I have been to several dealers shopping for an F150. When I got to Future Ford I felt at home. Daniel Green took the time to understand my wants and needs, answer all of my questions, and got me a fair price. There was no pressure, and I was happy to place my order and give them my business. It's a great place and I will be a customer again in the future.
While looking around for a car in the Sacramento area. I came back after a few days of searching. I told Kelly what I wanted in a vehicle, how much I am willing to spend and monthly payments. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, they found me a great deal on a car I wanted and locked in me in with great payments and awesome interest rate. I highly recommend them.

Shocking, their finance team does not talk to each other. They will not call me back, and pulled my credit without authorization. I would not recommend trusting this location with purchasing due to their dishonest and disconnected financing team.

We recently had to get our entire engine replaced because it apparently was basically dead due to wear and tear, but we think otherwise. We would always service her, always get her checked when lights would come on, yet another Ford told us everything was fine so they ether missed something or it was due to the fact that we drove her so much. She's only 2 years old though so I'm not sure how that's possible but anyways, these guys did an AMAZING job, the check engine light came back on and the check inlet light and we came back in and they fixed it right away, at most 20 minutes and we were done. 100 stars for these guys.
Don't buy a Ford with a securicode door lock. My car was broken Into and they stole the master code from the cars manual. The only way to change that code is to pay Ford to install a new computer. It's a very poor design with huge safety risks.
Very happy with they way I was treated, how the folks in the dealership responded and with my purchase in general. I asked for some things that are a little unusual and they did a great job meeting my needs.

Made an appointment as it was recommended versus waiting hours on a drop off. Still took three hours. On drive up to the service bay i waited 4 minutes (as i thought they would come to me to initiate the interaction) in the car. Becoming doubtful i stood next to my car waiting another 4 minutes. Not seeing any movement and having had several future Ford employees pass me without eye contact, i entered the service area and then stood next to a desk with a few of the service reps talking on phones but the majority staring at their monitors. After 3 minutes of No acknowledgement. I walked to an office and asked a manager if there was a paticular process to sign in for an appiintment. I was instructed to wait next to my car. I then after 2 minutes was assisted. Turns out people before me were also waiting and theystarted to speak up. From here forward the experience was better, but at this point the bar was set so low. The car was not washed as indicated. The car has service agreement-and i feel like they knew that. Was not happy.

Alex Lutsuk is an exceptionally calm, non aggressive, informative professional sales person. Matt Torres is direct, calm and courteous. These gentlemen know how to treat potential customers and they give you time without a sense of urgency. I purchased my car during the 0% financing sales event. After test driving a few Mustang GTs I wasn't sure exactly which GT I'd purchase. I felt so comfortable with Alex and Matt I had them credit check before I decided. I simply didn't want to buy from anyone else. I now have a beautiful 2017 Mustang GT!
Had a morning appointment for replacing a broken headrest. My service advisor performed very well, his name is Sean Thomas Doyle. What I would like to suggest is someone in the true service area act like a triage nurse and determine what goes first and fast. I waited for 1 1/2 hrs for something that might have taken 10 minutes if my service advisor could have done the exchange. No, you have to get in line, no matter what the need. I fully understand leaving my vehicle for true maintenance and appreciate the work and wash. 5 stars for Sean, 1 star for technical support.
Brought car in for service, was quoted $2000 just to start work on engine because piece of broken spark plug in it. Towed to another shop, paid $308 to have piece removed and new plugs put in, car runs great. Still had to pay Future Ford $175 just to look at the car.

