I wouldn't recommend this company based on the experience and customer service I received on August 29, 2019. The customer service representative Lisa was unprofessional and uncooperative and refused to honor my tickets that I had written proof of and were paid for in advance.There was a discrepancy with the time of my tour to see the Eiffel Tower. Lisa was rude and refused to give me her last name or allow me to speak with her supervisor and after we couldn't come to a agreement she called the police on us myself and another family member , two elderly woman. This was very disturbing and disappointing because this was our first time in Paris. I brought my 91 year old mother who witness the whole thing.

Took a day tour to Normandy in January, during the low season. Despite this, the tour was probably one of the best tours I've ever done. There was only 5 of us in a group so the size was perfect and the tour guide was simply excellent. The long ride there was very comfortable on the minivan, and once we arrived there, the guide, Vincent, shared his vast knowledge with us. I learnt many many fascinating and interesting facts about Normandy. Furthermore, Vincent was humorous and made the tour fun. Strongly recommended.
Being a group, one day of yellow vests, the tour was very short.
The driver dissuaded us from doing it while the agency manager gave us the tickets!

Went on 3 tours while in paris, all three guides were fantasic and knowledgeable and well organised.
Good service, we found out at the Eiffel tower that they did not bring us to the company (where we left) when we returned.
Staff is very slow at multiple locations, audioguide to the Louvre that is offered by pariscitivision is a complete joke (very small number of too short descriptions) and ticket prices to both Louvre and Eifel Tower are very much overpriced. I recommend to book on the attractions sites directly

While the was a strike in Paris and nearly all busses and trains were unavailable to go to Disneyland, Pariscityvision was fully operational, inexpensive and consistent on its schedule.

We did the excursion to Mont Saint Michel. Everything impeccable. Nothing to criticize.
We arrived 2 minutes late (due to the heavy traffic in the city and the security procedures at the entrance of the tower) for a walk up the Eiffel Tower + Cruise on the River Seine in Paris and there was no one from the company to give us any information. We tried to contact them by phone and they didn't answer. We went to the physical store on foot to try to reschedule the tour or get reimbursed, however they said that they could not do anything because all times were already filled and that we should contact the SAC for reimbursement. We sent them an email explaining what happened, but they still didn't reimburse us, even though it was a very expensive ride! The company did not have the least consideration for the customer, being someone foreign and who does not know the city.
Indignant with this scam and unprofessional company that charges a high price for a mediocre service ... last night I did an Eiffel Tower excursion, cruise and night city tour, the guide Bianca, very mediocre with a lack of commitment and responsibility in her work, first gave us a city tour in silence so guessing what we were seeing being that the bus had a microphone ... then he left us at 22 in La Torre and told us that at 23 we had to be on the bus, that it was not close, it was dark, We did not know the area ... that is, between queuing to get off and look for the bus so that they would not let you, we had a margin of a few minutes to be up and he did not even have the detail as guides do to gather people on the way down to take her to the bus ... I felt cheated by the company and abandoned to my fate by a guide who should not be called as such ... a scam company ... in the morning I had made a tour of Versailles with the guide Pedro, a superb, wrongly answered, short tour and expensive and with a chaotic return, they left us in a malliot carriage and that each one returned by subway ... terrible agency of mediocre and scammers !!!

Customer Service DOES NOT EXIST! We had booked a tour to Versailles which had been cancelled due to a strike by Palace workers. We were not even aware except I overheard another staff member explaining it to another customer whilst we were checking in for a different tour. When we asked about it we were rudely told the tour was cancelled but no offer of other optional tours were given. We had to keep asking if another day was available or other places to tour. It was 1 question 1 answer. Very bad customer service. I will never book through them again and will also provide this feed back to our travel agent. If it is possible to rate them with (-) negative stars I would do so.

