They never answer the phones and when they do they re rude

Met with an angry woman who clearly doesn't like her job. Was snide, petulant, sarcastic. Unqualified, unhappy woman who doesn't deserve her job. Speaking to her was like dealing with a 12 year old. Won't be back.

My stars go out to Dr. Joanne Pritchard. By far one of the most attentive and caring doctor I have ever had. I have a lot of health problems and have had many doctors, but she is by far the best. I don t mind long wait times as I have more patience than most because I know once I see her I ll be taken care of and all of my questions and concerns will be answered. Highly recommend her if you are needing a new physician in the Waco area or are needing to switch PCP s. She is the absolute best and the line of nurses/CNA s that follow under her are also great and make me feel welcomed and actually care to get to know me than treat me like another patient that enters their work day. I m called by my first name and they ask about anything new that s happened in life since the last time they saw me, so they actually take the time to remember me and have a conversation with me.
The *BEST*, in my opinion.

Doctors there are ok. CNA I had was friendly, but front desk staff seemed rude. Had first OB appointment here. Doctor brought in ultrasound machine with worst quality I've ever seen that looked half broken. No exams were done and I was automatically scheduled in group appointments that I did not feel comfortable going to. When transferring my care to another facility, I had to wait longer than I should have because my things were not faxed over in a timely matter. Location is also not that great. Do not recommend for new mothers to be.

They have called in the wrong prescription many times and take forever to answer the phone.

Place is terrible went there for a knee injury got a diagnosis of subluxation of the patella and doctor said a brace will be ordered and they would call us and refer us to a PT so I can further my treatment after 3 weeks with no phone call and my knee still hurting it took me having to call and ask why they haven t called or informed me on anything and they proceed to order the brace the day I called 3 weeks after the doctor stated he ordered it find a better hospital and still no referral to a PT had to call an office myself and schedule myself for it they obviously don t care enough to do their jobs doctors are good and are able to diagnose problems but the entire facility as a whole it terrible at taking care of patients

I been going to the Family Health Center as far as I can remember, I'm 55 now and I always had a great experience

Having my first baby, definitely not the place to go. Not everyone but most are rude and very unprofessional..smh

Tried calling their emergency line and was met with 2 ladies basically making fun of me for not being able to fill my prescription....

NURSES WERE GREAT BUT THE DOCTOR I SAW JOSE PINA WAS BARELY IN ROOM WITH ME FOR 3 MINUTES WITHOUT A TEST FELT MY STOMACH AND JUST GUESSED I HAD A STOMACH ULCER OR GERD AND GAVE ME MEDICATION THEN JUST TOOK MY BLOOD THEN LEFT AND STILL DEALING WITH SODE EFFECTS AND MOVED FROM WACO TX!

Dr. Bradley is very nice, and I feel comfortable with him. I have never met a doctor with such good etiquette . That staff is nice, and I've had a good experience at Family Health Care.

The doctors here are great and the star given is really just for them. The staff on the other hand is very rude and their Pharmacy is the worst. I always just expect an awkward experience there at best and flat out rude nurses and techs at worst. My perscription is never ready when they say it will be, not even close and I ve wasted so many trips because of this.

My doctor is excellent. He is caring, thorough, professional, easy to talk to, and a Christian. This place is more for those in the lower income bracket and some with no insurance. There was a time I was in need of medical care and did not have the means to pay, this facility was a Godsend for me. Good people.

I REALLY LIKE THIS CLINIC, I HAVE MY DAUGHTERS SEEN HERE AND I MYSELF ARE A PATIENT, BUT I MUST SAY THAT THE RECEPTIONIST IN THE FRONT DESK LACKS MANNERS, IF YOU CALL SHE WONT WAIT TO SEE IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY SHE JUST HANGS UP OR SWITCHES YOU OVER TO ANOTHER LINE, A SIMPLE, THANK YOU FOR CALLING IS FINE WITH ME BUT GEE..

The office staff doesn't know what they're doing but their doctors do whenever you have a problem with the office staff just go to the doctor and I guarantee you he generally straightens it out before I leave the office and in most cases the office staff apologizes for their mistakes

Had a procedure with Dr Sha yesterday. Extremely pleased and everone is so curteous and professional. Great experience. I feel better than ive felt in years. So thanks for the correct diagnosis and flawless execution of the procedure.

The FHC is impressive. For one it takes care of the medical needs of a hugely underserved population. Second, it does this with compassion. I transferred my medical care from Hillcrest to FHC because the doctors actually listen and care about their patients. It would be helpful for the public to realize the doctors that choose to work at the FHC do so out of a desire to truly serve their community. Many times this is not the case at fancier health facilities. With this said, the staff at the FHC can become bogged down a bit in serving their patients. So please be patient with them. In my experience I found them to be kind and effecient, but can see how hectic their job can quickly become. I am happy I switched to FHC. They are really good people.

No one answers the phone. I am calling on mine and my mom's. 0 answer and I am diabetic with breathing issues. I don't want to keep having to go to the E.R for something that may be quickly fixed. Last time I went to the E.R. I called the clinic to show them what I meant. I don't want to have to switch but myself and my son I may have to.
