Once I was there, everything went smooth. i was upset at first because I feel like I was baited on coming in. I called Thursday and Friday to inquire about a vehicle and hours of the dealership so that I could schedule a time to come in. On both occasions I asked about a certain stock number and was told it was there. I then asked if the dealership had other vehicles in different colors but with the EXACT same options and was told yes. When I arrived Saturday morning I was informed that the truck I ABSOLUTELY wanted had been sold. I understand vehicles come and go and asked if it was sold the previous day after I called and was told that no trucks were sold that day. I brushed it off because I was told the day prior that there were other vehicles that had the EXACT same options but in different colors but that was also a lie. There were no vehicles like the one I originally saw. I ended up having to settle with a different vehicle. The customer service once I was there was great but I didn't appreciate being lied to and baited into coming in

The service writer listened to what I had to say & checked the computer records for my truck. His actions avoided misunderstandings & provided insight into what may not have been done to previously correct the problem I was having. The service was very quick & thus far the problem I was having has not returned!! I am completely satisfied, Franklin is my new Dealer Home!!

For sure the WORST experience we have ever had purchasing a car. We purchased a suv that was falsely advertised as a more expensive model. Which we realized after the purchase, to make up for that we had settled with the sales manager for a 2 year service plan and floor mats that would "supposedly" be sent by mail . Every time (3times a week)we would call our sales rep (Dillion) and the sales manager about when the service plan and floor mats would come in they would completely blow us off and say they would call us back, and yet to receive a call after a month!!!Then they had to replace the windshield because it was basiclally coming out. They said its a same day job and yep that took about 2 weeks with out our car. This dealer is all around horrific and obviously was just in it for the sale but not for the customer after the sale.
On that note, if you are considering to purchase a car here please save your time and go somewhere else. And yes, I would love if someone from the dealership contact me.

I would like to say that Lee Hudgens was very professional and went above and beyond to help my husband and I. My appointment was @ 1:30 in the afternoon and a storm was approaching about that time and I do not like to drive in bad weather. My husband was in town early that morning and dropped by about 9:00am to see if they would consider looking @ my vehicle. They did with no hesitation. My husband was in and out in about an hour maybe less. My repairs were covered under my warranty and all I had to pay was my deductible. Very satisfied customer!

They have the best color matching expert that I have ever seen. Our car was hit a year ago and the repair work was nothing short of magnificent...great staff,excellent service throughout the repair process. I have never seen such quality body work. Do not go anywhere else,but Franklin !

Franklin Chevrolet is the BEST place in Statesboro to buy a vehicle. My husband and I were looking to buy a second vehicle and we had something pretty specific in mind. We were also on a time crunch, as we only had the weekend to find and buy a car. We had to have a second vehicle so I could take my daughter back and forth to school. The folks at Franklin went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle that we really wanted at a payment that would work with our budget. If you're looking to buy a vehicle new or used this is your place! We are very satisfied customers! From everything I read on here I am not the first ...

From everything I read on here I am not the first person this has happened to. So I called ahead of time to see specific vehicle and to make SURE they still had it. Confirmed with 2 people yes was there and no deals were being work on for it. I live in Savannah and wanted to be sure that I wouldn't be wasting my time driving an hour there. So we drive down wasting most of my day to find out that the truth was the vehicle WAS NOT ON THE LOT! How can this keep happening to one person after another? POOR MANAGEMENT is where i would point the finger! Come on people, If I take time to call PLEASE MAKE 100% sure the vehicle is there and ready to go! The Vehicle that you "had" is one in which we were ready to make a deal on! Now, I will never step

Sales manager is not right. offered cash and he wanted to raise the price instead on a over priced car. then had sales rep lie and say it was best price on net. he was insulting me as a customer so i and other customers could hear his tirade and i was offering cash for a car. never had such a experience. who hired such a disaster?

We always have good experiences with regular maint...

We always have good experiences with regular maintenance on our spark. This time, however, our experience was less than stellar. The service employee we spoke to was amazing and informative and I appreciate his politeness and honesty so my issue was not with him. We made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and transmission fluid flush, but after we dropped the car off we were later informed that our car required a special type of transmission fluid that they ended up not having enough of to do the transmission flush. I made the appointment a week ahead in hopes that they would be prepared for the service we needed, but no one thought to check that they had the fluid required in stock. Now we have to wait for the fluid to be order and delivered before we can have the transmission flush done. I feel like there's no point in making an appointment for a service if there is not going to be any preparation done for the service needed. It was very inconvenient for us because we were prepared to have the transmission flushed that day in preparation for a road trip we are making this month. If someone makes an appointment for a service with a car that requires a unique type a fluid, this information should be known by the dealership and proper steps taken to ensure the service can be performed on the day and time scheduled, especially with a week's notice. We will always continue to use Franklin Chevrolet for all of our needs but we were a little let down this time around.

