Friendly and helpful staff. We had a hop on hop or city trip when booking through the Tui travel agency. Ideal to explore the city if you do not want to walk to an attraction. With the Tui ticket on the phone we got the tickets for the bus at Paris City Vision. We stepped out at the Louvre, where you get the real tickets for the ride via the bus driver. It is certainly worth the effort, but it is more like a proponent to walk. The bus driver was friendly.

Super nice the staff, no problem with the great place and the setting, if I don't give 5 stars it's just that I don't understand that I have to go to the store to take my ticket, wouldn't be isn't it easier to have it on line directly? I imagine you have your reasons but still more digital in our time.
Horrible attention to the public. I made a reservation for a dinner over the internet I have called from Spain 10 times to report an allergy for the menu change and they never pick up the phone.
My husband and I booked a full day trip to Versailles with a 7 month old infant. The day of the tour, we arrived early, received our voucher and boarded the bus with no issues. On the bus, we were given two audiopens, 2 maps, 2 stickers to identify us, and one ticket. I did not think anything of this as I thought maybe this was some sort of special arrangement that the company has with the palace. We were dropped off at around 10:00 in the morning and stood in line for about an hour and a half before finally getting to the front of the security line where they scanned our one ticket and we were told that we weren t allowed a second entrance because I did not have a ticket for myself. The employee then asked us to step out of line. I tried to phone the office three times after this, but could not get an answer. At this point, we were stuck. If we left the line to go purchase another ticket, we would have to wait in the long security line up again. This was incredibly stressful for us all. Finally, the security guard graciously offered us a ticket that would only get us in to the chambers. This was done out of pity likely because we were travelling with a small child. Because we weren t able to reach anybody at the office by phone, we weren t sure what the best option would be for this specific problem, so we did the tour of the chambers. I remembered the guide saying that the half day tour would be meeting at 12:30 to go back to Paris, so we waited outside to see if we could meet up with him and explain our problem. We could not find him, so my husband found another Paris City Vision bus and asked if he could take us back to Paris early. We boarded the 12:15 bus and arrived back to the office at around 1:00. When I explained the situation, I was asked (very rudely) why I didn t just purchase another ticket and bring it back to them to be reimbursed. I was then passed over to the office coordinator (?) who took my email and booking number and assured me that she would write an email to ask for some sort of reimbursement for the inconvenience. She also offered us tickets for a river cruise. I wasn t holding out any hope for reimbursement especially after reading other people s ratings about the lack of customer service, but was pleasantly surprised to hear from them after a couple of days offering us a refund for the ticket that was not provided. I was disappointed that we didn t get the tour that we booked, but happy that another driver offered us a ride back early, and that customer service responded to our situation.
Tl;dr If you're looking for cancellations, even within their rules and cancellation window, it's not going to happen. Also really rude and obnoxious manager.
Had one of the most forgetful experience ever. First they wouldn't honour the 24 hour cancellation rule, second they wouldn't let us use the ticket, cos we asked for cancellation. When we asked for clarification the manager behaved in a rude and threatening way. Felt both helpless and disappointed. List around 450 and peace of mind. Their best offer was to pay another 100 and reactivate the ticket.
