I took my boyfriend's jeep to the service department to have the oil changed. The staff are all very professional and friendly. They have an awesome waiting room with wifi, Keurig coffee, and charging stations for your phones or laptops. The service was fast and I was back on the road in no time.

Good, positive, helpful attitude by everyone. Felt that I was treated fairly and honestly. Work was completed in a more than timely manner. Would definitely go back for any additional work may need to be done on my Silverado 2500 diesel. Highly recommend.

I have been shopping the internet for a while for the truck in the color and options I wanted. Went to several dealerships in my home state of FL only to be disappointed. Located the exact truck I wanted at Franklin GMC via Autotrader. I called and spoke with Morgan Randall. The truck advertised was being sold as we spoke. He assured me he would locate another. When he called back he had located one and honored the advertised price. After we discussed price and my trade, coming to an agreement, he said he would have the truck there in two days. My wife, son and I made the 250 mile drive up to the dealership. When we arrived Morgan had the new truck pulled up front, cleaned and full of gas! He presented me with the sales sheet with the exact numbers we discussed on the phone! They took a quick look at my trade and after I took a test drive the deal was finalized. Justin took care of us in finance providing us with a lower interest rate than quoted by our credit union. Even the owner of the dealership stopped by our table to say hello! It is very rare that I have found a salesman and dealership do what they say! Always a fee thrown in and the negotiation process starts again, so I must say this is one of the best new vehicle buying experiences I have had! Morgan, thanks for being a man of your word! It was a pleasure!

Went in to purchase a new car for myself. Spent an entire lunch hour with a rep and who said if I came back that afternoon they would have the information I had requested for pricing since we were also working with another dealership. Came back that afternoon spent almost 2 hours, it was pouring rain and still had an hour drive home, rep was too busy for me and did not have the info. Said they would email it that night or first thing that Saturday morning, meanwhile I received nothing. That Saturday morning the sales manager called and left me a voicemail, I called back and it has been almost two weeks, still no call back and just for the record, they not only lost a sale on one brand new vehicle, but two. Worst service ever! Called on Saturday to speak to someone and was transferred to the service center and still haven t received a call back. Not even worth 1 star!!!

I looked for a truck for the past 6 months. Franklin Chevy had the truck with the options I wanted. I dealt with Amber. She worked very hard and got me more for my trade in and got me a better price on the truck. Best part of my purchase was it was so simple to work with Amber. No fuss, no stress and no pressure. Amber and Franklin Chevy treated very well. They valued my time and did not waste it by making promises. There attention to customer service was great. I can t say enough on how well I was treated as a customer. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, go see Amber at Franklin. You be surprised how easy it is purchasing a vehicle.

For over 20 years I have purchased my vehicles at Franklin Chevrolet. The one time that I did not, turned into an awful experience. I have 3 boys and I can always count on Franklin Chevrolet and staff to assure that we get a great deal. If they don t have what we are looking for they have ALWAYS been able to find it. I trust Franklin Chevrolet to keep my family safe in a reliable vehicle. When purchasing a vehicle from Franklin Chevrolet they don t treat you as just another client, you become part of the Franklin Family.

A couple of days later, I returned to the dealership to purchase the vehicle I previously inquired about. Same awesome experience! The sales team members were all extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. It was a seamless process to trade in my current vehicle and drive away in my dream car!

Worst service I have ever had! Made an appointment to have my oil changed and arrived on time and waited over 2 hours for the oil change. At an hour 1/2 I asked what's going on i was then told it would be done in 5 minutes. Almost 45 minutes later it was finally finished. All around worst service i have ever had at any dealership.

Larry Braswell was our salesman and he was as nice and patient and professional as they come! I still call Larry on occasion with questions about my car and he is always so helpful. The service department staff is also very friendly and professional. I love my car from Franklin Chevrolet!

The service is good, takes a little long sometimes...

The service is good, takes a little long sometimes for an oil change but have no issues with it. The only negative thing i have to say is that when I called to have the shuttle pick me up to return to the dealer I waited for a half hour before calling back. then walked back to the dealership from Lowes. Love the dealer ship and wish we would have purchased our silverado from them.

