The end service of letting get in The Louvre without having having to wait in a longer queue was good. The the 'check in' counter staff members I dealt with were not forthcoming with information and a little rude. The younger staff helping with the queue and directing people around were very kind.

I don't feel very motivated. When I went to pick up the participants at the end of the full-day tour, it was closed around 20:10 even though the office said it was until 20:30.
This was a great way to see the city, and much cheaper than booking through my travel agent.

About as good as you'd expect from mass tourism by bus.
Very poor tour, we took the Paris Eiffel Tour and never got into the Eiffel Tower. We booked on the Paris City Vision Tour that ends at the Eiffel Tower with express transfers into the tower elevators, the bus tour was fine but when we got dropped off at the river cruise Eiffel tower changeover we were met by one of their operators to be take to the Eiffel Tower Tour. To get to the Tower you have to climb 30 or 40 steps up, being older people (68/69) it took us about 3 minutes to climb the steps, when we got to the top the tour operator and group we gone. We saw them entering the elevators but by the time we made it to the entrance the security would not let us enter because we had to be with the ticket holder tour operator. No head count no concern that he had two extra tickets very un professional service. No waiting so considering that we had added flights from Rome to and from Paris for four days just to do this tour and the Moulin Rouge we were bitterly disappointed. A very expensive waste of money do not us Paris City Vision Tours.
Did the Eiffel Tower tour today with these guys and the Louvre. Upon getting to the meeting place half an hour before as my voucher suggested I was told the tour doesn't leave for another hour and a half. Also I wanted to cash in both vouchers at the same time to save having to rush the Eiffel Tower tour. This is not allowed as the tickets are not available until half hour before it leaves. Ok fair enough I thought. After being on the coach and sight seeing for an hour it pulls up in the rain and we are told anyone for the tower tour get off now. We get off with no shelter and the tour guide rushes us up two streets and across another street In the rain still, then divides the groups and tells one group to meet him back here in an hour. What the hell I'm in a foreign country paid for a tour and I'm dumped on the side of the road in the rain. So an hour passes the guide is late back so our Eiffel Tower tour has been cut short and to make matters worse we had to make our own way back to the meeting place to collect our Louvre tickets before being able to go there between our time slot...... Would recommend looking elsewhere for these tours as rushing them is not fun

We toured Normandy. We did The full day tour. The instructor was awesome. She was very smart. The only thing I didn't like was the bus. It was so uncomfortable.

We opted for a standard Paris by night tour with English commentary.
This is a basic 1.5 hour long night tour of Paris starting at the Paris CityVision office at the Pyramides at 10pm. We were given earphones to plug in for the English commentary which was quite detailed as we went along the major sights.
There were no halts for taking photographs, this was just a basic tour which shows you the city's grandeur and tells of you it's rich historic past.
This tour is advised to those wanting to see the city at night in short time.
The tour was excellent. And at the end we went up to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower. Too bad there was no place to buy tickets for the top of the tower after we went up to the 2nd floor. Inside the tower is a beautiful cafeteria. I enjoyed the tour with detailed audio and in several languages.

