Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Reviews

Loved our stay here once again! It has been a few years, but every time we return we remember why we loved it so much.

Really nice hotel presentation and everything went seemlessly with the company event. Dinner and the courses were well timed and the staff was really friendly. Our great experience was crushed the following morning after placing a room service order at 8:55am to start the weekend. We were told it would be an hour or less. 9:55 then 10:05am rolls around without coffee or breakfast. After a quick checkup with room service we were informed the meal had already the left building and was on the way to the room. At 10:45am we had to leave the hotel and couldn t wait any longer on breakfast. Ten minutes shy of two hours for three eggs, toast, bacon, coffee and OJ. Realist expectations is the reason my wife and I were disappointed. We did not expect this at a resort of this quality. Real sour taste to end the trip. On a side note the bar was completely overwhelmed and understaffed Friday night. The bartenders were busy focusing on cleaning glasses to serve versus getting drinks out at one point. Everyone dreaded getting drinks due to the wait. We didn t feel the hotel was prepared for the event.

Staff was nice, the atmosphere and decor Beautiful. My villa was wonderful.

What an incredible experience. The manager, Lily Donovan greeted us when we checked in and she was so friendly, professional, and informative. She made us feel like VIPs. She made sure the address and accommodate all our needs. Meagan-food service manager and Samir were also very helpful and accommodating for my special dietary needs. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful. The exercise facility was world class. The food at the events were extraordinary. This has been the best luxury hotel I have ever experienced. Well done and I highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

Staff was friendly, taste of hors d'oeuvres was good although we ran out before the event was over. Parking was easy.

Its the Four Season's. Need I say more. My family and myself love spending time at the FS, either by the Pool , Spa, Fitness facility or eating at many of the great restaurants to choose from. My Favorite is LAW. First class all the way.

Absolutely lovely place. All of the employees are top-notch and very nice. You won't be disappointed when you stay at this hotel. The pool deck area is lovely and the service is fabulous.

The golf course was in amazing shape even days after the PGA tournament

We went here for Valentine's day... Selection was nice and the food was good. A little pricey, but mostly worth it. We would go again.

Relatives of mine visiting from out of town had to leave this hotel in the middle of the night due to bed bugs. Nothing was worth that horrible experience for them.

My husband made me an appointment at the spa for my Valentine's Day gift. I got a facial, massage, and pedicure. I was treated like royalty. The facilities are absolutely wonderful. I've used several soas in the DFW area and this one is my new go to. Love love love it!

This place is incredible. On a recent visit I had a wonderful therapeutic massage with aromatic oils and warm water. I left feeling healed and smelling absolutely heavenly. The feeling stayed with me the next day on my flight to Mexico! Everyone is attentive. We stayed in a villa in the golf course area. I can't wait to return to the Four Seasons!

Very clean gym, nice size, good location, and lots of amenities.

A wedding I attended last November was o e of the best times of my life, my wife and I danced the night away. Family and friends were in attendance and it couldn't have been more perfect. Food was prompt and cooked perfectly, drinks were swift and cold and the service all around was too notch.

Visited the spa and had a great visit, facilities were wonderful and had a very relaxing massage.

The nicest staff and the best service. Brunch at Law is amazing and the outlaw taproom has some interesting drinks. The room was comfortable, but not particularly fancy or amazing. The experience overall, however, was fantastic.

I would recommend this place to ANYONE. It has anything you could ever ask for in a sports club, even accupuncture! They also have a great childcare center. I would LIVE here if I could.

Wonderful property with a wide variety of options from superior golf amenities to an incredible fitness club to wonderful dining. And, let's not forget the incredible service. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort Dallas at Las Colinas.

Comfortable beds, decent views throughout, friendly staff and the fireplace filled patio- such a great resort. I'd like to say 4.5 stars because the lilies in the lobby were beautiful, but so horrible for out of towners with allergies. Not being local to the area, I had an allergy attack. The hotel is normally full of folks from all over the world, I'm sure this affected others outside of our event. Still a beautiful resort.

A great Four Seasons Resort in Irving with a spectacular golf course. The property is a bit older compared to other Four Seasons, but it is still fine and well kept. The service was perfect and the area very pleasant. The room I got was a corner room facing the golf course and the pool and was very spacious. The decor was appropriate and the amenities just as it should for a Four Seasons. There is large enough exterior sitting area/patio by the Outlaw bar and on a pleasant evening it's perfect to hang out.

Nice place to have an event! Staff was responsive and stayed on top of service. Areas we used were a little small for the number of people we had, but was nice overall.
