I was able to take a tour combining a boat on the Seine and a bus. The very classic but essential boat tour. The bus route commented was a little average, the places were not original and the comments a little simple. A very good point, however, for the multilingual choice on the bus.

I did a tour consisting of dining at the Eiffel tower, boat ride on the Seine and show at the Moulin Rouge.
All three things were spectacular. Dinner was delicious and it's amazing to dine with such views. The boat trip is perfect to discover Paris quickly. The Moulin Rouge show is very entertaining. It flew by, you never stop opening your mouth. Also, we had a few bottles of champange on the table.
However, the organization of the agency is lousy. The explanations in the guide are not clear. They don't give a phone number in case something happens. We were not taken back to the hotel (which was included in the price) because it was not within their route.
We and a couple had to take a taxi to go to the Moulin Rouge because we went crazy looking for a bus and it wasn't there.
Choose this for our trip to Giverny to visit Monet s Garden, and to take the Open Bus Tour around Paris! What a lovely time for both!! Could ve used one more hour in Giverny, but for an affordable journey including transportation & the ticket into the garden, we cannot complain!
Not quite good bcoz there elaboration of the place inadequate you can't understand anything about the visiting place & distance covered by the buses is too short.
Buying a museum pass will cost you 12 euros more than other homes. On the 2nd, the original price is 52 euros. You said that because of the price increase of 64 euros, I didn't notice that it was true, and I can't refund it. Don't buy it here! ! ! The attitude is also very hard to eat tourists, very bad experience
My husband and I used PARISCityVISION to book our dinner cruise on the Seine River during our first night in Paris. It was beautiful. Easy to find given the directions on the website, good communication regarding check-in process, and a very simple means of finding our seat once we arrived.
The cruise itself had a great atmosphere, delicious desserts, and was an ideal way to see the city from the river for the fist time! The dinner is small but fair for the price that is paid. They have a photographer on the boat who comes around and takes photos of you before dinner and then offers them for sale at the very end. We really appreciated having that as a keepsake from our dinner.
I loved that the boat had full floor to ceiling glass windows, allowing for visibility from all angles. Every individual gets a "window table" too which is GREAT given you don't have to lean over someone else to get a good photo of the scenery outside the boat.
Three small areas I would recommend improving upon:
1. Tables are very close together, I felt like everyone around could hear our conversation and that there wasn't enough room to sit comfortably without running into another table.
2. I wish there would have been a second pouring of wine or champagne after dinner as one small glass before dinner isn't enough when you're in Paris.
3. The "dinner upgrade" order selection of beef steak that my husband ordered upon arrival was NOT worth it. The beef was too tough to chew and very small proportionally. Would not recommend spending the extra 7 euros for that upgrade!
Would recommend to any first-timer visiting Paris, and would probably go again next time we are visiting.
This is the worst tour place in Paris they canceled my tour and they did nothing to help us if you want to do a tour of Paris do not do this they will just cancel your tour
wasted time and money. The guide neither could speak English nor knew the subject. The whole experience has been limited to a guide's comment: "Beautiful architecture, you know. Have a look how beautiful it is!" The tourist office has a fabulous location, very easy to find for a visitor. This is the only advantage of ParisVision.
I have just came back from Paris, couple vacation and we had 2 tours with Paris City Vision.
One tour was a bus tour and it was very nice. Got the best sights of the city on day one, in order to get deeper in the following days. Together with the bus tour, we had a boat tour as second part of the deal. They were on the same ticket. On arrival on the bus, we didn't get the second ticket for the boat, so when we got off the bus I asked for it. The guide told me just to go on the line for the boats but we was not able to get in because we did not have the ticket. It took a bit to let the ticket lady phone the tour operator, but in the end another guide from PCV came and gave us the tickets. Boat tour was cool too.
The day before leaving we had the best tour, in Montmartre, a small tour plus the dinner in an elegant French restaurant. That was outstanding and the tour guide, named Claudio was awesome too. I strongly suggest that tour.
