Worst experience I've ever had! Had a online meet and greet with internet sales manager Mr Robert Clark. Set up an appointment and he blew me off, wait it gets better. So I meet with a Salesman Mr. Brian O'Brian, met twice, thought I had a good rapport with him. We had him look for a few vehicles for us, set an appointment up with him and when we got there he was too busy to talk to me because he's with another customer. Mind you, I had a confirmed appointment. He told me he'd get someone else to help me. He didn't even give me the respect to answer a question I had asked him. He rushed off mid sentence. Let me remind you, this was during my confirmed appointment time. So with that said I packed up my stuff and my family, we left and went to another dealership that actually wanted to sell me a car and make me the center of attention. Ps I did not make a mistake on the dealership this is the exact one that blew me off!!! Future Ford Sacramento on Madison near Hwy 80.

I came in here with hesitation as the "car salesman" aspect has always put me off. However, I was welcomed by a young man by the name of Brian Deleon who soon changed my opinion on the whole experience. He was helpful and extremely knowledgable without making me fee rushed or uncomfortable. He is extremely personable and professional which was not expected. He made my experience at Future Ford very enjoyable. He convinced me on what I had originally wanted... A truck and I will definitely recommend this location and Brian to future friends and family. Love this dealership and look forward to coming back. Thanks Brian.
I had my focus in for repairs and the service department was awsome Jose let me know what the problem was and had it fixed fast and right the first time.my car was clean and ready when I picked it up.it was a great experience in a time of need...thank you Future Ford of sac
Great experience at future ford of Sacramento. Fast and easy personalized service. Ask for Brian Deleon he will take care of you! The finance consultant you NEED to work with is Shay Haggin. Personable, down to earth and honest. No tricks. Thank you Shay for your reliable service.
My second purchase from Future Ford. Travel from Marin county to deal with the amazing sales staff. No beating around the bush they get right to the best price possible. 1st purchase was an Edge Platinum this purchase was Transit 250 High roof Extended van that was made to ordered. Both times my wife and I had a blast with the crew through the whole process. We highly recommend this dealership. They work hard to give you the deal you can live with.
Came in for a recall on my explorer and service was very quick. Parking is very limited so be aware of that. Service staff was professional and helpful and always kept me in the loop with the status of my vehicle. They also paid for a Lyft ride which is super convenient.
I purchased my 2013 Ford Flex new, with an extended warranty and I ve always had great service. In fact this is my 2nd vehicle purchase from FFS. They ve always worked with my schedule & their shuttle service is great! I always recommend Future Ford Sacramento to my family & friends if they mention they re thinking of buying a new or used car.
Had an amazing experience here at future ford had an amazing sales guy David Bradley I highly recommend you check him out and good selection of vehicle's
I bought my truck here at future ford. With the help of Ronnie Thomas and Danny Thomas I got a beautiful truck at terms I could not belive. They truly know what exceptional service is and I would send my whole entire family to buy cars/trucks from them. Ron in finance got me in and out in a couple minutes. BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Thank you again!
My experience with Future Ford of Sacramento has always been great and and satisfying. The team is customer and service oriented, always going above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership. It was such a great experience working with Joshua Arruda who did a great job with my car. He ensured that I got the necessary tune up for my vehicle and also looked out for me to keep the cost optimal.
My daughter and I were looking for a car for her at this car lot. At least three salesmen asked to help us we declined their help . We explained that we would ask if we had questions. One salesmen was extremely rude . It was a Hispanic , short younger guy. He followed us and as we were leaving due to the almost harassing behavior . As we were leaving he started shouting at us being sarcastic and condescending and rude. All because we did not want his help and wanted to be left alone. We would not recommend this lot unless you have mace.
Came to the dealership to just look around and found a truck that caught my eye. Dustin was amazing, he gave me the breakdown and even let me test drive the truck to a different Future Ford so I could compare with a different truck. There was no pressure and they were willing to work with me on what I wanted. I am leaving with a new truck at a very fair price. Top notch service! Definitely check them out.