Great experience buying my used 2014 Escape. Kelly was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I wanted to test drive the Escape, though it was out of my price range. Kelly brought Jaye in and we were able to make a deal on the car without going too far over budget. Tyler in finance was a pleasure to work with, as well. Although I did not buy my 2014 Escape Titanium here- This place is my choice for all service needs. Brad (one of the Svc Managers) Always makes things convenient and easy for me. Lets me know svcs that "can wait" or a real time line if when they'll need to be done. They respect my time. If they say 2hrs, it will be done within that 2hrs- unlike some places where u end up waiting an addtl 2hrs. They give me a ride home and back if I don't care to wait in the waiting room. This location honestly doesn't see you as a dollar sign. They've done some things for free, knowing I was going on a road trip and saw something that could have become an issue. Imagine MY shock at Brad saying, "we saw this and it could have done this so we went ahead & replaced it." Me thinking 'no one told me how much that would be'- and him saying "We aren't charging you for it. Our guy was in there, and I know you're driving to go visit your son..want to make sure you get there with no issues." Old school value of the customer & customer's safety. They treat you like family. They never make up 'stuff thats suddenly wrong with your car'. A great bunch of people. I've been coming here since Jan 2016, have yet to have a bad experience. I highly recommended this location! Good people, great svc, with values on customers.

I just purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento and had the BEST car buying experience ever. Starting with Eddie who was very personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicles I test drove. He never was pushy and did not fit the stereotype of pushy sales man!!! Everyone was extremely nice with a great sense of humor. Was able to meet the GM Jeff who is awesome!!! Great character and made me feel like I was appreciated. I would refer 100 people and know that they would be well taken care of. My Fiance also plans to purchase his first truck next year.

Friendly professional service; big Jim in the service center is awesome. If you're getting your car serviced then they've got a nice air-conditioned waiting room with free coffee, and on Saturdays they've got a box of donuts. Wait-time on the weekends is terrible due to how busy they always are, but their work is top-notch, and free basic service package if you leased a car from their lot.
I was in the market for a new truck and found the perfect one here. Kelly Shepherd was very helpful and even drove half an hour away to bring the vehicle I wanted with no commitment for me to look at. I ended up purchasing that vehicle. Overall a great team and very friendly staff, most importantly they gave me a great deal.
Total disingenuous 1986 Style car dealership completely full of s*** I've sold cars I've been around cars and dealt with car people for the last 40 years I know the game and no matter how much you give them and out the door price with no add-ons they try to do all the paperwork with a different price than agreed and then put a bunch of add-ons on their my girlfriend had to drive all the way from Auburn back there cuz they screw the paperwork they're completely full of s*** and I recommend everybody stay far far away from that dealership Tri Auburn Ford or if you have to go to a Ford dealership through much better they didn't have the car that she wanted though that's why she didn't go there !

I love the 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium (hybrid) I purchased at Future Ford. It is exactly what I wanted. Finding the right car, negotiating and financing went extremely well. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and listened to me! After I finished the paperwork, Will, the salesman who found and sold me the car, sat with me to set up and explain features of the car with an open invitation to call if I need help in the future. Everyone in Sales and Finance was like that. There is a one-on-one class to help set up features in purchased cars that runs every Wednesday evening.
The service side is just as friendly. When I had to leave my car for tire replacement and for service items I puchased, I was sent home and picked up by LYFT at no cost to me- it is their normal shuttle service! Shout outs to Will and Blake in sales, Kyle in finance and Andy in Service. I know there are others... And there is more to say in praise, but it is late.

Sales rep was patient and calm, while making us feel he was interested in working with us to negotiate a deal. Gilbert and Shane made magic on Monday 1/4/16! I drove onto the lot with my 16 year old Ranger (that just wasn't financially rewarding/worth it to fix the 16 year old parts anymore) and drove off the lot in my 2014 Ford-Certified Fusion! The process was 100% painless and these guys were able to amaze me with staying within my budget (I did not and could not budge!) and getting me the most amazing deals I could ever have imagined (I am still in shock and disbelief, 2 days later)! I thought I was going to to have settle/give up all my desires to be able to afford a reliable vehicle; I did "settle" in that I got a sedan and not an SUV, but I am COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the Fusion!
This Ford location is where my family has bought at least 5 vehicles in the past 16 years and we are ALWAYS satisfied, and in fact still drive most of them!! Having been burned in the past at another car lot (not a dealership) and a foreign car brand, the mere thought of buying a car has always given me anxiety - not this time!
