A real package ... we had booked a tour of Paris online and a visit to the Eiffel tower .... 72 per person ... the tour was nothing more than a bus ride from Rue des Piramides to the tower, 45 minutes ride with a ridiculous audioguide that gave no useful information .... the ticket to go up to the tower costs 16 .... it's easy to realize that the tour was a real theft !!! !!
The tours of the city of Hop Off lasting one day cost on the spot 36 ..... !!!!!

Terrible experience, they fouled up our trip to Normandy claiming that we were not waiting for the vehicle that was supposed to pick us up at the hotel. A total lie, so we are out $500. We have complained about this to everyone involved in this from Trip Advisor to Viator which is the operator and therefore the one that took our money. Won't stop here though. I will contact whatever agency in Paris (if there is one) to take care of this kind of consumer complains.

Please don't plan your tour with this operator. There is no good or clear direction where you need to meet tour and there is no refund if you arrive late. I had very bad experience with Eiffel tower tour where they owe your money but don't refund even if you miss your tour. To elaborate, Eiffel tower tickets does not specify name of adult or child. These people pre-purchase it and if customer misses by arriving late then it's pure earning for them because your pass can be transferred to other tourist. Rather should try travel operator next door to Paris vision office.

The tour was really good and it's worth spending money. It was properly organized and there was no hassle at all. It's located near the Louvre Museum so it's easy to get to the location.

The illuminated tour of Paris is very boring by bus and they also do not make stops for photos, it is more pleasant to do the tour on foot

Very good service. Despite the great number of groups, the queue to deliver the printed voucher is fast. The guide is very kind and helpful.

They make good walks although the guides are very impatient, arrive at the places and leave in front.

We bought them a boat trip on the Seine River. We were given a baucher with whom we had to appear the next morning at an address at 8:45 a.m. There we showed up at the indicated time but the opening hours were at 9:00. Once opened they told us that this baucher was for another branch and that nothing they could do. We lost the ride and the money since they didn't return it either. Subsequent claims on the web do not respond. Terrible attention Nothing recommended.

We did a four day tour to Normandy Beach and the Loire Valley. I was very impressed. The hotels we stayed at were nice, the food was delicious, the tour guide was very organized and knowledgeable. It was fast paced at times, and some of the less mobile members of the group did get left behind on the walking tours, so consider that before signing up. The bus we were on was not crowded at all so we were able to spread out, but if we were forced to sit on a single bus seat for all four days I think the experience would have been much less enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Horrible. They cancelled our booking and we had only 1 day in paris. They refunded. But we dont visit paris everyday right? Very very bad

Prepared, courteous and available. The guides offer you their advice in your own language explaining step by step the tour phases.

They left us alone in gard de lyon to take a train to provence we arrived midnight and we did not have company service to the hotel for the price that was paid bad service of Paris vision in Paris

Shady things going on here. I did not have an Eiffel Tower ticket before I arrived in the city. The lines are long and the online options were all sold out. Except for one vendor, PARISCityVision. They had two tickets and even better they were near sunset, what a perfect way to spend our last night in Paris! I happily paid more than market price ( 50 /each) to make up for my mistake of not pre-purchasing tickets.

However, when I arrived I was informed that a "free boat tour" was included in my tour. I neither wanted or needed a boat tour. What was really going on was that the Eiffel tickets they sold me were for 10pm not the 8pm that they advertised. So the boat tour was needed to distract us for 2 hours and hope that we wouldn't notice that we didn't get what we overpaid for. If I wanted to go to Eiffel at 10pm, I could have waited just a few minutes in the late night ticket line and paid 24 for my daughter and me instead of 100.

I went to their site to register the above review. It is at that point that I realize that their review system does not pull from tripadvisor or google, instead it uses a third-party, scam-type review system who they pay to produce/collect reviews.

This vendor is dishonest. I would not recommend.

Update: If you post a negative review to their third-party service, they will throw $20 bucks at you and then refuse your review.

Poorly organized Outdated and outdated recordings. Little concern for users. A churrera too expensive for the frenetic of the tour.

This a tour company that should be ashamed of themselves. We booked originally on 8/14 only to have the company cancel on us two weeks later. We tried booking again to no avail. If we knew originally that there was no availability on 8/14 we would have booked with other companies who still had "real" availability. Now we're struck between a rock and a hard place. This would have never happneed if this was a US company. Shame on ParisVision.

With 1 ticket valid all day and on 4 different circuits we visit all the monuments of Paris, descent possible at all stages to take the next bus to have time to visit what we want.
Only downside for the headphones for very low quality comments.