I went to future ford of Sacramento last week and was met by a salesman named Brian Deleon. I must say that he was the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman I have had the pleasure of meeting thus far. He was not pushy like most car salesman, he listened to what I was looking for and was very professional. I recommend that anyone in the market visit future ford of Sacramento and see Brian.
Great helpers. In particular I was helped by Jose Soto. Just wanted to take a moment to show some appreciation for helping me find the perfect car for me. Very professional while at the same time humorous. Best combination in my opinion. Anyway great Business, great cars, great help. Thanks Jose
July 2018 I purchased a 2013 Dodge caravan. Not ready to make a decision on this particular vehicle I was told to go ahead and sign the paperwork and they would look over the van and get it cleaned up with a full tank of gas and have it delivered to me the following day. We never did a walk around and it was dark out the vehicle is never cleaned and within 30 minutes of signing the paperwork that same evening they handed me the keys. The following morning I was able to see damage to the bumper as well as being sent off with an empty tank. When I called about the damage, the vehicle not being cleaned, and the tank being empty I was told to bring the vehicle back in to have detailed and the cigarette smell removed. The salesman had to pay for the gas out of his own pocket for promising me something that they do not offer. The car was cleaned but the damage to the bumper they would not repair. Three months after purchasing the vehicle the thermostat had to be replaced costing me $200 Five months after purchasing the vehicle the heater core had to be replaced costing me $800 The $3,000 warranty that they added onto my loan did not cover any of these repairs. After realizing I had been sold a lemon I went back in to discuss my options. The vehicle is sold to me for $10,000 and their trade-in offer was $3,000. I was told by the sales man that I should Gap my vehicle out to get rid of the loan.
My phone number was given to multiple salesman without informing them of my situation and wasting my time to the point where I was ready to file harassment. Salesman Jay Willams Sales Manager Jeff Holt
Went to this dealership starting Tuesday, by far worst experience. However, a 2010 Shelby GT500 priced at sticker for 39998 is by far already a red flag even with a little over 8000 miles. A 2013-2014 GT500 is equivalent to that price which carries 662 horsepower not 550 like the 2010 they were selling. To also address the test drive wasn't at all that well, the tires needed rotation and some hidden aftermarket wiring behind the front grilles was not too promising. When it came to payments after running credit on a fair credit score, dealers' numbers were not adding up even with a 3 to 5 thousand negative equity on a trade in after the quoted amount to purchase the car. There shouldn't be a reason that car is being asked for 735 per month with 6000 down to then the price being dropped to 35000 to make 780 per month with 3000 down. Then to retrieve my keys was a hassle, they purposely will hold onto your car keys if you plan to trade it in, almost like your a hostage and being detained. Took little over 30 minutes to retrieve the car keys so we can leave. All in all, I don't see myself doing business for this store after that experience and that I was serious to getting the car if they would meet me at price point and not jack it up higher than the initial amount. For instance 39998 shouldn't enter being cheaper than 35000 when they bring the price apparently down. Also, when you have a customer who has been approved, don't try to screw over the deal, I get it, it is a Shelby but there already issues to getting a customer approved so why not work with the approved deal especially like myself and make an attractive offer, not something to get the most to empty someone's wallet.. Customer service in Elk Grove, Folsom, or Roseville thus far is a better representation to not screw over the customer for every piece of their wallet.
We recently bought a 2014 F350 utility truck from Future Ford. Bill Healey made this the best truck buying experience I have ever experienced. He had everything ready to go when we came to pick up the truck. Bill was straight forward with no B.S., no sales gimmicks, just excellent service! I look forward to buying our next truck from Future Ford. I would highly recommend buying from here.
I Purchased a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT from Ronnie And Danny Thomas and Recieved the best service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle. Between the unyielding integrity and friendliness this dealership is and always will be where I get my vehicles!