Made an appointment for my 2016 Chevy Camaro having transmission trouble..they had the service manager go for a ride who by the way is judgemental
and condescending ..basically the prob is an intermittently but during the ride it acted normal they kept the vehicle until it warmed up but wouldn't look at it until much later in day. The gave me a ride home and 20 min later I got a call saying to co back and get the car because the machine they would use was broken and would call me in a few days and set up another appoint..never head a word back from them..if your are looking great service and to be treated like a person I suggest not going to Franklin Chevy. I ended up going to Daniel's bishop in metter and let me tell you how good it feels to have the service manager and the techs there all treat you like you were family and solve your issues in a timely manor..Franklin Chevrolet I will never be back you have lost a customer forever

I bought my car from Franklin Chevrolet in December of 2017. I just started having some issues with it and I decided to take it to them to get it fixed. Being it had the Lifetime Power-train Warranty from when I bought it a little over a year ago, all of the work that would have costed a few thousand dollars did not cost me anything. Fred in customer service was outstanding on doing everything that he could do get my car fixed. Also, Paul along with everybody else in the service department were always very helpful and kept me updated on what was being done to my car. I highly recommend Franklin Chevrolet. Minnie Cooper in the sales department is also very friendly!

I recently bought a 2013 Chervolet Cruze for my daughter. She wanted a red one, but the only red one on the lot was out of our price range. One was found for her in the color she wanted (red). When the car came in, it was a different shade of red than she was expecting because the car was one year older than the one that she had seen on the lot. The salesperson was very understanding and did not expect or pressure us to buy the one that he had ordered. She ended up finding one that she liked and we were very impressed with the service and professionalism that we experienced. Included with the car was a two year bumper-to-bumper warranty which was an unexpected bonus since the car had previously been owned. She also gets two free years of oil changes/maintenance with the purchase of the car. I would recommend Franklin Chevrolet to anyone for a great car purchasing experience and also for the excellent service in their service department.

Without going into extreme details, "Q" and Dylan at Franklin Chevrolet are amazing people, period! I set a budget, explained my needs and wants, and they made it happen. I felt so blessed to have them help my family and me find the perfect vehicle. They also treated my children and me as if we were extended family. Also, thank you to the young lady that provided my babies with coloring pages & crayons!

Old review must have been deleted!!
Charged insurance 6k for this half done job.
After 3 visits back trying to get my car fixed.
1) Passenger side wiper are was in wrong clock position
2) Over spray on windshield seal. driver and passenger side
3) spot that needed touched up on passenger side front fender
4) hard paint line on front of passenger side door.
5) side marker light connector passenger side not connected.
6)Tire pressure was low on all tires 25-28 psi. ( sure this was done when the front end alignment was completed. Causing low tire pressure indicator on the dash to come on.
7)loose fastener under front bumper.
8) Hood mounting bolts where loose with gap
9) washer fluid tank plastic rivet missing
10) hybrid cooler mounting bracket loose made rattling sound ever since I picked it up.
11) hood bump stop on drivers side at an angle
12)wrong size plastic rivet holding intake tube
13) And on and on, finally went in and fixed it myself since I am a Aircraft mechanic.

Dakota was our salesman and he went way above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle.He wasn't pushy, but he was persistant in helping us find what we needed and wanted within our price range. After I wrecked my vehicle and was in a spot of looking for a vehicle when I was not expecting to, Franklin was very professional and went above and beyond to be courteous to make sure I was taken care of. Besides that, they worked with me financially to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new purchase. I was completely happy and satisfied with my experience at Franklin and will refer anyone I know to go there to do business based completely on my recent experience with their business. They will take care of you and I encourage everyone to make them their first stop when looking for a vehicle!!

Switch bait at its best!!!!!!!! I can't even make this up. A black Chevrolet Camaro was advertised on line for sale, being that I had a 2+ hour drive, I called atleast 3 times to make sure the vehicle was still available for a cash purchase. Of course they assured me that it was. I arrived and BAM. This is the story they gave me "Well someone came in to get the car, and they put some money down on it, so technically we can't sell it because they have money to hold the car.... but we have other camaros available would you like to see those? I responded with well when did this happen, and why did you guys assure me the vehicle was available for sale literally 20 minutes ago? The sales man said, "he wasn't sure he think it was earlier that day"... Irate..... I just got up and left. Never again!!!!!

The dealership added a fee that wasn't supposed to be on the price. They then admitted it and wasn't supposed to be added and was going to refund it. Then when they went to cut the check because they owed me a refund for a $1000 leather kit. That was never giving they said I had to choose one or the other.

I will never go to another dealership. My whole family uses Franklin when they purchase a new vehicle. I just purchased my first car from there yesterday and could not have asked for as better experience. Everyone there is extremely nice but not pushy. They want to make sure you are happy and go above and beyond in my personal opinion. Huge thanks to Cole Strickland and everyone else that helped getting me into my new car.

Arrived at 8:03 am, was told I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced in my back passenger tire. I was told it would take only 45 minutes. Almost two hours later, then I'm late for my appointment, which I mentioned at arrival, that if it's going to be longer than expected, I will return at an later time. I ended up paying an $25 late fee for missing my original appointment time,and that alone, ruined my morning. Not a satisfied customer.

Every time I bring my car to get serviced I end up waiting 3+ hours every time to get it done. The service is really slow. Whenever I get my car back within the next few days I always have another problem happen to where I'd have to bring it back up to the dealership to get it serviced again. I don't like the way they treat me either. They don't help solve any problem.

They were very easy to work with and done everything they could to get me in the truck I wanted, including staying an hour after hours to finish up the paperwork, I recommend anyone that is in the market to go here and shop.

Morgan Randall was such a great salesman. In the past we didn't get the true real experience of buying a car like he made us feel!
He took his time in finding exactly what made us happy. Really easy to work with and also will be honest in what you need to do to get what you want. Flexible to talk to if your at work! Would recommend him every time!
