What a horror that City Vision. We bought tickets online to avoid having too long in line at the Louvre to be then two hours in line at the City Vision to get our e-tickets. The staff was absolutely unhelpful and even rude. 2 and sometimes 3 counters were open. The queue at the Louvre itself was shorter. With us there were very many angry customers. We NEVER book with City Vision anymore!

We attended the "Guided Tour of the D-Day Beaches from Paris (code: NP1). While the sites we visited were a wonderful experience, our tour guide Peter was totally incompetent. When we COULD understand what he was saying (thick French accent), the content of his explanations and descriptions were mostly "jibberish" and he allowed what seemed like random thoughts to just escape his mouth. Our disappointment turned to anger as the very long day progressed. His mumbling and fumbling just spoiled the day for us. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone. There are many other tour providers to choose from. I wish we had.

The service is terrible compared to another tour I did. The audio does not match the places that buses are passing. The audio announced that there would be two stops, however, the tour ended.
The driver was grumpy.
I don't recommend the illuminated city tour Paris, the quality has dropped a lot since 2015.
A shame.

Total Scam. They charged over 400 to not provide the service they stated they would. And I mean they did nothing. They were to pick us up from the hotel for a tour of Versailles. The instructions were to call the day before to confirm pickup time. I called and was told my pickup time was 8:00. So I was ready and in he lobby at 8:00. They NEVER showed up. When I called they claimed that they were at my hotel at 7:30 so they left when I wasn t outside the hotel. THEY NEVER CONTACTED OR CALLED ME. If you want to see Versailles, DO NOT DO IT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They then stated that I might get a refund if I emailed someone?!?!? So I m out over 400 and my mother s trip is ruined. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT COUNT ON THIS COMPANY.

Good tour group, show up earlier than advised to get a good seat on the bus. I went to Mont St. Michel and it was 5hrs there by bus, so bring food and drinks. There is pre break 2hrs into the trip at a place where you buy snacks. The wifi is spotty on the bus but works for streaming music.

This company is an utterly disorganized mess. They cluster a dozen tours for check-in at their tiny office with no lines and no signage, leaving 300 people to mob the doors at 6:30am. Then they have no staff and only vague signage outside, leaving everyone to once again huddle together in a giant cluster hoping to figure out what bus to get on. There are numerous much better and more competent tour companies in Paris. Don't bother with anything from this one.

I wanted to write this review as soon as the tour ...

I wanted to write this review as soon as the tour was over on April 11 but didn't get the time until today.

I have joined many tour groups in many countries and I have to say the experience with ParisCityVision is the worst! I booked through Viator the "Paris One Day Sightseeing" on April 11, expecting to have the local tour guide to tell us many stories about the four places promised - the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the Notre-Dame Cathedral and on the Seine River Cruise. But once the tour guide named "Sandrine" showed up, I immediately sensed this tour wouldn't be a good one. She didn't appear to be professional and the combination of her heavy French-accent English with her high-pitch voice and the poor quality of headset made her speech only 20% understandable. She didn't even introduce herself to us but simply distributed the headsets and then "follow me!" Throughout the tour, with her limited speech, "follow me" was the most English she could utter and we could understand. After 40 minutes in the Louvre and barely understanding what she was saying, she led us out, 40 minutes before our regroup time. Many of us asked to reenter the museum but she just refused. I asked her why, she simply said: It was the rule". Without a tour guide to lead us, we couldn't get in. So we visited the museum for 40 minutes and being forced to sit in the lobby for another 40 minutes!

Then we went to the river cruise. We were expecting her to introduce the attractions along way but, to our surprise, she didn't say a single word until we arrived at the destination and the familiar "Follow me"! When we arrived at the Eiffel Tower she didn't introduce anything about the Tower except telling us the place and time to regroup and then led us to the restaurant. After the lunch and back to the cruise, again she was silent. We spent about 20 minutes in Notre-Dame. Honestly, I could only understand just a few words of what she said there.

The issues are:
1. Ok, French is the most elegant language in the world but since it is an English tour, for God's sake the tour guide should at least speak English people can understand! I am from the US and if I couldn t understand her English I don't know how many others can. I did check with our fellow tourists and they all said they could barely understand what she said.
2. The cost of entry fees, the river cruise and the lunch at the Tower added together are about 30% of the total fees we paid for the tour. The rest 70% were paid for the value of the tour guide's presentation. If the guide didn t speak much and couldn t make her understood with her limited speech, the 70% of price we paid was simply a rip-off!
3. The reason we joined the tour was to spend our time most efficiently to see attractions since we spent so much time and money to travel to Paris. Letting us spend 40 minutes inside the Louvre and then forcing us to wait 40 minutes outside of the museum was a crime!