My husband and I are very happy with our purchase of a new ford Ranger. Everyone at Ford were so nice and helpful but with all that said Jose went above and beyond to make us happy!! I'm very pleased I will definitely send all my friends and family there for a new Ford. GO SEE JOSE y'all you will not be disappointed..
Came in to take a look at Mustangs and ended up leaving in one. Couldn't be happier! Look up the salesman Alex Panchenko, he was very helpful and got me the exact car I wanted.
Manny and Carlos were awesome to deal with! Had limited time to get in and out and everyone was professional and timely. Awesome buying experience. 2nd vehicle purchased from them and would definitely go back.
When I first arrived at the lot I was greeted by Gary. Nice guy who wasn t pushy, yet also wasn t scared to ask the necessary questions needed to narrow down my search and get me locked into the car I wanted. I think like most people you have a preconceived notion about walking onto a car lot. So you enter the lot with your guard up waiting to fight off the sales guy. However Gary was a able to breakdown my shield by just being authentic. A huge selling characteristic for me. Unfortunately my first visit was time sensitive so I couldn t give Gary a whole lot of time. But Gary followed up with me later and got me back on the lot. On my return visit I met Ray Mattison. Again my guard was up a little because I was didn t know if he was a pushy sales rep. Ray ended up being the coolest guy ever. He answered all my questions, was polite and very accommodating. And when the lot didn t have my exact car Ray took it upon himself to drive to their sister store over an hour away to pick up the car personally and bring it back to me. After I looked at it and bought it Ray took extra time to show me all the features even though it was after 10pm and he had a family waiting for him at home. Seriously thank you Ray for all your help!!! 5 star service for sure!! And I love my Grocery getter aka Raptor!!! You guys are awesome!!!
Bought a new Expedition from Shawn "Schmitt" Schmitty, and we really appreciated his helpfulness and knowledge of the the vehicle. We'd highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy and appreciates buying from a real car guy who knows his product.
Where to begin... I currently drive a 2006 ford mustang. I went into future ford looking to trade in my car and purchase a newer mustang. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was barely out of my car when a sales man named Doug approached me. He asked what I was looking for and I told him. I then told him I wanted to meet with Annette, the receptionist. It was apparent to me that all Doug cared about was getting his commission. He was rude and clearly did not want me to work with anyone else. He told me to forget about annette and he would get me the best deal.i felt this was a rude comment seeing as the only reason I even came to future ford was for annette. Before we could go anywhere another sales man, Matt came up and told Doug I was a friend of annettes and the salesman, Giovanni would be taking care of me. Again, Doug was rude and unprofessional. Matt was very polite to me and helped me to get the sales man I wanted. Doug is the reason I typically stay away from large dealerships like this. His attitude makes it clear all he wants is the commission from the sale. After finally getting rid of him, I met with Giovanni who helped me look for my new mustang. If you plan on coming here ask for Giovanni!! He was relatable, helpful, patient...everything you'd want in a salesman. He didn't rush me or push. He made me want to buy a car from him and I felt he would do everything he could to get me my best deal!! If you plan to come here ask for annette...she will hook you up with an honest and good salesman! Or ask for Giovanni or Matt!
Tri was super. He lesssoned to your request and found the Van we where looking for in few hours. Tri kept us informed and everyone at dealership was helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the team at Future Ford to anyone. As to the transit van, It's great. Very pleased.
After speaking with Sandy, the older fellow in the parts department, I can officially say that he was the most unpleasant person to ever deal with. He is such an dismissive, grumpy, mean ahole that I will never visit this location again. If I were Ford, I would get him a job at Chevy. For the pure user experience aspect. This will give all Ford customers a better experience, by not dealing with Sandy, and all Chevy customers a terrible one. This way everyone wins!