I helped a friend up here with an oil change and an issue on her car that she didnt know anything about. She asked me to come with her and I did. She literally told them DO NOT BALANCE TIRES OR DO ANYTHING TO TIRES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. We get back there and waited 2 hours for an oil change. They come back out and say oh yeah we had to balance the tires to see what the issue was with your car. She said I told you guys not to do anything to my tires without my permission. Tried to make us pay for it, we said no. Took the car somewhere else and low and behold, the tires were balanced wrong. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I live in Savannah and will drive all the way to Franklin Chevrolet in Statesboro just to have my oil changed. Why? Because they care about their customers and SHOW it!!

So long story short. I inquired about a vehicle listed on Autotrader by Franklin Chevrolet on sunday evening the 8th of July . That monday morning I spoke with a young lady by the name of Cassidy Gray we spoke briefly about the vehicle and i aggreed to the purchase "was not asked for a deposit due to being available"....Cassidy was very nice knowledgeable and friendly she gets a 100% from me.....Im later reached by a sales guy by the name of Morgan Randell. Superb sales man was very helpful send pics like I asked about the car to assure me its as nice as it looked this was on Tuesday July 10th still no ask of deposit car is still available. Wedsday the 11th all paper work submitted over the phone Thursday the 12th i get the call from Morgan all is good just waiting on final approval due to age of the vehicle....Friday the 13th I recieve the call from Morgan that he can not sell me the car due to being a deposit left on the 9th....According to Morgan the sales manager's seem to have a lack of communication . After 5 days they realize they cant sell me the car after pulling my credit and keeping me on ice just to tell me they cant sell me the car....Not once did i negotiate the price on this vehicle or asked for a discount im not that type of consumer. I was paying full price on this car.....My biggest disappointment comes that in a whole 5 days no one knew this car was technically some what sold they wasted my time and pulled credit for nothing....As far as Cassidy Gray and Morgan Randell they were a great help and did there jobs and took the time to ansewer and assist me...Just sad they are managed by management that have such poor communication between them.....Thank you for waisting my time and pulling my credit for nothing.

This is the 3rd personal vehicle that I have purchased from Franklin Chevrolet, and I have purchased several company vehicles. I have recommended Franklin to friends that have also purchased from Franklin Chevrolet. The main reason that I continue to go back to Franklin Chevrolet is because of my sales person, Minnie Cooper. Minnie always goes above and beyond to take care of me during and after the sale. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from and recommend Franklin Chevrolet.

Dishonest........I was in contact with the dealers...

Dishonest........I was in contact with the dealership for 2 weeks about a used Camaro. They had told us that it's cleaned up & passed inspection & that it was ready for us to purchase & pickup. We drove 4 hours only to get there to see it was not ready & proceed to tell us the check engine light is on. They straight up lied about the whole thing. We were told oh it's just a sensor and they would fix it and get the car detailed for us. It was going to take about an hour. We went and ate lunch for that hour to come back & was told they are still working on it. We wait another two hours & at this point I'm getting a little frustrated. I go and ask them what is taking so long. I was then told the car has a more serious issue and it would cost over $2000 to fix it & that they were not going to put the money into the car and sell it at action but offered to knock $500 off the price. What an insult! After spending 4 hours to drive there sit another 3 hours to be told the car isn't any good after we we're told it was ready for purchase and its waiting on us was a total lie. We had to ride back home another 4 hours with a very disappointed 15 yr old because we thought and was told the car is ready for purchase. They knew we had a long drive & I still can't believe how dishonest they we're about the whole situation. Had they been honest from the start we would have never even consider buying the car. They knew the check engine light was on before we left and didn't feel the need to tell until we got there. Very disappointed in this company and highly recommend you purchasing a vehicle from someone else. I have all the messages between us that prove that they lied from the beginning!