Please try to avoid getting any tours by this agency - please use another agency( this company works with Viator - company that sold us the tour online in the US). Please choose a different agency. We picked a private English speaking tour to st Michel which we were told was a 2.5-3 hrs away. Well, the drive was 5 hrs long each way . They grouped us with another Spanish tour ( nothing against them), so the tour guide had to repeat everything twice in 2 different languages!
On top of that our tour guide was not nice at all(to put it very nicely). First thing in the morning 7:00 am , She basically welcomed us in the morning by yelling at us, saying that our e-vouchers were not good enough- I had to actually take a step back and say please calm down and tell us what we can do!
Overall, they will ruin the experience for you- please don t go with them!

They are absolutely horrible. Do NOT take a tour through them. There is a 50/50 chance that they will actually come and get you. We called twice to confirm pick up and time. They showed up 15 minutes earlier than what they told us, didn't wait for us, and never called us. So we paid a lot of money to miss out on the entire tour of Monet's gardens.

A travel agency in Paris. I use it conveniently because I hold a tour locally. This time I applied for an outlet bus tour in Paris. The meeting place of the bus tour was this store.
We booked the guided tour of Versailles and we were very happy. Perhaps it is missing that the information provided by the guide is not so book.
Positive: punctual, good buses and staff of all languages. Extensive services.
Negative: some organizational problem when starting.
My family and I were very well attended and the ride to Mont Saint-Michel was perfect.

Paris City Vision refused to: reschedule, give a partial refund, give ANY refund. It was about $1200+ worth of a tour, too!!!

It's worth to give yourself a spin. Do not stop in front of any important point so you can take pictures. They run too much to be a tourist bus and you are uncomfortable. High price.
A very no nonsense tour in Bus. They have option of Eiffel tower and river cruise as well. Bus was neat and clean they sell food and beverages at reasonable price. The river cruise was also nice and informative with 15 languages in recorded machine or app. We were few minutes late due to transport strikes so they waited for us and were very helpful.
Thanks to Paris CityVision, which makes traveling convenient. Going to this trip, use the service here twice. The first trip was a river boat trip up the Eiffel Tower. Ride the city and watch the city go wrong because the agency gave the wrong location. Thanks to the waiter's brother. The hair is very cute. We booked a guided tour of the Louvre. The day of the tour, the Louvre ended up being closed due to a worker s strike. I am a woman of the people. I am completely cool with this and this is no fault of the tour agency. However, how they handle this development was poor. I had to travel across town to find out my tour was cancelled. They don t have an email system?? Then, they cannot refund you there. You have to call customer service that does not answer the phones. I sent an email that I m still holding on to hope they will answer at some point. How hard is it to just automatically refund tours that you have to cancel??? Or to offer a refund at your actual site? It s shady, at best.
I settled in advance from Japan, I was excited from the hotel until I got to Paris Vision, but I arrived a little earlier, but the receptionist gave me a nice smile with the reception waiting It was.

As far as tours go this was top notch. We had an amazing tour guide and the included lunch was off the hook awesome 4-course meal including wine. We as all the sites we wanted and learned a lot. The best part is it's affordable and takes all the stress out of getting from Paris to Normandy and back.
The workers are not very friendly, and if you have a problem with the excursions as I have spent with them, they are not able to offer you help, they simply offer you more excursions to get you more money ..... more humanity please
We booked this tour a month in advance, coming from the US. Our airline cancelled our flight the morning of however, causing us a 16 hour delay into Paris, so we missed our tour. We contacted Paris City Vision TWO times from the airport letting them know of our flight delay, and 2 times after, asking to be rebooked. NO RESPONSE. Ever. I've never seen such unprofessionalism.
We went on the english speaking day tour to the Normandy Beaches. We paid about $225.00. The complaint that I have is with the tour guide. Let me first say that she was a super sweet VERY NICE lady! She was very soft spoken and with a french accent we couldn't understand much of what she was saying. I think with a tour this price we should have had a tour guide that was able to teach and tell us information that we could hear and understand. We were very disappointed for what we paid and that we took an entire day that will now have to be repeated when we go to France again. Next time I will opt for a tour that has listening devices.
Three tours booked online: Mont-Saint Michel, Castles of the Loire and Bruges. All good, without any personal unpleasantness, respectful good driver guides. all normal. They would take into account!