Future Ford of Sacramento is very excellent place to buy a vehicle. Owner and employees are very helpful. I met Mr. Raj Karthikeyan over there. He is very nice person. He explains merits and demerits of each car without any bias. Even though I told him that I am here just to inquire about cars, he did not mind and explained properly. I am planing to visit there store soon to buy a car. This is a good place to give a try.. Believe me you will get amazing deals.
Just finished a long and extremely fun weekend! Friday nite, I traded in my 2010 vehicle for a "Like-New" 2013 Certified Ford Edge. And the weekend special was the Fusion leased for $199 a month with no down. We had lots to choose from and the price was unbeatable. The sales person, Derrick Carson was a real joy to deal with, and his Sales Manager Jeff Holt was a gentleman. The sale went pretty smoothly with an agreeable price arrived at quite quckly compared to other car dealers in the past. The Fusion will be enjoyed by a couple family members, and I was hesitant to go for 2-cars at the same time, but honestly, at the quality of the Fusion, the great package they featured, and the low price, in the end I simply couldn't refuse. My family members were driving way older vehicles that were becoming more and more unreliable. At this monthly commitment for the lease, I can more easily plan for the payment than continually cover repair bills up to $1000 dollars a month! Great, wonderful weekend, always a pleasure to check out Future Ford, and great attitude in the sales department. Loved the experience! Thanks again you guys!
So first off didn't feel very appreciative for buying a vehicle from them guess bc it was a used 2016 Toyota Sienna but it still cost us 25K which to us is a lot of money and newest vehicle we've purchased. Unfortunately after less than a week we had a service light come on but can't help things like that it happens with used vehicles. So we called our sales agent he got us taken care of was great amazing we dropped at service department they were amazing they got us in a free rental car and they had the vehicle brought to Toyota to be serviced. We got it back 5 days later drove it for couple hundres miles same check engine light came on again . So this time around I contacted salesman to let them know same issue came up and after they gave me the run around and nobody would call me back or anything and we've had the vehicle only for maybe 3 weeks at that time. So finally after waiting to here from sale manager or whoever is in charge of new customers or whomever gives a dam after 3days waiting I just drove the 45minutes back to them to the service department to let them no Toyota service didnt fix it so Jose Orozco and Kathy Burrage jumped right on it and where amazing Kathy filled up are van and gave us a car wash to bad when I bought the van it wasnt that easy to give us at least half tank for buying a vehicle but whatever. So Jose Orozco contacted Toyota in Sacramento to let them no it wasnt fixed and that it would be dropped off again at no charge to me . We got our vehicle back now everything is great I couldn't say anything kinder for Ford of Sacramento Service department only but unfortunately they dont have a separate rating system so because of the sales /Finance management side of the dealership it truly put a bad light on the whole operation. So this will be our first and last purchase unfortunately with them.
The other day I had what I perceived as a bad experience at Sac Ford Service. When Eli heard about the way I felt he reached out and offered to meet with me at my earliest convenience to show and explain everything to me. Even though I wasn't able to make it in until the end of my work day, he gathered a team of people to make sure I left happy and confident with the work that needed to be done. As someone who also works in the service industry, I honestly did not expect such a fast response and for Eli himself to walk me through everything. Thank you Eli, Kathy, Michael, Kevin - and anyone else who has stepped in since I've left - for the reassurance and helping me understand what needed to be done!
We would like to thank our friendly salesman Tristan, the guys in the financial department Justin and Shane, and the very friendly lady in sales, Kathy, and Ray Peterson in the service department for making our purchase enjoyable and satisfying. We will highly recommend this place to all our friends! These employees treated us like family and made the process enjoyable.