A disaster! They quote you 30 minutes before to pick up tickets with priority access to the Louvre and when you arrive at the agency there is more than 1 hour in line. When my turn has finally arrived, they can tell me that I have to the side because they have to give priority to a guided tour
Nefarious experience since in the bus we forgot the bag and still do not want to return it, we can hardly travel because we did not have the documentation and we had to go to a police station to file a complaint since this company did not return the boso. Bag that even today I do not have with documents and money, and that I have sent to a transport agency and even then, I have not been able to retrieve my bag
SCAM ARTISTS.....STAY AWAY....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! We just got back from a trip in Europe and booked a tour through Viator/City Vision Paris for a Skip the line Eiffel Tower Lunch/Hop on Hop Off Bus/River Seine Cruise. We were sent a voucher from Viator along with an email saying we would receive confirmation for the tour. We received the voucher along with a confirmation that the tour had been booked. Apparently this was not the information needed to actually get into and access the tour. Apparently we were supposed to have met a tour agent at 10:00 am at a location outside the Eiffel Tower the day of the tour to get our actual tickets. The problem is, we did not ever receive any information regarding a meeting time and place until we received an email from the vendor the morning of the tour saying we were a no show which prompted us to call them at 11:00am that day to see how to access our tickets. They said we were a no show at 10:00 and that we could not do the Eiffel Tower tour now because we didn t show up to get tickets at 10:00. Obviously if we had known this information after spending $750 we would have been there but they never sent us anything. We just assumed because they never sent us any more information that we could use the voucher sent to us by Viator. We also called Viator to see if we could use the Voucher they sent us and they said yes that we could use the voucher OR a ticket. When we got in line for the tower, they told us we had to have an actual ticket and refused to let us in. After calling the tour company and getting a no show email is when we found out we had to meet a guide at a designated time and place, so we lost out on the Eiffel Tower ticket and lunch and were offered no refund for that portion and was told it was our fault, they said they sold our tickets to someone else. What an absolute rip off and scam. Getting paid twice for one ticket and telling us it s our fault for their lack of information. The tour company was still able to email us the hop on hop off tickets as well as the river cruise tickets but we lost out on the skip the line Eiffel Tower and lunch and ended up having to buy 5 more tickets to the Eiffel Tower along with waiting in line for 2.5 hours and no lunch. To say the least this was the most frustrating day of our trip in Europe. We wasted 3 hours contacting Viator and city vision Paris trying to figure out how to access our tickets since they never sent me any information on anything!!! I requested a partial refund for our Eiffel Tower skip the line/lunch portion of the tickets from Paris City Vision and they refuse to offer any sort of refund saying that we were a no show and it s our fault, even though THEY never sent us any information regarding a meeting time or location to pick up our tickets. These tickets were $153 each for 5 people, so we paid $765 for an incredibly frustrating day. The tour operator clearly could not care less about what happened and takes no responsibility in this situation. I have emailed them multiple times and they refuse to do anything for us. Unprofessional, scam artists!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
The tour was quite enjoyable and culturally informative and we liked it. However, we did not place the five stars because in our opinion it was very difficult for us to find the offices. They should be more visible. We tried to call but the lines were busy. When we finally found the offices, unfortunately the treatment we received was not very kind to say. The girl, of Spanish nationality, treated us crudely and curtly, which we Latin Americans are not used to. Despite this tasteless taste, the tour is worth doing.
The tour of Paris by bus, disastrous and poorly organized, audio with delay and a short and hurried city tour. Nothing recommended. Do not throw money with them.
Nothing absolutely zero. If you want to destroy what is left of your hope for mankind book a tour with these people. Poorly run. Overcrowded, poor instructions, and every rude behavior you ever heard rumored about the French. Watch out for Laura who is particularly rude and dismissive particularly of any foreigner. As for Skip a line the trick is you skip the short line with your ticket and have to go to the longest line possible. So much for that. Only this tour group and the French could ruin the Louvre. Congratulations, Paris city vision you did it in spades. For your information we have engaged other tour operators here who were wonderful as Were the sites. This tour group is very popular for a reason. Low prices and no, believe me, no service except for service.
The agency itself gets a low rating because first of all,we booked The Louvre Museum tour,we called to confirm our 6:45pm time only for them to tell us the tour was actually for 9:30am! Even though our document stated the 645pm time! So we had to get our own tickets online which thanks to my amazing sister she did we were able to go that Wed.evening anyway! The Louvre is Amazing so glad we didn't miss it no thanks to this unstable agency! Also,we did the combination bus,Eiffel tower and Sienne River combo tour, when we went to meet at the agency to start our tour there was a man arguing with the clerk about them messing up his tour time and leaving him and his family before the actual time of his tour,I felt sorry for him. This agency doesn't enclose details, for instance we had to walk several blocks in the scorching heat to get to our Sienne boat ride. This agency needs to do better ASAP!!!! People plan vacations to enjoy not to be stressed out and aggravated by a subpar business! I will be shocked if I get a response from this agency, because they only respond to the positive reviews as I read the other reviews. But The Sienne river tour, and Eiffel Tower was Absolutely amazing as I knew it would be,the agency was not
Wonderful! I liked everything. Good service, physical space, organization, cleanliness, many new features that expand knowledge. Perfect! There was only one souvenir shop to buy and take to friends and relatives who have not yet had the opportunity to visit this magnificent place.