They have various tours to visit the city of Paris; according to the tourist profile: historical, gastronomic Paris. Enjoy night shows. In my case, I took a tour to Mont Saint Michelle, an abbey nestled on this hill surrounded by medieval architecture buildings (since I was a teenager, I dreamed of knowing this impressive place). It was an invaluable experience, and with them it was incredibly cheap.
They have great variety of excursions but the quality of them depends on the guide, in our case quite superb and stale.
I had booked Guided Tour Loire Valley CLM on 6/1/2020, The driver that was assigned to our tour on that day was extremely unprofessional. He left us at each destination without giving us a great deal of information. On the way back, due to heavy traffic returning to Paris, he was irritable and obnoxious. His cursing, was so bad that one of the guests on the bus had to tell him to relax. We didn t feel safe driving with him in the car. The restaurant where we had lunch was terrible. My husband was ill after it because his food was not prepared well. This experience left a very bad impression on us. I m extremely disappointed with this tour and it was definitely not worth E498!!
I would not recommend PARISCityVISION tours.
They take you from one place to another regardless of whether you have children, in the coach if you do not go early and you get at the front of the queue then you have to sit separately.
Terrible service, booked a small group tour to Giverny for a pick up / drop off at the hotel. The guy dropped me at the Paris city vision office and had to wait for hours. Huge mess up, service staff not helpful nor try to fix the situation. Such a scam
Lots of options, fairly well organized, guides are great. But it's such a behemoth that there is too much standing around in the morning and some tour sizes are a little out of control.
We received the confirmation but were told on the day that the tour was full and got kicked out. We had to reschedule the whole trip with great loss.
I had two tours in Paris with this company. I liked the main company's office by the Louvre. I though they were professional. However, the tour guide for the Loire Valley was very rude and absolutely insensitive. First of all when we got off the bus, from a very lengthy drive, she rushed my group to use the bathrooms in the castle instead of the ones in the entrance. The other tour guides were waiting patiently for their group to use the main entrance bathroom. She insisted it would be be better to avoid the lines. When my mother and i couldn't keep up, we tried to not be obvious about how slow we are and take pictures of the castle.
She made comments about how slow we are and that we are missing out. Instead of approaching us privately, she just spoke out these embarrasing comments. She ignored us on the rest of the tour. For the next castle, she approached me, said "You're not going to do the second tour right?" When I tried to explain we can't keep up with her and that we didn't mean to disrespect her. It was a french woman tour guide with glasses and curly hair. She even made a acomment that "it's faster to cook tacos than have us walk to keep up with her."
Overall very disappointed with her behavior.
You pay to skip the line for museums etc and then you have to stand in an epic line at their office to get your "skip the line" ticket.... you then have to line up at the gallery/museum with everyone else who paid to "skip the line" and THEN when you are done you have to line up AGAIN at the office to hand in your audio guide. Waste of my money and time. I kid you not the service was so inefficient. The line at the museums for people who did not have tickets was shorter than for people with tickets. Would not suggest this company to anyone.

Participating in Rans and champagne curb tour. The tour of the Japanese guide did not match the schedule and made it to guide in English. I could understand only about half of the details (bitter smile) but it did not matter. Everyone was a lot of people other than their mother tongue, and although it was only one participation, it was pleasant to talk to or being hung up. You can go to Reims by train, but it is convenient and has a sense of cheap considering including roundabouts. French guide was also attentive and kind. I certainly want to take care of me.

I had a great time visiting Paris by minibus. Our driver-guide has allowed us to see the typical neighborhoods of Paris such as the Marais and its small streets, or Montmartre. The view of the Eiffel Tower of Trocadero was splendid!

I booked a winery tour which was cancelled by the company on August 30th. Now, over a month later I am still waiting on the promised refund. I would seriously think twice about booking with the company, as they do not have good customer service at all.
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. We were told after the tour and cruise, dinner was included. Our tickets were checked not once, twice but three times by our guide WALTER. Once we reached the restaurant and WALTER asked how many we were and gave us the table, we approached the table just to open our coats when WALTER stroms in and literally YELLS LOUDLY in the restaurant full of people, and I quote, " You don't have dinner included. YOU KNOW YOU DONT HAVE DINNER. PLEASE LEAVE." We stood there embarrassed, telling him WE DON'T KNOW. WALTER's reaction to this was in a VERY LOUD VOICE and I quote again, " YOU KNEW. YOU DON'T KNOW WHICH TOUR YOU HAVE BOOKED. YOU KNOW NO DINNER. LEAVE!" Once he said that, we understood this was EXTREMELY RACIST and I'm so sorry but I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with the service and our tour guide WALTER, he shold face consequences for such disrespectful behaviour towards customers. We paid good money for a nice tour and a good time and THE TOUR GUIDE, WALTER has made our experience UTTERLY HORRIBLE, because of people like Mr. WALTER the Company's reputation is being compromised and his services should not be continued.
Superb a great team a very very good guide a very nice bus driver. Very nice, I really recommend paris city vision. For me it was a first with them but really to repeat dinner cruise then the lido. For the cruise a very professional team. Good dinner. Sonia, waitress on the barge, a most pleasant welcome and service. Very cheerful and efficient. I recommend their services.
It has several options of tours, somewhat accessible (in relation to some tours offered by other agencies in hotel brochures). It is important to remember that the vast majority of tours leave the agency and leave early.