Went in for regular maintenance on my vehicle, Chad was my service consultant and he was great, very professional. I just moved to Sacramento and was a bit worried about having to choose a new dealership to take my Ford Focus for regular maintenance, but I am so glad I chose this ford. It is in a great location specially when you have to wait for your vehicle (at 10AM they quoted me 1.5 hrs but were done in less than 1 hr which was great! No appointment necessary by the way, that was even sweeter!!!) because you can just step into the starbucks across the street and hang out while you wait. Like I said earlier my service consultant was Chad and let me just say that he is great at what he does, speedy, helpful, friendly, and went well above and beyond his duties to help me out and answer some extra questions I had for him about my vehicle. I couldn't have been happier with the service, making this my go to dealership for tune ups and maintenance for sure.
Future Ford of Sac is the best place to buy a vehicle hands down. They have the best selection of trucks and if they dont have it they will get it for you. Everyone here is friendly and easy going. And thats how it should be when buying a vehicle, they really got your back. I cant say enough about the people that work here very professional. Brian O Brien and Jeff Unger thanks for making this so easy every time. Great crew , great staff, to many to list. Highly Recommended!!!
Bought 2 cars here a used truck and a new fusion. After a really bad situation with servicing my truck they ended up making the situation right. My wife s new fusion came with free oil changes and maintenance for 3 years at any Ford dealership. Took it in for oil change and 10,000 mile service and oil change and it was taken care of no problem. Last we ll we had taking it in again for 15,000 service and oil change and were told we had to pay out of pocket. After our finance manager specifically told us we were covered for 3 years or 6 services and oil changes . Last week had to pay out of pocket because downtown Ford couldn t find anything. When contacting Future Ford after being on hold for an hour we ended up being told that s not good by a sales manager and we had to purchase all maitnence extra, even though we have a picture of the free maintenance sign next too both of our cars upon purchasing. We were then told to speak to our salesman but both have since left the dealership. We were then hung up on. Not good service at all throughout the whole process . Looking to purchase soon and we will not be back. When you buy 2 vehicles at once you d expect red carpet treatment, that s far from what we had received.
my friend and i went in to check out the newer explorers and mustangs but their mustang selection wasn't that great so i ended up test driving a 2015 explorer.
i had an older suv and was looking to get out of it and into something with warranty and i liked the new body style of the explorers and the new technology in them
i ended up making a deal on a 2015 Limited edition model but i didn't know the certified vehicles come with a 7/100k warranty and a 12month 12k mile comprehensive warranty. the finance guy, david hadley, sold me a $3500 warranty i didn't even need. also was told the skylink and security etching was included at no charge, that was a lie. the skylink is $995 and etching is $199 so don't know why he lied about that, my friend also heard him say this.
THEN during the first 2 weeks of driving it i noticed it has transmission issues, air condition issues, it needs brake pads, clicking under the vehicle when warmed up, and it has some rattle somewhere. for a certified vehicle i shouldn't be dealing with any of these issues within the first month or period!
when i called in to tell them they told me i can schedule a service appointment to have it looked at but after being lied to in finance and now having transmission issues i want it gone. i found a beautiful mustang gt over at the Roseville store. i went in to see about buying it and they looked over the explorer and then gave me a trade in value of $24,000!!!!! i am in this explorer $36,000 so instantly upside-down $12,000 in less then a month on this thing which is BS so stay clear of the explorers or run book value before buying.
i would have to attach that negative to the mustang which i think is wrong. so i am going to have to try to go in and have then unwind this deal on this explorer and transfer me over to the mustang which is the same price. the bank said i can do it but it has to be as a trade deal and then they will roll the deal on the mustang. BUT Future Ford has to take this explorer back for what they sold it to me for 2 weeks ago for that to happen, without carrying $12k negative over!
if they want me to come back for a future car and to redo this review then they better make this right and give me a fair value for this vehicle. we all know they will just end up running it through service and then put it out for sale for more money for Memorial Day weekend so what do they have to loose?
making customers happy should be 100% priority to them because a happy customer will go out of their way refer them to people = more customers = more money! a pissed off customer will for sure go out of their way to alert people to the bad deals which will cost them sales : (
will update this after i go in there and sit down with the manager to hash out this deal, hopefully before the mustang is sold!