Service advisor was great. Have an issue with my vehicle that is under warranty and the dealership has repaired (attempted) the car three times (three different parts replaced for same problem) and problem still exists and steering wheel was off-center after alignment. I brought it back after the three repairs and they pretend that they've never heard the sound that my car is making, when numerous dealership workers have heard it. They weren't able to reproduce the sound the last time I went, but for them that means nothing is wrong. I heard a technician tell the service manager "nothing wrong with that car". If you fix a car three times and it's still making the noise but you couldn't reproduce the noise that last time and the customer still complains of the noise, then why don't you investigate more into the issue (i.e. Calling Gm) because somethings wrong. Seems as if they don't try to diagnose problems, but instead throw parts at it and hopefully that fixes it. I would have go to another dealer but the next two closest dealers are 20 and 40 miles away. I will drive the 20-40 miles to get future oil changes.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased my 2017 Cadillac less ...

BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased my 2017 Cadillac less than a year ago. I had a horrible experience. I wish I would have went somewhere, anywhere, else. I would have been willing to even pay $5000 over MSRP because the horrible service I have had. I had to bring my car back in to the dealership about 10 or more times in the first month. They kept saying my car was fixed over and over again. I couldn't even make it home before my service light would come back on. They would give me loaner cars but not comparable cars to my brand new Cadillac. When they finally fixed the problem, I never wanted to see Franklin Chevrolet again. I was enticed to come back for scheduled maintenance because they offered me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait around all day long at the dealership. I went ahead and brought it back. They gave me the loaner and they called me when my car was completed. The Service Manager said I would get a loaner every time I returned to Franklin. Today, after I received no less than 4 emails from Franklin to come back in for scheduled service, I finally brought it back in because of the promise I was made to get a loaner, instead of waiting. I brought it in to the service department and they said that they would get me a loaner and to have a seat. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the service advisor called my name and informed me that the Service Manager, Fred Lightsey, decided to go back on the promise that was made to me previously. I promptly got my car back without getting service done and I will never return to Franklin Chevrolet. My wife and I are Military veterans that purchase new cars every 2 years. This is the 2nd car we purchased with Franklin. We have been to lots of other dealerships in our military careers. Franklin by far is the worst. They will not stop calling us, emailing us and sending letters to us. We have asked many times to stop all communication and they have refused. It is just a bad business. They do not care about you unless you are about to purchase a new car. Once you do, you are treated horribly. I will drive 50 miles if I need to, in order to NOT go back to Franklin Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac. BUYER BEWARE!! You have been warned.. I hope this post will help at least one buyer out there. Then I will feel I did some good in posting this experience. Their word is not worth a penny. They will promise you the world and give you nothing but stress and headaches. You make your own choice. I am going somewhere else for now own.

let me start by saying the one star rating does no...

let me start by saying the one star rating does not reflect the salesman that helped me, he deserves five stars! however I was in the market for a nice used car today most looked decent from the outside but once you climb inside, these cars look nothing short of aution cars , one had about a $500 jump box left inside , cups , trash , dirt ,and even some finger nails in one! I wasnt looking at old cars either were talking 17's and 18's looking ROUGH! automatic fail on cleanliness to start. I looked at and drove quite a few and was actually interested in the honda pilot, granted it was a wreck on the inside as far as being clean and needed some bodywork on the rear but for the right price it would be worth it ..or so you would think. We went inside (thank god!!, it was hotter than satans kitchen today) the salesman went to get some numbers and I was approached by a man , didnt introduce himself first off , proceeded to ask questions with a certain condescending tone that took me by surprise ..do i live here, is the car for me , am I trading..all odd especially with the tone , pretty much setting up to get to the following and I quote "youve been here awhile now hu?" i said yes sir about an hour and a half (mind you I answered all off his questions politely ) he said " well were just waiting on you turned around and said just waiting on you (dragged out)as he walked away with the tone like im annoying him and ive been at the dealership too long. I was in shock , as someone who has spent around 8 hours at a dealership before and no one ever acted like i was over staying my welcome. I was fixing to trade a paid for car and stroke a check for double what they would have given me for the trade but I cannot spend my money with people who support someone speaking to anyone like that and making a potential customer feel like that! come to find out it was the finance manager! A manager yall!!!! as a manager you should set an example for other employees and hopefully no one else shares that mindset! I will continue to be a customer of toyota , at least they have clean cars , and outstanding customer service no matter how long you stay! this is what I get for trying something new, lesson learned !!!