My wife has suffered a lot of stress with this company. They delayed a tour without explanation, only to arrive 2 hours late to the hotel to a lunch tour. Also did not provide proper information regarding what was going to be bus that would be taking them to the destination. The worst part was regarding the veiled prejudice (through continuous poor treatment) as she was Brazilian.
I booked the louvre guided tour and I arrived in front of the museum 15 min before as it sat in the ticket but i should have been at there office 15 min before not at the museum, so I called them at the time and told them about it and that I will be there before the departure time and I arrived there excltly at the departure time and they told me that the group left and I have to buy another ticket to the museum and there is nothing to do with rude attitude
So what they really care about is money and not customer satisfaction
BUYER BEWARE: Booked a private night tour of Paris car never showed up. Left kids disappointed as well as us. Hotel tried to contact company, but no answer.
Our Euro Express tour company told us in error to arrive for the 2 pm tour. We were actually booked on the 11:15 tour. Paris city vision went out of their way to accommodate us. It was a wonderful experience.
We booked the Skip-the-Line Ticket at the Eiffel Tower, Seine River Cruise, and Dinner for 3 March last week for 3 March at a cost of 450 euros for 2 people. Was really looking forward to it. However due to virus outbreak in Paris, we decided to leave Paris early on 3 March. I tried to change the booking to 2 March but was informed there was a change fee of 50%!!!!! It's really daylight robbery - I did'nt even want to cancel the booking - just wanted to change the day. Kudos to the Crazy Horse show that allowed me to change the date without any charges. Shame on Paris City Vision for wanting to make 225 euros for doing nothing - I would have understood a 50 euros charge. It was a good lesson for me - don't make hasty decisions. Good luck to you in the coming months
I have bought tickets for the Louvre museum and they make me go to the Pariscityvision offices and after 15 minutes in line they have no tickets, (I had reserved them for a month) now I am making a second queue to see if there is luck and the They have brought, I am very, very happy
Tour was good, but expensive. sound only worked on around 50% of seats. WiFi was terrible. Staff are VERY rude and inconsiderate. We and another family got asked to leave the second last bus of the day - at the opposite end of the city to where we needed to be because we had a young child in a stroller and two handicapped persons wanted to board the bus and they get priority for the stroller space. We could have folded the stroller and kept it in a normal seat, but they would not let us. The next bus should have been 30 minutes according to them - we waited 90 minutes. We ended up getting back to our start point after 9pm with a hungry, tired child. We should have been back by 7. Our protests and complains were just brushed off as irrelevant - they were not interested at all in our problems and were VERY rude. We contacted their office and they were just as bad - if we had a plane or a train to catch, we would have missed it.
The company offers you one thing on the page and another very different one that they offer you, that's why MISLEADING ADVERTISING EYE DO NOT BE DECEIVED
We stood out in the cold for an hour after arriving at Versailles. Were told to hurry bc we were running late. No access to bathrooms from 830-11:30. Our entry time was 9:45 and we stood outside until 10:45. Besides that, I was yelled at by the lady checking me in. She was upset I had not used the particular line. I only approached the window when prompted by another employee. When contacted about a partial refund, your company lied to Expedia and said there was never a problem. The worst part is saying I lied about the experience. Even our guide was upset we waited that long. Definitely not worth the price. We paid $200 to spend 2 hours on a bus and an hour standing in the cold. Our visit was rushed and tour guide felt rushed during our guided tour. Overall a horrible experience made worse by stating nothing like that happened.
Versailles was amazing and wish we had more time to wander and get pictures. It was very crowded that day which made everything 10x worse. Picture took during our hour of standing outside crowded into a small area with no seats and people pushing and shoving.