With this, need I provide the explicit recommendations?

We went with PARISCityVISION for an all day trip to Mont St Michele. Met at the office and redeemed our vouchers, got the equipment needed and maps and loaded on the bus. Long drive, but bus was comfortable, guide and drivers were great. One stop on the way up and back to get food and take a break. Timing was laid out well to allow for enough time to explore the abbey. Great trip.

I will highlight as positive the kindness and professionalism of its workers. But against, they are a little badly organized when it comes to the sale of visitors. They should consider organizing the visits of Versailles and Eurodisney in another way. In the time that Dan does not give you time to see everything and in the end you have to return on your own to Paris. That is a point against him.

Package said it included audio tours. We were still charged extra for half the sites. All 50 people on the tour were double charged and upset. Save yourself some headache and book with a more reputable, organized, and trustworthy company. Many of the reviews on here mention missing portions or aspects of what they already paid for.

First time you use the tour group. The Louvre made changes for entry and the staff at ParisCityVision were extremely helpful. Got in on the fast line. Just walked straight on in whilst the ordinary ticket holders had a 15 to 30 minute wait.

I took their trips twice- quite happy about it.

I took their trips twice- quite happy about it.
However, they need a huge improvement for their office & organize check in for their clients.

2. Bus number: happen to me twice that once we check in, we didn t see our bus number outside til the last min. Don t know why it s so hard to do. I guess they are lack of people at 6:30 am.

I booked a winery tour which was cancelled by the company on August 30th. Now, over a month later I am still waiting on the promised refund. I would seriously think twice about booking with the company, as they do not have good customer service at all.

On the tour we were all Spanish and the guide did not speak the language, excursion without explanation and the few who speak read Google, nothing nice, were with kids and they were super fast without us, totally disappointing. I do not recommend at all. Zero professionalism

I had hesitated to sign up tour with Paris City Vision because of so many negative reviews. But I still signed up for the guided tour in the morning (tickets and fast acess included) for Louvre museum online because we really wanted to have someone who can give us some context on the museum/art pieces and streamline the whole process. We went to the meet up place at the time as suggested by Paris City Vision, 30 minutes before the 9:30 AM tour. Sighed in at 9 AM and the tour guide met with the group at 9:15 AM. The earbuds and audio receivers provided by the Paris City Vision were clear for the whole tour. Walking to and entering Louvre in less than 20 minutes. There was a security check but that only took a couple of minutes because we were there at the opening time. Joining this guided tour saved us a lot of time and trouble free. (I am not sure about the afternoon tour, people may not have the same experience because of anticipated longer lines.) There were already long lines of people in the ticket line and security line after we went in. The tour guide took us to see Mona Lisa first before the room became crowded. The two-hour tour was quite informative. People can leave anytime during the tour if they like to. After the tour, people can stay in the museum till the closing. Highly recommend this early morning guided tour. Or at least plan ahead if you like to visit Louvre (buy tickets before visiting and be there early) to minimizd time in lines and headache. Smile!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Our flight was cancelled by American Airline for no justifiable reason. We could not get to Paris for 2 days later....
Paris City Vision refused to: reschedule, give a partial refund, give ANY refund. It was about $1200+ worth of a tour, too!!!

**btw: don t bother taking a guided tour of Versailles. Just take the train from laris ( 8 round trip) and buy your timed entry tickets online ahead of time!

Let me start by saying I was seated on the bus in ...

Let me start by saying I was seated on the bus in close proximity to Roza Masoumi & Kouroush Karimi, who took it upon themselves to write these ridiculous reviews that I'll address at the end of this review.

We used this company to book unguided tours to both St. Mont Michel and Versailles. The Versailles trip ended up canceled (took about 10 days for a refund to process) which actually worked out fine because it was way cheaper for us to have just gone there using public transportation and buy tickets ourselves. The trip to St. Mont Michel was, in my opinion, well worth it. We had a comfortable bus ride complete with WiFi and a 30 minute stop to grab food each way. We were given audioguides before we left Paris that we used throughout both the bus ride and during the visit. They provided us with clear instruction and made the trip comfortable and enjoyable.

It's more affordable to plan these trips on your own, but if you want a no hassle trip, this company is A-Okay for use.

