BUYER BEWARE!!! I purchased my 2017 Cadillac less than a year ago. I had a horrible experience. I wish I would have went somewhere, anywhere, else. I would have been willing to even pay $5000 over MSRP because the horrible service I have had. I had to bring my car back in to the dealership about 10 or more times in the first month. They kept saying my car was fixed over and over again. I couldn't even make it home before my service light would come back on. They would give me loaner cars but not comparable cars to my brand new Cadillac. When they finally fixed the problem, I never wanted to see Franklin Chevrolet again. I was enticed to come back for scheduled maintenance because they offered me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to wait around all day long at the dealership. I went ahead and brought it back. They gave me the loaner and they called me when my car was completed. The Service Manager said I would get a loaner every time I returned to Franklin. Today, after I received no less than 4 emails from Franklin to come back in for scheduled service, I finally brought it back in because of the promise I was made to get a loaner, instead of waiting. I brought it in to the service department and they said that they would get me a loaner and to have a seat. After about 15 minutes of waiting, the service advisor called my name and informed me that the Service Manager, Fred Lightsey, decided to go back on the promise that was made to me previously. I promptly got my car back without getting service done and I will never return to Franklin Chevrolet. My wife and I are Military veterans that purchase new cars every 2 years. This is the 2nd car we purchased with Franklin. We have been to lots of other dealerships in our military careers. Franklin by far is the worst. They will not stop calling us, emailing us and sending letters to us. We have asked many times to stop all communication and they have refused. It is just a bad business. They do not care about you unless you are about to purchase a new car. Once you do, you are treated horribly. I will drive 50 miles if I need to, in order to NOT go back to Franklin Buick, GMC, Chevrolet, Cadillac. BUYER BEWARE!! You have been warned.. I hope this post will help at least one buyer out there. Then I will feel I did some good in posting this experience. Their word is not worth a penny. They will promise you the world and give you nothing but stress and headaches. You make your own choice. I am going somewhere else for now own.
