I arrived at 9:05 a.m. for my 9 a.m. appointment I scheduled with a Cathy. Upon arrival in service area, I stood by car 10 minutes before being acknowledged that I was there. Finally a service person asked if I was helped or needed assistance. I said I had a 9 a.m. appt. w/Cathy. The person pointed to Cathy, of which I was parked right in front of her office/station ... a glass office of which I could clearly be seen, as she was just sitting there!

After completing paperwork with Cathy, who stated she didn't see me, for my oil change, lube and tire rotation, and service to the recall notice regarding a bolt in the steering column. I asked Cathy if my car would be ready by 12 noon. She said yes. I waited until 10 a.m. for a shuttle ride home. I didn't get a call about my car at 12, 12:30 or 1 p.m.
I called Cathy to inquire about my car, and she replied "its been ready since 11:30" and further stated she called several times. She was informed that I had been home the whole while waiting. Upon leaving the dealership she was given my cell #. Upon my return to the dealership, by shuttle after 1:30, it was clearly evident she was calling the wrong #, and some other person.

Pure incompetence! She offered me $2 off my cost, after me providing a $39 coupon I provided upon dropping my car off earlier.