The agency is very wrong to indicate, we turned before finding it. Excusion cancel without being informed or fallback solution: it is unacceptable that in 2018 with all existing means of communication the agency announces the cancellation of the excursion while we are preparing to recover the tickets paid for via the site. ..! And .... That it is up to us then to write a very detailed Mail to be reimbursed. To crown it all to deal with a most expeditious and disagreeable manager !. Very bad experience I do not recommend
Bought 3 day travel tickets via Expedia, whilst we stayed in Paris. What we weren't made aware of was that the tickets came with a free Seine site-seeing tour. Unfortunately we had already booked and taken another tour when we collected our tickets so worth knowing this as it would have saved us that additional cost from our trip. To be honest we didn't use the tickets much as we had issues with trying to go through the barriers at an unmanned metro station so didn't really trust that the tickets would work everywhere.
Disappointment. Although the bus that took us to Disneyland was double floored, the one that came back to take us home was a small one, so that not everyone could get in, even though we had prepaid. The driver told us that another bus would come for us. That bus came one hour and a half later and we were outside in the cold waiting, many kids between us.
Let me start off by saying that I ve been to most of Europe and have taken many tours and by far This was the most horrible experience I ve ever had with a tour
The guid was extremely rude and literally did not care at all about the people in the group. They said the drive to the location was 2:30 hours in the description but in reality it was 4 hours with 30 minutes of mandatory stop. We lost our entire day. It was a 1/ hour tour and 9 hours we were on the road
Food was terrible. They picked a terrible restaurant and never asked anyone what they wanted just threw some plates in front of us. They would literally force us in and out the bus and when we complained they said it s for security.
We got an English private tour but intentionally mixed us with another group so the whole time we would have to listen to two different languages Their bus got stock in Paris for 20 min for construction and they would not let us out of the bus although our hotel was right there. They forcefully took us back across town again and we had to pay 30 euros to get back again to where they were stock. I have never seen anything like this. They didn t care if you were left in the middle of nowhere in France. They would leave you if you were a few minutes late but they would not let you out of the bus even if you begged them and were sick.
Provide basically none of the services paid for. Very misleading advertising. After paying for a coach, audioguide and priority pass to Versailles, we received less than 50% of what we paid for. First, the pass was a regular pass and not a priority pass in any way. We wasted 2 hours standing in line with all other tourists. If we had known, we could have made alternate arrangements to enter with a group and skip the line, or enter the much smaller timed-entry line, but we had expected to receive a priority pass, as paid for. Second, the audioguide covered less than half of the rooms open for viewing, and completely failed for the last wing of the palace where it was available. When there was audioguide available, the information provided was very limited and brief. Third, we were told to meet at the entrance of the palace at 4:30 in order to get our coach back to Paris. We were informed once we got there that the time was actually 4:50 and the coach was going to be at least an hour late, because they had sold too many tickets. Since we had already left the palace and gardens, we could not even return. We took the train back so as not to miss our dinner reservations. When we told the main office about our experience, we were offered nothing in return, not even the price of our train ticket to get back to Paris. Save yourself the trouble and money since this organization gives you nothing for both.
TERRIBLE customer service! They are so rude and have no empathy at all! I booked a tour to Versailles like a month ago and it said I must be at the office 30 minutes before, but their office is a disaster! There were so many people and the line took me like 40 minutes, because theres a unique queue to people that want to buy tickets, and people with tickets, I told the woman in charge that it was already the hour of my tour (after 40 minuted in queue) and she told me to stay in the line, the bus leave without me!! When I finally reached the desk the girl who attended me were so rude, they will not offer you a solution, there s no phone number to reach them, they give you a costumer service mail to contact them, but never response. And they answer all the bad reviews here promising a refund or pretending they care but is all false. Don t waste your time and money with them. There are so many other options in Paris, they just ruined my trip.
Thank you ParisCityVision. The tour of The Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame was splendid. Our guide, Manuela, was very good and informative. Get ready to do some walking though. All-in-all it was a good experience.
Went on a tour to Normandy was great, and the guide did a great job and the store front was extremely well staffed. Great organization and good operations.
We did the D-DAY tour with lunch and hotel pick up and drop off. Let me tell you, Jose the driver that drop us off from the site to our hotel was very nice and kind, he had so much positive energy and just a unique human being.
chambord-chenonceaux 1 day: good quality / price ratio. Very good audio guide system with digital pen and interactive map. But only 1 hour and a half for Chenonceaux, in other words a caricature of a visit, impossible to enjoy. So, itinerary to be reviewed.