Comfortable coach bus but would have like to have better views of the various stopping points. Some of them were just driven by without me noticing. Wish I could have gotten a better look at Notre Dame.
I did the day tour from Paris to Bruges in Belgium. All aspects of the trip were very positive. The company was punctual: we left at the agreed time, we did everything at the correct time and we arrived in Paris without delay.
We had two drivers / bus drivers to respect the laws of rest. Both drivers were excellent.
The guide named Remy was very clear and friendly.
The bus was new, with wifi, heating (important for being winter) and had usb ports to charge phones or tablets.
As for the excursion, the time was up to me, we spent almost 5 hours in Bruges and I was able to explore a lot of the historic city center. We hired the free service, with an audio guide that was very clear and a map with a circuit to follow.
Bruges is a beautiful city.
Teo our guide to Giverny and Versailles and a lovely lunch in between the two destinations. He was detailed and organized and just very nice. Spoke excellent English. If you can be on one of his tours you will not regret it. Giverny was beautiful. Our lunch was this remote little Tudor cottage on a river. They served a lovely lunch with wine, coffee and dessert included in a delicious chicken and mashed potato lunch. The surroundings were idyllic and picturesque. I really enjoyed the beauty. Then off to Versailles. Such opulence and overall extravagance. So glad I took this tour. Worth it!!

I booked two tours with the company. For the first daytime tour I booked a half day guided visit to Versailles. I felt it was enough time to see the palace, however, if you are going in the summer or peak season I'd probably do the full day because lines will be longer. Second tour I booked was the Eiffel tower, cruise and bus night tour. I thought it was ok but not worth the cost. Luisana who checked me in for the night tour was not very friendly or personable and dismissive to me the client. I was not pleased with her service. Perhaps your experience with her would be different. I thought my tour guide was very nice though. For that tour I'd skip the cruise and opt for one that serves dinner instead. The bus ride was just a ride around town with audio which I'd also skip. The Eiffel tower was them dropping us off to go see it and catch the lift. If you get your tickets in advance you can do the same. I would not do this night tour again. You can do most of it yourself in a different fashion. I'd use their services again but likely to try different tours as Versailles was great and both were actually well organized.
We had a dinner/tour/show excursion booked for 7.15.18 and it was cancelled two days prior to that due to the World Cup. We were told to email about the refund, which we did and did not get a response. I then email again on 7.17.18 about a refund and still there has been no response. We spent over $500 on this tour and it was cancelled on us. I hope this review will help to gain a response about a refund.
Elisabeth was awesome. Spoke English well and was very personable. Great way to see a little of the highlights for your next trip, or the next day. The Louvre is huge and may need ax full day.
I bought 3 Paris Museum Pass from CityVsion through Expedia.ca. Tried to visit Versailles Palace on Tuesday Dec 31, 2019. After letting everyone lining up in front of the gate for 2 hours, at 11am or so the palace said they decided they weren't going to open on that day in solidarity with French protesters. Through Expedia.ca, CityVision denied refund due to "the museum is not affected by the protest".
Very expensive for the quality of the service ....

Paris is wonderful. Love walking and taking in the sights , sitting for a coffee and watching the world go by.
Visiting Versailles is a very good idea, but not with Paris City Vision. Professionals leave much to be desired, irresponsibility is reflected. I will only mention that at the end of our visit the bus left back without controlling that I was leaving SIX PEOPLE at the destination. Bad customer service, the deal is very cold.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pre purchased a skip the line pass. Arrived on time to pick up my tickets at the office which they specified was 30 min before. I waited for almost an hour which made me late to the tour I purchased through them. THEN we had to come back to this office and turn in our audio guide for over an hour. This was not skip the line. You're better off waiting directly at the louvre. In addition to being understaffed the employees were rude, unapologetic, and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
In a bus locked away, the other buses are open-top ... not obvious for the photos. Pleasant staff and audio with headphones in different languages where we learn a lot about Paris

Only disappointing thing was we had to pay again for the Mumm Champagne tour. We got lost on our way to the office and missed the bus. I know our fault we were 10 minutes late. We were given 30%diacount not just transferred to another tour.

We booked the normandy tour. It was definitely over priced. They drive you to the locations, but that's about it. It's not much of a guided tour. When our guide did speak, it was hard to great her.
I would generally prices might be slightly higher than other agencies but perhaps that's what you pay for convenience.
So a quick tip is just to google for alternatives first or just visit the nain website first.
For example, the shuttle bus to La Vallee Village would cost the full price at PARISCityVISION. But if you sign up for the newsletter at La Vallee Village website you'll get half price.
Good experience, although to put a but, there were times that the end of the explanation was cut, because the bus was advancing and the next part skip. Otherwise very interesting and super didactic.