Does not deliver the promised. Bought 3 course menu with wine from home. Everything was paid for.
Was taken by bus to the boat where dinner was to be taken on a 2 hour boat trip. The guide told us we got 4 small starters and 4 small desserts. So we could choose freely between 3 main courses. We chose the steak.
We got wine which was nothing to please. We both got a cool steak so it was definitely not the food that was in the main. The boat trip was nice but only lasted 1 hour 15 min !! Before reaching the country we received a bill of 14 euros. No fortune but it was the cool steak which obviously cost 7 euros extra. We complained, but of course paid. We will never come! Again. Sad experience. Finally, we had been promised to return to the pick up site, but the bus stopped somewhere else and we got off.
We would recommend everyone to choose another company.

My wife and I ordered tickets from this company and the websites charged us double the price. We ordered two adult tickets and three children tickets and it charged us for four adult tickets and six children tickets. I believe this occurred because I had poor Internet connection and my checkout basket was already full when I got reconnected to the Internet. When I called the customer service they were extremely rude to me, and refuse to even consider to refund my tickets. Hey simply stated that I made a mistake now mind you this was a total of 370. When I called the customer service they were extremely rude to me, and refuse to even consider to refund my ticket even though I mediately informed them while I was on the bus. This has ruined my vacation in Paris. This has been a horrible experience. I would never consider going with Paris city vision.

Quick, kind, they explained to me how to make reservations online for Louvre tickets, they speak English very well and so I had no problems asking and understanding all the information. Ten minutes later I had my card in my hand to visit all the museums I had booked before leaving.

We had left our voucher at the hotel but they had it on record and that was good. They gave us stickers to put on our jackets that we assumed were just for our tour guide to find us, and not incredibly important, but it turns out that those stickers were our tickets into the lourve and my husband lost his not thinking it was vital. Everything turned out okay but knowing that ahead of time would have been nice. Our tour started 10 minutes late, and the guide was good, but very cynical of the major art pieces. Overall it was a nice tour.

Would have been happier if they would have given a little bit of compassion for tourists who were not familiar with Paris and the travel issues, especially with a strike. Nice tours, but not willing to give much exception.

I would strongly advise to stay away!! I purchased 4 tickets for a guided tour to the Louvre and paid about 250 euros. I called back in minutes when I realized I couldn't make the scheduled time.
1. People were very rude!
2. Would not refund.
3. Would not reschedule time.
4. Would not reschedule date.
5. Would not give me tickets without the tour.
This is not the way a reputable business runs!

My niece and I recently visited Giverny through PARISCityVision. Wonderful, wonderful is all I can say! A beautiful bus with some valuable narration enroute, tickets included for a truly delicious lunch, museum visit and afternoon snack, audio headphones provided...a great value, too!! I will use them for future Parisian excursions.

Had a great Normandy Omaha & Juno day tour. Tip: check their opening hours (changes by season) and arrive a little early to line up to check in, but don't arrive TOO early. My tour was early morning and I arrived too early (couldn't sleep because of jet lag) and the problem is there was some homeless people on the surrounding streets. Wasn't comfortable being alone on the street with them. I don't see this the fault of Paris city vision at all and am offering it as a tip to fellow travelers.

We booked the Versailles half day tour and unfortunately were not aware we booked on a Tue - the busiest day. That said our tour guide was really good despite the crowds and the bus service was really good.

Booked tickets for the Louvre to skip the queue . Went to collect the tickets the day before the scheduled visit to be told that I couldn t collect them until on the day. Went back early the next morning and was told that I couldn t collect the tickets before 9:45am (the Louvre opens at 9am). Came back again to collect them and had to wait in line 20mins! Never using this company again.

Overpriced, not welcoming staff and not willing to help, never received the receipt of my deposit refund by email, audioguide comments not interesting. Would have rather booked directly at the louvre. Waste of money and time. Disappointing

Bad bad they sold me dinner for two people in restaurant 58 ... torre eifel..the sale was made in May. And when I went on September 20 "the restaurant was closed Pariscityvision did not answer phone .. Mail does not apply. I was finally scammed ... The worst.

Every tour has been wonderful. We have used them the last four years.

We had a Louvre tour with Vincent. It was very interesting and Vincent was very friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the Louvre was completely overcrowded. The operators should consider letting a certain maximum number of people into the Louvre per day. Ideally with a reservation. ~ 23,000 visitors a day are just too many

Terrible service, tour guides are unhelpful, rush you through major exhibits, are disorganized and refuse to address your questions or concerns. On one tour, we had a tour guide who only spoke Spanish (and limited english) the majority of the time and wouldn't respond to anyone's questions after we had reached the Eiffel tower. The company also rescheduled our tour several times, including at the last minute, on the day of the event. And the trip to Versailles was a disaster, highly disorganized with a rushed half hour guide through the Chateau and only half an hour allowed to visit the gardens (which gave us no time to even explore the place let alone grab a drink of water!) DO NOT use this tour company, there are better ones out there.