The sales team was very nice which is why i'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The prices look fairly decent until you talk to a Salesman and they tell you that they have a $799 administrative and document fee, $38 title fee, $30 for some other fee, and who knows what other fees you'll end up paying?
If you can hide $1,000 in the price, what else are you hiding about the car? I know this
Is the way many car dealerships do business, but it still Shady. No matter where your shopping be sure to ask the salesman about all the hidden fees are going to try to slip in on the end. Know the REAL price before waste your time.

I was very disappointed. I had a skipping issue before I went in for my oil change. I got my oil changed and all seemed well. I decided to take my care to the family friend that has been working on vehicles forever, to check out the skipping issue. My car was not throwing out any codes so we decided to put it on the lift and check some things out. While checking the issue we decided to take a look at the oil filter seeing that it was easy to get to from the top of the car. As we noticed that the cap to the oil filter didn't even look like it had a wrench in it, since it was still dirty. After opening it up we lost about half a quart of oil due to the spillage and noticed the filter looked old and the oil was already foggy. Keep in mind I went from the oil change to the family friend's shop. Looked up the code on the receipt and the code on the filter, no match. I don't have an issue with not changing the filter, if it really didn't need to be changed. I do however have an issue with paying for a new one if I didn't get a new one.I also had a loose bolt on the manifold cover that was not even tightened. I was not even told about that. My windshield washer fluid was not even filled up either. My family has bought many cars from this location and were thinking of getting some new ones soon. For me I will be looking elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the service that I received. I really don't think that it was the dealerships fault. But for me knowing what I know I almost beleive that the hood was not even lifted to do what I paid for. Thanks for all the previous service, but you have lost me and several others for future purchases.

Franklin Chevorlet is amazing! They excel in the customer service department, I love the fact that they try and give you want you want opposed to what you don't want. Kijon King and Robert Taylor are true examples of what sales men should be. I would recommend them as well as Franklin Chevrolet as a whole to anyone. Thanks guys for your excellent service, it is greatly appreciated :)

Great service from AJ. He searched for our perfect truck and had it here within a week. Although we were here visiting family, we drove back 3.5hrs to shop with him. The finance guy was great too.(forgot his name). He didn't seem like the typical finance person. It's our first Chevy too!

Hands down the worst place to go. Everyone is rude and very uninformative. Paul has always been rude to my husband and I. They charge for silly things that you aren't told about. I was even told "I wouldn't understand" when I asked what was wrong with my 2014 Cruze. Love Chevy but will no longer take my business to Franklin. Staff really should take a course on customer service.

He goes and above and beyond to make sure each and every one of his customers is satisfied. I would recommend Franklin Chevrolet to anyone looking for an outstanding car buying experience.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, left with a donut tire bc the mechanic burst my tire trying to put it on the ramp. SMDH It's the day before Thanksgiving and they expect to travel on a dummy tire!!! Although they are replacing the tire "which won't be available till Friday or possibly Monday" and changing my oil at no cost to me. I still feel l should be accommodated with a rental until my car is fixed. #PoorCustomerService

I spoke to Morgan on the phone about a truck that I was interested in and he let me know that the truck was still on the website but no longer available. ( for reference it was on the website for a week after eventhough supposedly it was gone ) he talked me into a new 2020 Silverado. The "deal" he presented me sounded very enticing so I proceeded to drive 3 hours to them from chapin sc. I arrived and he was not available for about 30 mins. I test drive the truck and we started talking about trade in and they low balled me by 5,000 less than other dealerships in my area. Ath this point I still gave them and opportunity to make a deal with me and the deal was not as expected. I had to wait for morgan almost 15 mins with a 4month old baby in in my arms to get me my keys to leave by that point I was ready to go and they tried to talk me into a completely different truck a used one at that for more money. I dont recommend dealing with them at all.
