Went to go pick up my car and the lady inside at the cashier s desk gave me a condescending tone, forgetting that I was paying a great deal for their service and that I ve bought two brand new cars from their location. On the other hand, car was taken care of well and people in service area were nicer!

I absolutely love this Chevrolet dealership! They carry Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC! Not to mention they have a great amount of pre-owned vehicles. The showroom is always nice and clean and the service wait area is modern, comfortable, and has snacks, coffee, and vending machine! Great customer service coupled with a knowledgeable staff equals the kind of place I would definitely see myself going back to! When it comes to vehicles or vehicle maintenance I know I can always find it at Franklin!

The last two new vehicles and two used were purchased here. The experience that we had with each one was almost the same across the board.
I would highly recommend talking to Larry when you are looking for a new or used car. He is not a pushy sales man at all but is very knowledgeable on all of the makes and models, and points out the little things that you might not know to ask.
We have had new and used vehicles into their service center and are very pleased with everyone there starting in the service lane all the way back to the technicians. They have a nice waiting area for customers so if you decide to stay and wait on your vehicle you will be very comfortable.
We have also recently had our vehicle in to get body work done because of an accident, and had the same experience as the rest of the dealership.
When you stop by you definitely need to say hi to either Dan or the owner Mr. Robbie. One chat with either one of these guys and you will definitely be back. They are both the nicest and most down to earth people you ll ever meet. They always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help no matter what the situation is.

I just bought my first car from Franklin Chevrolet. I was nervous going into the process because of how agonizing I heard the purchasing process can be. EVERY employee I came in contact with was polite and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Cierra helped me to find the perfect deal on my dream car. She really made the process easy and enjoyable!! Bought a used truck and it had so many issues with in one month and had to keep taking it back and now it isnt drivable so im returning it. They had no info on the truck. They werent on time and also no shows when they gave me a time to come in multiple times. Not very professional. Dont pull through with what they say as in sending emails and returning calls. Im very disappointed.
This place is top notch. Won't find another dealership of this caliber within driving distance. I called to purchase a car, I requested for price to be sent to my email for over a week, I spoke to 3 different people on the same car for a whole week, Nadia, Morgan and the last person I don't care to remember the name, yet no response.

They were very unprofessional and they lied about a few things before I brought my 2015 Chevrolet camero, after i brought it i had problems. So i asked to speak to corporate but the manager lied saying he was corporate, be careful buying a car from these people. Make sure you read every sheet of paper before signing it

Austin, our sales guy was awesome. The dealership did not have any new year model Camaros on the lot, when I wanted to purchase one, but they still got one especially for me. They were very friendly and the process was like shopping on Amazon but instead I was buying a car. Hands down this staff is the nicest out of all the dealers in Statesboro. Other dealerships they staff is not as inviting but here, everyone is nice. My whole family is going to this dealership.

I just came from Franklin in search of a newer vehicle, trading in my 2015 Nissan Sentra which is in excellent condition. I purchased this same Nissan Sentra from Franklin in Dec 2016. I am caught up beyond my car payment on the car. I asked to be put in something same price range also same monthly payment of $251. I owe $10,300 on my car trade in value set by Franklin $7,000 I had a $4,000 down payment. After nums came back They was only willing to put me in a 2015 chevy equinox with payments at $420 monthly with a $4,000 down payment after financing what I will owe is $18,450. And this is after checking with several banks quote, unquote. I was not treated as a valued customer, which I definitely should've been. I will take my $4,000 down payment and $7,000 kelly blue book valued car elsewhere and get the red carpet treatment. With bad credit or no credit.
They are fast about getting your done, I was able to leave and about an hour later my car was ready. They do have a snacks and drinks for customers in there waiting room. When they were doing my inspection it took about an hour, and replace my solenoid senor it took about 2 hours.My car still has a powertrain warranty, so I didn't have to pay for this service.If you have a 2015 Chevy cruze and need a serpentine belt it will run you about $120 here. I changed my own, because the belt is about 30 bucks and OT took me about 30 mins to get it done.
We bought a new Buick Enclave this past Saturday and had the best experience we've ever had (we have purchased a lot of cars in our lifetime). Our salesperson, Minnie was very knowledgeable and friendly along with Q in the Finance Department. You can't beat the lifetime warranty they give you. Why would you buy anywhere else? We were on our way home to Alabama from Savannah, GA when our air conditioner wasn t working well. So we googled and found these guys. I was a little hesitant about going since we were not locals. These guys were great. Everyone was extremely friendly and they got us in and out quickly and were priced extremely well. They even shuttled us to a local restaurant, so we could eat while they fixed our vehicle. I would almost be willing to drive to this dealership next time we are looking to trade-in just because of how great the staff was here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

He has always personally ensured that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He has made sure my car has been serviced and maintained during and after warranty. Shayne has picked up my car at work and had it serviced since being purchased. I could not be more pleased with his devotion and loyalty. It is rare if not impossible to find a salesman that would go to such lengths to satisfy his customers even after the sale is made.

So I have had a problem with excessive oil consumption in my car for the last year or so. I was told by Franklin Chevrolet of Statesboro that I could either pay over $5,000 for repairs or add oil between changes. I have constantly checked and added oil between changes since then.
I get a recall letter for this issue and call to make a service appointment. Franklin tells me that they already fixed the issue in my vehicle and that I can bring it in, but it will not be covered under this recall. They did NOT fix ANYTHING! This is not the first problem I have had with them. This is the absolute worst dealership to do business with!
I always buy cars from Franklin! Everyone there is so helpful! AJ helped me get my car and he was such a pleasure to work with. I had such a great experience working with him and he did was able to get me just what I wanted! Y all go see AJ!
Made the trip to Franklin Chevrolet after looking online for a vehicle for my son. Even though the vehicle I can to see was not as good as I had hoped, Mevlin Williams was not impatient when I asked to look at a Ford F-150 I had spotted in the parking lot. They were closing up with in the next few minutes but Melvin and his staff got the keys for us and we took it for a spin. After a few minutes driving the truck my wife and I knew this was the truck we were looking for. After settling on everything it was well after most of the guys in the cleaning area had gone home. Melvin made sure that everything would be taken care of for me once I brought the vehicle back in on Tuesday. Melvin was off that day but made sure Minnie Cooper took care of everything for me. Had my vehicle completely went through and fixed what needed taken care of at no additional cost to me. The guys in the service department were top notch and made sure I was taken cared of. I would highly recommend Franklin to any of my family or friends.
The service dept. Told me that I still had powertrain warranty on my last car which made for a very affordable deductible. Then I turned around and decided to trade for the rebates and discounts that were given. I love my new ride and its good on gas milage and has a lifetime warranty which increases its value from my old car. They provide rental car service when your car's in the shop.Thank you for the total service experience, they make you feel reassured and comfortable.