Now to address Roza & Koroush's touching remarks reviews. First of all, the couple insisted on watching Netflix with the speaker volume all the way up, indifferent to the many on the bus trying to sleep. Post lunch stop, the two began engaging in some kind of argument with Roza loudly complaining thay her husband was "ruining her trip like he ruined their wedding" (AWK!) in English, the language they both all knew we spoke. This went on for roughly 2ish hours. At the end of the day, when the bus returned to in Paris proper around 9:00 PM, Koroush asked the tour guide if the bus could let the two of them out on a random street corner because it was closer to their dinner reservations. The bus operator and tour guide obviously replied that they could only make one stop-- the designated pick up and drop off stop for the bus. Roza and her husband then loudly complained that they were being "held hostage" on the bus and felt like they were "in a prison". It's not even an exaggeration to say these people were the saltiest pair of Americans I've ever encountered in a foreign country. And for the record, Roza, the other language people were speaking on the bus was Portuguese. Not Spanish, dude. Come on. If anyone deserves one star, it's you both.

Spanish speaking. We took two tours to Monte St-Michel and Givenry, they met expectations. The transport was clean and the seats are spacious, they just don't have an on-board bathroom. I would recommend that you warn that the audio guide can be heard from before. And that they would give more information about food at the place it was reached. They had other routes.

They do a very good job of hosting tours. Their earplugs and gadget for guided tour is very tech savvy. They are punctual and hospitable. The buses are neat and the guides are knowledgeable.

We did the Louvre tour. We met at the city vision Paris stop at the time we were supposed to: 1:45pm. We didn t not end up leaving to go to the Louvre until 2:30pm because we were waiting for late people. I m sorry, but why am I waiting around for people who knew the meeting time but chose to come 45 minutes late? I can understand 10-15 minutes, fine, but to make us wait 45 minutes in the crowded heat is ridiculous. The tour guide kept repeating the same thing over and over again. We ended up just leaving the tour and going on our own after standing at the same piece for way too long. I would not recommend this tour. I wish we saved our money, went on our own and paid the 5 euros to borrow the listening guide from the museum. That way we could go at our own pace and pay attention to the items we wanted. Waste of money and time!!!

My mom and I took the day trip to Normandy Beach on June 12, 2018. The tour was alright. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but I would have loved more in depth information on various sites we were seeing. I'm a history teacher and knew practically everything our tour guide mentioned and wished she would give more information than just the basics or had been more available for questions at the sites. I did not appreciate that many stops were skipped or cut short because we were delayed getting out of Paris (traffic) and the guide was insistent that we had to be back by a specific time even if it meant cutting stops or shortening them. The bus would drop us off and then park, but no one was ever told speficially where the bus would be. Many of us had to spend our short touring time looking for the bus or we would be left behind (our guide insinuated that people had been left behind before). When it came to lunch, we were at the meeting spot at the exact time that was given. However, our guide had already left with a small group and didn't bother to check back for others who had purchased lunch. It took 15 minutes to figure out which of the many restaurants we were to go to as we had to ask several museum employees. I felt that we didn't get as good of an experience because of the shortened stops and the constant need to make up the time that we lost on the journey. If you want more time at the beaches/museums, stay in Caen, Bayeux, or the other towns right along the beaches and do not take the trip from Paris.

The end service of letting get in The Louvre without having having to wait in a longer queue was good. The the 'check in' counter staff members I dealt with were not forthcoming with information and a little rude. The younger staff helping with the queue and directing people around were very kind.

Due to the public transport strike in Paris, we have gone to this agency to hire the bus service to Disneyland. The same day we wanted to go to Disney, Lisa has served us super well and has been very decisive. We give this girl a 10 for her kindness and attention.

Over priced. Check around. City night Tour is just recorded narrative. Better off with Hop on Hop Off. Eiffel Tower jump the queue did not jump the queue and did NOT go to the top. Delay meant we had to go back. Disneyland is overpriced adds time to your overall day. Take the train and spend extra to cut the queue. Staff curt and disinterested. Just organise yourself or try someone else. Done three trips as booked by travel agent. All disappointing or overpriced.