Good as a travel agency. However, many white tourists gathered really looked down on Asians. Why is that? I didn't get any discrimination from the people in Paris, but I was discriminated by a white person who was supposed to be the same tourist. I don't like the Asians receiving the same services as me.
LIARS! I wish there were ZERO stars available. We booked through Viator for 8:00 am. They didn't show. We called, they told Viator that they had moved the time to 7:30 and called the concierge. There isn't a concierge at this hotel. We knew they were lying but gave the benefit of the doubt, thinking it was just one bad driver. We re-booked for 1:30 the same day. They didn't show up again. We called at 1:35 to find that they would again lie - that they showed up at 12:30. Why?! would a tour company show up at 12:30 for a tour booked at 1:30? And, then to say that they called when that absolutely did not happen. Shame on this terrible company. They are an embarrassment to this beautiful city.
We love doing this tour with this company. We got our daughter's gift because we are making 45 years of marriage.Too organized.Loved our Guide! Very attentive and competent. We spent all day strolling and still had a delicious food.
Absolutely do not buy tickets through this company. I purchased tickets to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower through paris city vision. At the tower, we were told that they were not the correct tickets and weren't allowed to go up. Paris city vision said they were sorry but couldn't do anything about it (like make it right by refunding our money). We also bought tickets for a boat tour which sucked. Please find another company to book your excursions through.
I didn't like the way tour went I was just sitting in the bus and the bus went through all the major attractions not even stopping for a second. It's better they maintain some open top buses
Very poorly attended, we arrived 5 minutes late for a medical problem and they told us to run and look for their group in the Louvre, it's the lilac color,
Hard to get ahold of, bad customer service and they lose reservation,
We booked a private tour to Versailles in April for our May honeymoon. We received an email with our confirmation for 21/05/10 (may 21st) along with the pick up and departure location and the time of departure (8:00am) . When we arrived May 21st at 7:30am no one was present. We started trying to call the phone lines and after 35 min gave up and called an Uber to take us to their main office.
When we arrived they said they had no record of us even though we had a booking confirmation number, tickets, and our account had been charged. They told us to wait 5-10 minutes while they sorted it out. 30 min later no one had come to speak with us and we had to go to the desk to restart inquiry. It's our honeymoon and we had to leave Paris that day at 4:45pm for Barcelona. We informed them of all the transportation and bag storage costs we had to pay to line up our morning in Versailles as well as the now 5 hour gap in our day and all they offered us was a refund and one of their cheap boat tours (which we had already done days ago) they were in a hurry to get rid of us also. I'm sure the tour is nice, but we won't be able to find out now and they did not seem to care about their mistake. There was another couple in dealing with the same issue with a trip they booked to Normandy and they stood outside waiting for their transport as well, tried calling, and also had to Uber to the main office to sort it out.
The excursion made in Paris at night was fabulous! I recommend the dinner excursion in the seine, up to the Eiffel tower and there in the mouline rouge. All of this in the same excursion!
Nice excursions and excellent if you don't have time to organize them independently. The costs are higher than the organization of the individual activities independently
I used their Paris city tour.please be aware when you get your actual tickets before your tour bus leaves the pariscity vision office.after that nobody responds to your issues. I had a Skip the line ticket as per my online booking but was issued a normal ticket which i came to know after i reached the Eiffel tower. It's one more reason why i hate the overrated city of Paris.
They overbooked us and made us more than 200 euros of loss. The other one of us wrote here already and the customer service replied, looking like they care. We sent multiple emails to them as the reply instructed, but no single reply to the emails. What a scum.
Tourist booking office who is welcoming the guests in proper way and availability of many packages which are very cost effective. Recommended for Paris visit planning.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We purchased skip the line louvre tickets with entry at 10:30 am. We arrived early to find out they changed our entry time to hours later without notifying us. It completely ruined our plans the rest of the day. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM, it would be easier to just wait in line at the actual louvre.
Booked my tours within Paris through them. Very well organised. Whilst being professional they also manage to have the human aspect catered for. Will definitely use their services again
