This property is simply amazing. The elegance of this hotel is beyond reproach. The fitness center and spa are state of the art. The golf course is very well kept and legendary. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. This hotel is focused on business travelers and older clientele. This also makes an excellent romantic getaway. With its multiple swimming pools and fine dinning, you would never have to leave the property. The Sunday brunch is amazing. From the fresh seafood, to the exotic deserts, it is worth it.

Last Thursday, the New Orleans Saints was at this hotel. I came to meet and greet the players, me and a friend. My female friend was there early and was ask to leave. When I got there, I call and ask Kyle if we could come in and have dinner and drinks if we were not guest at the hotel he said yes. They ask me and my friend to wait, there were only two of us. The manager and the police came to were we were stand, They did not say anything to me but directed all of there questions to her. The police ask here if she was asked to leave earlier and she said yes. Then the police said if she did not leave they would charge her with criminal trespassing. This is a first, when they hotel that the Saints stayed in they we were barred from meeting the players, like I said earlier there were only two of us, and yes I am a black male, this is the first time I have ever been approach by the police and they never said a word to me, they only directed their question to her the female. She did tell me that at first they had a area roped off for fans and it was taken down. Why was this manager so rude.
It's beautiful! Golf course was in great shape, customer service is amazing. Room service was off, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. When you order room service, it should be perfect. They missed the mark on this. Didn't bring one meal, got another wrong, brought a juice with a broken seal. But they were quick to make up for it. Just meant we were eating very late! Overall a great experience!
Hands down the best massage ever! Francis did such an amazing job! I love the amenities and the staff was very attentive! I will definitely be going back very soon!
I had a great time really enjoyed the amenities and views however I came during a golf tournament which made parking hard to find and walking along the property
Stay was nice other than cutting my finger pretty bad on the bathroom stall lock. The cut was pretty bad my doctor said i needed stitches but by the time he saw it three day had passed already.
Hotel was top notch except for the ADA room that we requested. The room was just about as far from the elevator as possible. No grab bars in the shower. No wheel chair access into the shower. No seat in the shower.
Very nice resort with outdoor pool and TPC golf course. They also have a pavilion area by the pool that is great for hosting events or parties. Self service parking is free of charge.
Was at 5 stars, but this is the 4th day in a row that the cleaning staff has woken me up at 3:30 in the afternoon with several of them standing if front of three rooms with do not disturb signs, having loud conversations in spanish. Three of the four rooms in this 4 room clyster have dnd signs on the doors. I'm sure there's a place for them to congregate or have these loud conversations somewhere OTHER than in the doirways of the rooms whete it echoes, and disturbs occupants. I am on business and am in a graveyard shift, so this is especially annoying for these three rooms where the occupants are trying to rest after long nights as well.
This place is so amazing!! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home! We have been coming for 12 years now and love love love it! You couldn't ask for a better resort!! The staff, housekeeping, valet, spa and pool attendants are a so attentive and friendly!! We love it here and always plan on coming back!!
Great spot to watch the Byron Nelson and offers a beautiful view. The service is really good with great cocktails. Pricey! But that is what you get at a Four Season. The customer service was great and they provide quick attention to your needs. I was very impressed with the pool and the customer service during a busy event.
Great hotel, most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. Good amenities, has the best gym I've ever been to at any hotel - better than most fitness clubs I've been too. Most distinguishing mark has to be the service -simply above and beyond what was required and always with a smile and great attitude.
Been a member here for 15 years and even moved to the neighborhood 8 years ago to enjoy the Sports Club everyday. Elite fitness center, amazing lounges, pools and restaurants make this our daily hangout.
We decided to stay here for our wedding anniversary for the weekend of June 30-July 2. We were not aware that this was their July 4th celebration weekend and one of the busiest weekends of the year for this hotel. Hotel full of parents with screaming kids, slow service at the pool bar, unsupervised teenagers busted in the hot tub area for underage drinking, mandatory $65 buffet at the Law restaurant Saturday night, mosquitoes were thick in the outside areas and in-room safe malfunctioned with valuables inside. Hotel is nice and well kept for an older facility and service was excellent. Will come here again but not on a busy weekend.
Had a wonderful experience at the hotel for a conference recently. The holiday decorations were excellent and the lounge seating areas by the pool were the perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine. Food provided for the conference was excellent. Rooms were nice, very clean, and staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff is amazing! I felt like a real king during my stay. The golf course is in immaculate shape! Bring back the Byron!!! Food is exquisite! Can't wait to return!