Wrost ever, we have our Paris trip last month, and ordered the tickets to Versailles for our family of four, got the remind message but when we show up at the meeting point, they said they don t have any space. And ask me can you do that tomorrow and act like that is not their problem. We argue with them for refund. They said you have to call the number that on your email. Avoid this tours company

The review below is specifically for the Skip the line Paris Luvre museum guided tour :

This was an excellent tour! The meeting point was easy accessible by metro and easy to locate. Our guide, Claire, was outstanding! She was friendly, very informative and passionate about art and history. The audio sets also worked very well throughout our 2 hour tour. The Luvre is so big and it can be overwhelming. The tour introduced us to the major highlights of the museum and oriented us on how to best spend our time the rest of the day. I highly recommend this if you enjoy art, have somewhat of a limited time in Paris and want to absorb this masterpiece of a museum the most efficient way possible.

Had a Eiffel Tower, city tour and river cruise booked back in January. We are now in Paris in October and Paris city vision had canceled our tour the day before we were supposed to go on said tours due to the volume of visitors to the Eiffel Tower. We literally had this booked and paid for for nine months. I would think that we would have priority for booking so early. This is really disappointing because the Eiffel Tower is so iconic and for a first time visitor to Paris, I was really looking forward to this trip. Very disappointed in this tour company. And if you book through Viator, chances are your tour is through this company.

I expected more from this experience. Since we paid more because it was night to enjoy "Paris of lights" and it was something romantic ..
However, the boat and the day bus have been made around 6, 7, 8, which seems to be going on a city bus, with an audio guide with headphones. . .
They have taken away the total romanticism ..... full of people and during the day
There are other tours that have sailed at night.
They don't know how to speak Spanish at the office.
I do not recommend it if you are looking for something romantic

A shame. Nice scam. No other word.

A shame. Nice scam. No other word.
My husband paid 106 for up to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower with an audio guide. We joined our supposedly guide to the agencies. We were made to download an application. Without explanation elsewhere. The guide led us to the entrance of the Eiffel Tower. Once past security checks, it was cowardly abandoned us, wishing us a good visit.
So no audio guide ???
Download an app (can be audio guide?). If no smartphone or headset, it is useless!
The guide drops you right in the early visit. No no explanation.
And the more unacceptable is the price of 106 for two to climb to the second floor (rate 20 Tour Eiffel 40). While for half the price you have access to the top.
And do not tell me that we get a guide. And an audio guide. I think it'll be the largest foutage G ..... that I have ever heard.
Huge scam.
We seem to have been more than rolled in flour. RUN AWAY

We had a few tours booked with Paris City Vision. ...

We had a few tours booked with Paris City Vision. Our main tour had actually been canceled due to the strikes going on; have to have guides for the tours :)

We found they had emailed us the same day we were traveling and we had not checked our email since the beginning of our trip. So we were shocked to have found out our tour had been cancelled the day before when looking for the tour confirmation email.

So we tried to call them, the concierge tried to call them. No answer. No return call from the local office. Now keep in mind the strike is on and they are down emoyees.

So we stopped by and explained the situation. The first gentleman we spoke with sent an email to request a refund and said we would here something within a day or so. So we went ahead and bought the skip the line tickets for the Louvre (we had planned to do that the next day anyways).

Later that day we stopped back by to see if they had heard anything. No luck, however a different gentleman ( I wish I could remember his name) called the main office and they pushed a refund immediately. 5 to 10 business days of course. However since the 23rd was my birthday we decided to purchase the romantic Seine dinner cruise for that evening.

We had a wonderful time on the cruise. The food was fantastic! The froigras was delicious! (first time I had ever tried it).

Paris is a very walkable city. People are peasant and willing to try a little English to help you out. Remember to try a little French too.

We found the folks who live in Framce appreciate you atleast trying.

Got off on a rant. :)

Paris City Vision was a great choice for us and will be for you too! Happy Exploring!

I went on their all day Normandy tour of the American/Canadian landing sites and graves. I LOVED it! The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was professional. The tour guide was absolutely amazing, spoke clear English and was incredibly knowledgeable. She spoke for almost the entire bus ride and showed us points of interest along the ride. The lunch provided was fantastic. The tour was very flexible, we were allowed to follow her or walk on your own. This allowed me to tailor the trip to my interests. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough, I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Pre-order online before departure, and then get your ticket here. The process is ten convenient. You can get the ticket in just a few minutes. This ticket can include more than 60 museum admissions in two days. Of course, the most important Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, The Arc de Triomphe and other must go to see! The price of this two-day ticket is about 45 euros. If you buy the ticket directly, of course it is not only this number, so it is very worth buying. If you want to visit the museum, this is a good choice! This ticket collection location is about 3 minutes walk from the Louvre Museum!