We booked a day trip to Bruges with a 7:15am departure time. Our check in time began at 6:45am and we arrived at 7am to check in. The employee told us we checked in late and the bus departed at 6:45am. When we walked in we saw a line of buses sitting out front with people on them. I showed her the voucher from booking through Expedia and she said it was wrong because the bus departed at 6:45am. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to contact Expedia. When we left we had received a text from some friends who were on the same day trip asking why we didn't board the bus. They saw us checking in a 7am but never saw us get on. We told them what had happened they said the bus left before 7:15am. Now we are trying to get a refund and the company is refusing.

You should look at the voucher yourself. Check in time is 30 minutes prior to departure which makes it 6:45am! Not 6:30am! Furthermore we requested footage to prove we were at 7am and you denied that and our reimbursement. Our friends saw us walk into your building at 7am for checkin and we saw all the buses lined up to the left of the entrance. However, we were told the bus departed at 6:45am and we would have to call Expedia for a refund, yet you denied our refund after we were told we could have it. You are more concerned with keeping peoples money then doing the right thing a refunding it when you screwed up.

Scammers and informal, 2 tours with them 2 disappointments, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

Enjoyed roaming around impt places in Paris with Bigbus

A nice tour on the most beautiful monuments of the capital.
However, the auditory explanations are not updated (for Notre Dame cathedral, for example, which we do not see at all because of the April fire, but about which we speak for almost 5 minutes.)
I take my hat to the bus driver, who crisscrosses the streets to make us discover the jewels of this city, despite the many scooters or bikes that respect absolutely nothing!

We found out when we were checking into our tour the day of that it was cancelled. They said it was cancelled over a week ago, but we never we're called/informed. We tried to book a different day tour same day, but they were all booked (which is understandable). When I asked about a refund they said Viator would refund me, however Viator says it's Paris City Vision's responsibility...

We were there for our weekend trip, it was very nice, we had a tour around the city, went up to the second floor of the Eiffel tower and a dinner in a cruise on the Seine river!!!!

We took a tour and we saw 2 castles,they were lovely. Although I was under impression that lunch will be included. But there is a small print " lunch is available from November to March " , so be aware you will not be fed in September. The wine tasting was ok, I wish they would have more variety, we tasted 2 whites and 1 red wine. At the second castle I felt there was not enough time to explore. The tour guides are polite and knowledgeable' although we had to listen for the same info they talked about on a bus in Spanish and Chinese, which I found kind of annoying. Overall ,we did have a lovely time and I would recommend this tour for someone who already exhausted their museum pass.

Paris-based agency that makes different tours around the city. It is located on Rue Piramides, near the Louvre. We did the tour of the city. Very well, although the explanation that was made with headphones I found it just a little bit. They have other tours. Highlight friendliness and punctuality.

Wonderful !! We did 4 excursions with them and perfect. The guides are friendly and are very aware of everything. We went to the Moulin Rouge and were then dropped off at the hotel. A great detail, because it was 2 in the morning. 100% recommended

It's the worst travel agency I've ever contacted. Due to the flight issue, I have to cancel the Guided Trip to the Loire Valley Chateaux from Paris in August, 2019. I inquire the cancellation and refund on June 22nd, '19. I've been waiting it for 5 weeks, yet receive no confirmation of refund until now(July 29th ). NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

Absolutely hands down, without a doubt the WORST tour I have ever experienced or could ever imagine experiencing. One star is being generous. We took the half day Versailles tour which consisted of 45mins on the bus to and from, one hour in the line to enter and only 45mins to see Versailles. inside it was over crowded and we couldn't see anything. The tour guide (Loretta) was well aware that we were not going to have much time in the palace however she did not tell us that until we were 30mins deep in the waiting line. Once we got to the end end of the line Loretta said goodbye and walked back to the bus, leaving us with no instructions or information. We were supposed to get audio guides for our tour which we did not get... we went to the place to get them but that was another 20 wait in line so we decided to get those. The tour was poorly organised and just a scam to get money from unsuspecting tourists who put their faith and trust in this organisation. STAY AWAY!

