If you're looking for cancellations, even within their rules and cancellation window, it's not going to happen. Also really rude and obnoxious manager.

Had one of the most forgetful experience ever. First they wouldn't honour the 24 hour cancellation rule, second they wouldn't let us use the ticket, cos we asked for cancellation. When we asked for clarification the manager behaved in a rude and threatening way. Felt both helpless and disappointed.
List around 450 and peace of mind. Their best offer was to pay another 100 and reactivate the ticket.