UPDATE: they had the nerve to offer me only 24k for this explorer that i bought 3 weeks ago for 36k... so yea in less then a month i am now buried in this explorer 12k. after a while they upped their offer to 25k and said they may do 25,500 for it. i was willing to do 27k so they can make some profit off the original deal but i guess even that was asking too much of them. keep in mind they were asking 32k for it on the lot so my offer still gives them 5k to work with.
i am a bit pissed about this and they pulled the "we can't pay more then wholesale for it" and the "explorers are hard to come by" i was like "yea but you have no problem selling it to me for 12k over that" and "explorers are very easy to get at the auctions". i am very surprised the bank financed it at that price for a used one. at first they had me in it over 41k until i removed all the extras the finance guy attached to the deal.
i have to wait till everything updates on my credit in a few days and then i can go back in to workout a deal and i will now need 5-6k down to make it work : (
at least with a mustang i can add on aftermarket items to raise it's value unlike the explorer which has basically nothing to add. mustang will for sure get a roush kit : )
I was given a deal over the phone. When I arrived they honored the deal. Low pressure, we had 2 short rounds of negotiations about two extra additions to the truck. Needless to say, I bought a new truck. Thanks Megan!!
Up date... had to lower my rating. There was an issue with Ford credit and it took a week to get a sales manager to respond. Even with that, the only thing I got was a number for Ford credit and was told to call them. Lousy after sales service.
Current update I wish I could lowered even lower and give them a negative mark for their service department. I need to have some potential warranty work checked on my truck made an appointment 2 weeks in advance they didn't bother to tell me that they would beat my truck for a full day or day and a 1/2 so that I could make appropriate plans I drove all the way over there for nothing. I really wish they would clean up their act and think about their after sales service. I won't be going back
I bought the car I wanted, but take the time to sell your trade in car private party, they will not give you any value towards your trade. I would have done this had I known.
David braley is the perfect sales man he does not pressure you at all he was very helpful he sure does know how to make you laugh. Great energy and great dealership recommend recommend David Bradley hands down wouldn't go anywhere else for a new or used car thank you for your help
Came here planning on buying a Ford Fusion SE. my salesman Robert Dickey showed me all the different Fusions options and I ended up falling in loved with the Fusion energi. Robert got me the best deal and found me tons of rebates. I will be telling all of my family and friends about this dealership.
Thank You Calvin Nelson and Ronnie Thomas at Future Ford of Sacramento! I traded my 2010 Certified Used Ford Escape (also bought from Future Ford) in on a brand new 2015 F-150 Super Crew Cab and it is amazing. The experience was so good, my daughter traded in her BMW 530i in on a Brand New 2016 Fusion. Absolutely love both vehicles. I manage the Placer County Contractors Association and I can tell you that there are a great many contractors in my association that swear by Future Ford, and more to come. Thanks again, it is always such a pleasure referring people to this company as I know they will be taken care of.
John Greene was the best consultant I have ever had with respect my car. He was there to help me when I was lost as to where to go, he gave me guidance and advice that further helped get me the service I needed. I would highly recommend Future Ford and especially John for any of your service needs.
I have taken in my car multiple times over the last couple years since getting it to this specific dealership and I will continue to take it to this location. They always do a great job and get me my car as fast as possible. I usually directly work with Andy in the service department. His customer service is second to none. Responds quickly when I have a problem and keeps me up to date on what is going on with my car the whole time it is there. I would (and have) recommended this location to others for all your Ford needs.
Recently we had our Ford Edge serviced at Future Ford using the Quick Lane. The service department were not only quick to get us signed in the 60K service was done in practically in no time.