Like headless chickens that make you queue and then send you to another queue and when it is your turn to tell you that you have a departure time that is not going to be respected and they make you wait longer! ..... bad, very bad information and unprofessional

Never go to these crooks thieves! I bought a tour for Versailles for the modest sum of 60. I was told that the visit to the castle would last 4 hours, 4 hours and a half. Instead I discovered, on the day of the excursion, that the four hours included transport by bus, one hour for the trip and one hour for the return. Duration of the excursion to the castle, therefore, two poor hours, about an hour for the gardens and 50 minutes for the interior (which is impossible !!!). At the gardens, although taking the train, obviously I did not have time to go down to visit anything and even inside the palace to listen to the whole guide (of poor quality and not even including all the rooms) that they had given me. Result: of the 4 hours and a half promises we have made about three and three quarters scarce, most of which on the bus in the middle of traffic!
A word of advice: never go to the agencies that organize the tours and make your own online tickets from home: they still let you in with precedence and save a lot of money!

We attended the "Guided Tour of the D-Day Beaches from Paris (code: NP1). While the sites we visited were a wonderful experience, our tour guide Peter was totally incompetent. When we COULD understand what he was saying (thick French accent), the content of his explanations and descriptions were mostly "jibberish" and he allowed what seemed like random thoughts to just escape his mouth. Our disappointment turned to anger as the very long day progressed. His mumbling and fumbling just spoiled the day for us. I would NOT recommend this tour to anyone. There are many other tour providers to choose from. I wish we had.

They promised a two-story bus. One-story came. You can t get off the bus. Comments on the tour are old. There was a guide but he was silent. There was a record. They brought to the pier and put into the general queue. We were the last. Places went bad. He circled the city several times in the same places. After which the guide said in his voice that if we give a little tip, I would be glad. For what??? I do not advise

Great well put together tour! Two suggestions: Would be nice to have restrooms at the meeting point or let visitors know there isn't one and also since Moulin Rouge is a dressy event perhaps let the visitors know there is quite a bit of walking and stair climbing.

We went with PARISCityVISION for our day trips while visiting France after a recommendation from a friend. I really didn't want to have to go through Viator because their pick-up spots were all over the city.
We ended up booking 4 day trips through PARISCityVISION and having the pick-up spot at the same place every time was wonderful!
Each one of our day trips were phenomenal! The guides were knowledgeable and fun, the buses were clean and comfortable, and the tours themselves were amazing. We went on a day trip to the Champagne/Reims region (definitely a favorite; the guide was fluent in English, French, and Japanese! Very impressive!), Mont St. Michel (bucket list item - check! Bonus: we got back to the city around 9pm and our guide made a special stop in front of the Eiffel Tower to see it all lit up and sparkly!), Giverny/Versailles (another favorite, and lunch was spectacularly delicious and beautiful), and Normandy. The Normandy trip was our last one and I set my alarm incorrectly... We ended up getting there 25 minutes before our tour (they suggest 30) and I thought we would miss it because the line to check in was so long... Thankfully, one of their employees was going down the line and saw we were on a bus that was about to leave, so she pulled me to the front and we got checked in no problem!
I highly recommend booking through PARISCityVISION for anything you want to do in Paris! Great service, great tours, great memories!

DON'T RESERVE YOU DECEIVED! We booked the New Year's dinner by the Seine, the day before 30 we are called to change the boarding site and the boat. We thought it would be equivalent to the reserved one, but no, nothing to see. The one we booked was glazed windows, roof and individual tables. The tour of the Seine was seeing all the most important monuments of Paris, ending in front of the Eiffel tower toasting for the new year. The result and the experience A CATASTROFE. Tour of the Seine without seeing a single monument, the ship with glass windows and wooden ceilings, shared tables (10 people) we had to collaborate to serve the table because the waiters did not have space to serve and pick up the rest of the customers. Dinner ended with dessert the coffee was not served. Dinner was at the jetty and a walk on the Seine was 15 minutes. We asked for the claims book and they didn't have it, I wasn't responsible only for the waiters hired. At our table there was a newly-married couple and she ended up crying for the disappointment of the deception, and other diners were allergic to gluten and having advised them when booking they did not prepare specific foods, they could not eat or bread. NO RESERVATION YOU DECEIVED!

The advertisement for their tours is very deceptive to say the least. Their guides seem to hate their jobs, no enthusiasm whatsoever. Oh and when they say guided tour, they mean they take you to the location and leave you there. The older lady with very short and blond hair literally told me not to talk to her because it was not her problem. The other one made me miss the tour because she wanted my booking confirmation# which I did not have and could not access because I did not have wifi. She could just have typed my name to find my reservation, which she did afterwards, but it was too late at at point because the tour has already left. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Correctly, they speak Castilian and the routes with audioguide in Spanish are well grounded. The bus is closed
