Classy hotel. End of story.

If you're looking for a place to stay and never leave then I highly reccomend this establishment. The pool is the perfect temperature and feels amazing after sweating through your shirt playing a round of golf in the Dallas heat. The meals prepared here are scrumptious and the staff are exemplary.

Attended conference here, was nice, comfortable atmosphere, provided 3 course lunch was very good and very well presented and eloquent.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel during the holidays it was great!

Love all the amenities of this resort. The kids/family pools are so nice. There s a little beach for kids to play on. We especially love the huge back patio. We order the s mores skillet and listen to live music in the evenings. The grounds here are just beautiful with all the oak trees.

Super nice "functional fitness" gym with bumper plates in addition to a really nice NARP facility

It's a really good place to go. The service here is amazing. When you're at the pool, they find a way to get make sure everyone is having a good time.

Wow is all I can say! I took my mother here for her birthday and our experience was AMAZING. The employees at this resort demonstrate excellent customer service. Check in and check out was easy. Food was delicious and the spa area was so relaxing. We enjoyed our stay, and will most definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with alot of accommodations the staff is very good at what they do they go out of their way to help you out on anything and everything you may need or want. The pool is absolutely amazing during the summer I could not ask for a better place to stay at when I'm in the area! I five this rating a 5 star and more if I could. Also the food is top notch and delivery is very fast and in a timely manner!!!

Had a wonderful late lunch. The setting is beautiful and the wait staff were impeccable. There were 4 small children in our group of 13, and they were brought crayons with an activity page to do and/or color, depending on their age. The children were treated with the same gracious manner as the adults. The tables are placed so there is privacy and quiet to enjoy your meal and companions. I highly recommend this fabulous resort for dining.

Amazing service! The rooms are a bit dated (maybe that's intentional) however the service was one of a kind. They treated me and my family like royalty and the spa was excellent.

This is a a beautiful Resort with mature, beautiful trees and landscaping. While I haven't played the golf course it hosts the Byron Nelson Turnement each year so it must be good!

I attended a reception in the ballroom. Clean comfortable with great food service.

There were several holiday parties going on and it was very unorganized and frustrating. The food was delicious.

I accidentally booked a suite instead of a regular room and it did not disappoint. The customer service was top of the line. We came during a golf tournament and had an excellent view of the whole thing without them waking us up early. It was beautiful and I felt like I was on a resort the whole time. The food from The Law was excellent, we had the steak and avocado salad. Amazing! I ll definitely be accidentally booking again here.

Was out for the Park Place car show. Great event, great service, even though the weather was awful.

I recently stayed here when I was in town for a big business meeting in Plano. As I had been here before, I knew there was only one place that I would stay when I came to the Dallas area, even if it's a bit of a hike from the Plano area.

First class service all the way around, and playing golf at Las Colinas is an absolute treat. The fitness center is one of the best hotel fitness centers I've ever been in, and the rooms are very spacious with great views of the golf course.

Always would recommend Four Seasons Las Colinas!

Amazing place to stay and just have a drink. Had amazing deal on Wellers and the Last Word they make is great. Bring a pair of swim trunks as the pool is one of the nicest ones in the area. Make sure to also try the brisket tacos and the bread pudding can feed an army.

Had dinner with coworkers - excellent service and food.

Thanksgiving dinner at Law, First let me share that the non holiday items on the Thanksgiving Buffet we're great, and the Ham was nice. Best of all the wait staff and support staff were sharp, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure our time with them equalled the experience we we're being charged for. The reason for the 3 star rating is as follows: The dinning area was a conference room with round tables with a white table cloth and a strip of burlap as a runner, decorated with a grocery store quality five inch potted fall mum about six inches tall and lastly one small holiday squash and small pumpkin. Honestly I have not seen such a cheesy table setting since my son's 3rd grade awards ceremony. The music was louder then background and was heavy on the base. The music was not holiday or classical in nature but popular pop and light rock tunes that were definitely reserved for a corporate luncheon or such. Turkey was dry, and all three stuffing selections we're flavorless the gravy's we're lumpy and cold. The holiday vegetables were poorly executed and lacked any district flavor. The buffet set up and presentation was less impressive then a Carnival cruise buffet or even the last Golden Coral experience I had. The desert room was equally lacking in pomp and circumstance although; many of the treats were tasty and fresh. I did not feel comfortable taking photos of the hall with other guests in the shots. I did take photos of the foods we enjoyed for the most part. The turkey and stuffing we're not part of the likes but we're part of a plate. Again let me stress that the wait and support staff were great. We made sure to add an additional 50.00 dollars to out check even after the 18% on a tab totalling 358.00 before tax or tips for 3 adults.

Nice breakfast buffet. Not so big but it has good food. The dessert buffet is good with many varieties

Do not stay at the Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas! I've never been treated as horribly as I was this evening at a resort or hotel of this calibur (5*). I was lied to by multiple people from Security to Management in an attempt to "catch a proposed criminal". And, it all started over something that wasn't my fault. Someone freaked out over a CC charge (the charge went through with no problem). I wasn't privy to there being anything wrong with our reservation until it was too late. No one from the security team or management folks wanted to hear anything except what they had already conjoured up in their minds! They saw us a 'Major Issue' evidently and frankly threatened us. The security guard comes over and gets in my face over a management issue??? ... Yes, you read that correctly. And, all anyone cared about was somehow making me (and my family) look as though I was trying to get something for nothing. It was absolutely humiliating! Mind you I / we had already paid for lunch at around 1:00 and then spa services at 3:00. I had already been at the FS establishment for 5 hours!!! ... before any mention of a potential issue. We were about to have dinner at LAW and that's when all the $&%# hit the fan. What transpired is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, we didn't make our reservation. Never again, Dallas #FourSeasons, never again! #FSDallas

The hotel is NOT pretty or elegant. The lobby smelled like sewer. The service was good in the hotel itself (but not the spa) and frankly I was very disappointed. I've stayed at other Four Seasons hotels and it was a totally different More

Best place ever but there was nut, everywhere on the sheets blanket, bathroom, the food, the ceiling, and in the water. There were Indians chasing me everywhere and it scared me. P.S Would come again. white people everywhere

Always a pleasure to visit Four Seasons hotel in Irving. They ambience is friendly, yet sophisticated. The food is delicious during the Sunday brunch.. can't say enough about the food, not to mention the excellent service.

Incredible upscale hotel. Great workout facilities. Beautiful golf course. Rooms are gorgeous. I highly recommend it.

Everything was good expect one of the staff members. This staff member works at the gym area and she is rude. I believe her name is Robin. Asides from that, everyone one else was kind and considerate.

You can tell it's a neat layout. Came at a bad time of the year. All the Bermuda was yellow. Had a couple freezes. Staff was great. Hope to go back and get the full experience.

Great cocktails and service at bar. Met a friend for drinks and liked this place for laid back atmosphere.

That is the classiest hotel around. There are to many reasons to list especially if play golf....

This place is super fancy. Like you need to own several estates type of fancy. The outlaw bar was nice, they HAVE A LAZY RIVER! They also have several ballrooms for events like ours tonight supporting a 100+ person wedding easily. 200 would be cutting it too close. But the service, the valet, the ambiance were perfect for this wedding. 10/10 would recommend if you have the budget.