My car was totaled due to a car accident. I was stressing out not having a car to get to work. I have always had ford car. I searched online and found a ford escape persian green. So I went to future ford on Madison hoping I could get the car. Part of me thought I wouldn't get the car but trying would be better then not trying. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a friendly sales man named Dart. I told him what I was looking for. He had me wait while he looked for the exact car listed on the site. He brought the car and had me test drive it. He had asked me why I wanted this car and why I came here instead of other dealership. I explain my situation and how ford escape was the first car I learned to drive. Dart went beyond to make sure I was able to afford and take the car I wanted home. I also appreciate Shay for explaining and setting up my plan. He made sure to stay in the affordable plan payment. When I arrived I felt nothing but stress and heaviness on my shoulder. Leaving I felt so happy and the heaviness on my shoulder was gone. Even after going home the next day Dart called to make sure I was happy with the car and if it was working correctly. I definitely will recommend both friends and family to get their future cars from here.
Just purchased our third car from this dealer and have to say it will probable be the last. Mislead on one of the packages purchased with vehicle. Took a week to reach a manager after multiple calls, messages and texts. Add on package was explained as a service package and when brought in vehicle a few days ago was told by service department it was a actually an equipment package (trim, coating and window tenting) we explained vehicle already had tinted windows. Asked since we paid for it could we tint our other vehicle was told straight out no this was not an option. Lesson learned.
Follow Up: Several attempts to contact Ford after their response and never received any call backs. Their responses to complaints appear to be nothing but a facade.
Best customer service I've gotten by far. Had questions on a trade in and Masi answered any and all my questions. Definitely ask for him when going to future ford of Sacramento
My wife and I came in knowing we were underwater utti7k in my Ram 2500 after visiting the Dodge dealership. I need my truck to tow my trailer which goes from 5k tooccassionally 10k. We were just checking things out but Brian Deleon helped us and after getting us from a 15.9% interest rate down to a 0.9% we bought that day. Can't say more about the whole process. We've comitted to putting the $100 we save each month off our payment into a college fund for Elisa so by the time she's 18 we shouls have 20,000 in her college fund. If we hadnt it would all have gone ro the bank. Cannot thank them enough!!
Dave, the customer service representative was excellent. Inspected my vehicle, pointed out some irregularities and had the issues taken care of. Car was promised at a certain time and it was kept. Thank you Furture Ford and Dave.
I just want to say this dealership is great and my salesperson Cedric Gordon is a great and easy to deal with salesperson. Go see him for a great experience!!!!!
One of the worst dealers and experiences. Bought the Ford Premium Care which was promised to be bumper to bumper. Well my rear axle was leaking on my Ford F-150, and figured this was definitely fixable. Well out of more than 1000 parts on a truck, this part cannot be fixed. Tried calling and talking to reps and they will not return my calls. Service people are great, but they cannot get anything done if the people in sales and finance don t respond back. Will never ever buy a truck from them again. The only thing keeping me from returning my other truck is that I wouldn t want to ruin my credit by abandoning my payment. STAY AWAY!! There are better dealers.
If you're looking for a bilingual salesman, I definitely recommend speaking with Jose Soto, he wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable, a great help to my family and I!
The salesperson Kyle Saephanh was incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable about the product. There were no hassles during the purchasing process because the Sales Manager David McDaniel made it quick and easy. The Finance Managers Paul and Shane did a great job as well. General Manager Rod Collins congratulated us personally with the purchase. I am very happy to drive this beautiful Ford Explorer.
Purchase experience had a few issues but at the end Future Ford management and sales staff stepped up and did the right thing as a business to honor original sales agreement. It a rare thing in this day and age for a business to look at the bigger picture and keep a loyal customer. This has been my second Ford from this dealer in 3 years and I will continue to buy and have my vehicle service at Future Ford.
Buying a car can be stressful. From the start Lino Arellano was a professional. He was very helpful, we actually ended up getting a different vehicle, a better car. The process was simple, informative and transparent. Thanks to Future Ford in Sacramento and especially our guy Lino. I would encourage everyone to not get fooled by other dealerships and gimmicks. Find Lino, he is the man. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from Lino. Thanks guys!!
