn't even go there to buy a car. We were taking a work vehicle in for service. We ended up leaving with a new car with poor credit. Will definitely be going back solely for the amazing customer service from Jeff Holt. Beyond impressed and grateful. We really needed a car but didn't think we could qualify. If you are in a similar situation, ask for Jeff. He works miracles.
I was brought in on false pretenses of zero down, went from that to a blank check, to $200 down and the remainder in a few days to $300 down plus remainder... came up with the $300 then they told me I had to bring $500 with a text I received at 2:30am. Was given the run around the whole next day... lied to and was told the car I wanted sold... left high and dry about information on a different car... only to find out from the big heads that what I was told was never an option! I m a single mom with two kids and this whole entire situation was a complete let down! No one even attempted to make it right. Worst experience not buying a card ever!

DONT DO IT!!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! FRAUD...
Since 2003 I have bought "6" new F350 Super Duty Diesel Pickups. 4 of them had
6.0 liter diesel engines, and I had to get rid of them at 100,000 miles to avoid being bitten by the expensive engine failure these motors were discovered to have AFTER I bought them apparently.
So I bought 2 new 2008 Ford F350 6.4 diesel super duty pickups to avoid the 6.0 liter diesel engine plague. What I got instead was the 6.4 liter diesel engine plague instead. My trucks are used in light duty application following oversize loads down the highway and do not tow or haul heavy loads. 1 of my 2008 f350s currently has 186,000 miles on it without issues.....the other one is sitting at Future Ford Sacramento since approximately June 2013.....STILL!! The reason that truck is sitting at Future Ford in Sacramento is the engine is blown up TWICE now!!. The first time the engine went south was because of a high pressure fuel pump failure that washed the engine with diesel fuel and ruined it. The truck now sits with126,000 miles with the same issue again, and Future Ford of Sacramento refuses to fix the truck under warranty as this issue clearly started in warranty. THEY FIXED THE SYMPTOM THE FIRST TIME BUT DID NOT GO AFTER THE CAUSE AND NOW THE REPLACEMENT ENGINE IS WIPED OUT AS WELL. Remember, I have two identical pickups doing the same work, driven by multiple drivers, serviced the same way, and one keeps blowing up, the other is fine.
There is no question that the dealer can horse shoe you right into a new vehicle real easy. The problem is that they are absolutely the worst about rectifying a situation that is clearly a warranty issue. Everytime I call there I am given the run around and folks play stupid. And furthermore, to replace the engine (without fixing the issue taking it out) is $20,000!! Now if they will not take care of a customer that has spent over a Quarter of a Million Dollars (<$250,000) on new trucks in a 5 year period, "WHAT CHANCE DO YOU HAVE" THAT THEY WILL TREAT YOU ANY DIFFERENTLY???
And dealer Representative.....I'm not pulling this review down, furthermore I will tell this story to all my counterparts in my industry and it will no doubt result in lost sales to you. If at such time you wish to come to the table and see how you can reasonably remedy this situation, you just go to your records and look up Perry Brothers Heavy Hauling and give me a call. This has gone on way to long and I've been very patient, but after 15 months it is clear to me you guys have no intention of making this right.

Great great customer service! I went in with the intention on leasing a new explorer st for my wife. Well we got the explorer and also a 2020 gt350 for myself. But since the moment we walked in they didn t pressure us or anything like that. I ve gone to many dealerships in the past (bmw, Lexus, and Audi) and future Ford was the best experience I had buying a car. I also traded my 2018 bmw M4 in order to get that mustang. I went to at least 3-4 dealerships before future Ford to see how much they would give me for my car. Let s just say ther others didn t even come close to what future Ford gave me and made it possible to drive away with a new mustang gt350. From the sales person, sales manager, and the finance manager we were very very satisfied! Thank you future Ford! You guys have a customer for life!

At the end of the day we were able to acquire a brand new 2016 focus. Safe to say that we are driving away with the upmost satisfaction from the help He gave us and what Future Ford did for us. The 5 stars are for Kathy Stull, Service Advisor. She was honest and straight forward with me. Other than that, the rest of the service department really let me down this time. Repairs took too long and were way too expensive. I've never gone to any mechanic besides a Ford service dept, but next time, I'll give it a shot.

Negative 5 stars. I take my car there once for maintenance back in 2014 and I have been getting constant calls and letters from these snakes who want to buy my car. My car was totaled in an accident in 2015 and the constant reminder of a car I no longer have is really what I wake up in the morning for every day.
When I called the phone number given I was cussed out by the person answering the phone. Don't buy cars here. Don't take your car here for service. These guys are greedy af.

The way they handle recalls is a joke. I will never buy another car without looking up the vin and recalls ever again. I had a horrible experience buying my first car. Plus the service department is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend buying a car from here.