The only reason they get 1 star is a nice comfy bus! Had a stressful experience instead of enjoying the city on board. Got a night bus tour+river cruise. First off, the office where we check in for a tour never mentioned that drinks are not allowed. So before we boarded the bus we had to dump our Starbucks drinks that we just had gotten. The bus takes you to the cruise and then you come back to the bus for a night tour. This is the most retarded part. Since the seats are not assigned all the people try to come back running to get those 4 seats in the front on a top floor. The line up like animals in the boat to run as soon as the door opens and then try to fight their way through by the bus. Never experienced this before. Unpleasant memories. Will avoid the chaotic organization in future at all costs.
The place where retrieving audioguides for prepaid seats is very poorly indicated, forcing customers to make long unbearable queues. Organization to review completely.
Never again. We were very disappointed in the city tour. Unfriendly riders who did not feel like it and ended the evening drive way too early, even though it was promised and paid until 8.30pm. That was really outrageous and very disappointing.
Exit to London very bad. The girl waiting for us in a specific place was almost hidden. The colleagues of other companies were more attentive to us, we went up by the hour and we were very early. In London they gave us a badly explained map where we finally used other means of transport to get to the station to return. Very expensive for bad service. Paris own visits are also very expensive but more normal.
Like headless chickens that make you queue and then send you to another queue and when it is your turn to tell you that you have a departure time that is not going to be respected and they make you wait longer! ..... bad, very bad information and unprofessional
Took combo Seine cruise, city tour, Eiffel Tower tour. Decidedly mixed bag. Bus was comfortable and city tour and cruise were ok. Tour guide gets a minus 3 out of 10. She wasn"t there when we got off boat so we had to wander around to find bus. Walked so fast to get us to Tower that folks were literally running to keep up. Gave us an unrealistic time to be off Tower to get bus. One couldn't get up Tower and to bus before it left. By running we got back to bus are at 10:16 to see bus departing. We'd been told 10:15. Literally only way to do that was ride up, walk around quickly and go down. Again no sign of guide af the bottom. We felt she wanted to home since time schedule she set was unrealistic and rushed.
I do not recommend the night tour to take good photos. Some data to consider: 1) The check in does not assign you seats, if the demand is high you have to train at least one hour before. 2) It is a two-level bus but it is all covered, the buildings cannot be seen well during the trip (it depends on where you sit). 3) There are no stops to take photos, they are the ones you can reach to take during the moving tour. 4) They don't tell you that you can wear your own hearing aids.
In my case I took a tour that already included it in the package and it was very disappointing because if you are not ahead or in the window it is not worth it, I inadvertently repeated it with the same company and it was better because there were fewer people. I liked the audio guide and the music you listen to during the tour.
Tips: - Arrive one hour earlier and win a good place, it is convenient to have windows on the left side (on the driver's side) or up ahead on the upper level, the monuments are seen a little better from there (I sat on the right side, but I suggest you left) - Bring your headphones - Come during the week or low season - Recommended only for locating places
I show you some photos I took on the second tour (I didn't know it was the same company because I bought the tickets online), on the first tour I didn't get any photos that were worth it.
Pick up the ticket for the Museum Paris Pass here. It's very simple, but if you come over and forget the seat of the lourve ticket, they won't help you. Maybe I was lucky that day, I went directly to the lourve museum and didn't specifically ask for the reserved seat. Of course, if you need to explain the headphones to each museum, you have to pay 5 -10 . In fact, I personally feel that since I came in, I listened and looked more comfortable.
100% the best way to do the Louvre. We got our tickets online dirt cheap and picked them up here. It took 5 minutes and we got to skip the line which is a necessity when it s hot outside and the line is over an hour! Thanks again!
Our client Mr. Chandavarkar had travelled on the Bruges tour on 14th August 2019 from Paris. Their guide was very Curt and Not co-operative. The bus was parked very far from the main tourist area. The clients, Senior Citizens had to walk a lot to their bus. Some arrangements should be made for Senior Citizens.
