TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pre purchased a skip the line pass. Arrived on time to pick up my tickets at the office which they specified was 30 min before. I waited for almost an hour which made me late to the tour I purchased through them. THEN we had to come back to this office and turn in our audio guide for over an hour. This was not skip the line. You're better off waiting directly at the louvre. In addition to being understaffed the employees were rude, unapologetic, and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