Let me start by saying: they will not answer their phone. As you ll see in other reviews, this is an ongoing issue that they refuse to fix.
I was scheduled for this $300 tour with a meeting time of 5:45pm at their headquarters. On the way to the meeting spot, my Uber was involved in a car accident. So at 5:00pm I started calling the number provided to let them know I would be late and to explore other meeting options. For 45 minutes I called them and they never picked up for the phone. At 5:50pm, I made it to their headquarters to see the staff standing and laughing in the back room. I explained who I was and asked why they hadn t answered the phone. I lie to you not, the man looked at his watch and said what difference would it have made if we answered the phone or not? We wouldn t have waited for you, the time to leave was 5 minutes ago! Composing myself from the shock, I explained that he could have told me where I could meet them at the Eiffel Tower instead of me taking an Uber here, now needing to take another Uber there! As I was mid-sentence talking to him, he began to shake his head and picked up the phone to call the tour guide. He told me she would meet me no later than 6:45pm (dinner started at 7:00pm) at Kiosk 58 inside the ground level of the Eiffel Tower and that my $300 tour was non-refundable. Instead of complaining with a manager, I just took my identification papers and left.
When I finally made it to the Kiosk 58 at 6:33pm (after flying through traffic in my third Uber), I was informed by the Kiosk attendant that the tour guide had already left me. On top of her leaving before the said meeting time, she d also taken my ticket and there was no way for me to get to the restaurant. As the lady in the Kiosk explained this to me, I asked her if she could call her as it s not 6:45pm and she should she should still be here. She said, (and I quote) I m not calling her, but you can call the company to see where she is . I informed her that I was in this mess because they DON T answer the phone there and I would really appreciate if she helped me out. She reluctantly, called her on my behalf. As she was on the phone with the guide (assumingly) explaining that she d taken my ticket and I was at the Kiosk waiting on her, she looked up to tell me she would come down to get me. Before she could hang up the phone, I said excuse me and interjected to ask her to ask the guide how long before she made it back down (I wanted to take a few pictures)? Before I could finish my sentence, I lie to you not, she closed the sliding glass window in my face. I couldn t and still can t believe it. When she finished on the phone, she opened the glass window and looked at me and how can I help you, I told you she was going to come down and get you . If the tour was refundable, I would have walked off and just got my $300 back. I told her that I wanted her to ask the guide when she was coming down so I can go take pictures since I would be waiting. I asked her if she could call her back to see how long he would be. She said, I just called my colleague once for you, I m not calling her back. If we were in America y all.... I said to her, again, I want to take pictures, will you please call her back. She blatantly refused and told me that she would NOT point me out to the guide if I walked away. We went back and forth a little bit, but I retreated because I became frustrated and I didn t want to get kicked out, lose my $300, not make it to dinner, and/or go to jail in France. I calmly walked away and waited about 10 minutes for a colleague of the guide to come down. Of course she nor my actual guide knew the name of the lady in the Kiosk or the man at the office.
Dinner had already started by the time I arrived, but the restaurant staff was really accommodating and kind. I give two stars because the rest of the evening went well: the boat tour was beautiful and Moulin Rouge was magnificent.
VERY RUDE: this company completely lacks the concept of customer service.
Worst experience as they will not stop anywhere except eiffel tower as there are some main attraction in Paris and should stop over for taking pictures.
Very disappointed with the guide ... she did not provide us with information in French and she had a more than unpleasant attitude. Who would have thought that a French agency did not provide information in French
No provider at the appointment. We stayed abandoned with another couple without benefit surprise missed refund pending Worries of organization to review before confirming to the client
The advantage of a place like this is that there is a great variety of tourist activities gathered in one place. You can buy tickets to major attractions both inside Paris like the pass for the touribus or the night More
We made 3 packages with Paris City Vision, irreparable service, very well located agency next to the Louvre, I have only one request for improvement to make, in the package with transport to Disneyland Paris, you could think of leaving a little earlier and the return certainly should be later as we ended up missing the park lights closing show, very damaging to have a complete experience of the park's charms. But above all I would like to say a big compliment to the staff, who are excellent and very helpful!
