The Pierre Hotel , A Four Seasons Hotel Review

This was a great experience but not worth 5 stars. I went in the early afternoon and it wasn't that crowded. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. The bar does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance to it. There are stairs required to get there. The only strange thing is that there is a massive TV there. See photos. For such a classy hotel and famous bar it is a little disappointing to see a massive TV. I would expect more from Four Seasons.

I got 1 martini for $30.

Why have 2 Doorman if neither opens the entrance for you upon arrival. Particularly small but well balanced rooms. After looking at the menu in the lobby restaurant we expected some exceptionally prepared and tasting food which, to our dismay, failed to come to fruition. Unfortunately this hotel is nothing like it's peers and should not be repressed as Four Season. We gave it three stars because the lobby is stunning, the room service was exceptional fast and on point and everyone was extremely accommodating for our 2 night stay. Would not repeat.

Attended a press event there and was suitably impressed. Of course you expect a level of awesome from the Four Seasons, but they just make it seem so effortless. Even the WiFi was solid. That's huge anymore.

Excellent very nice and elegant 57th st between Park Ave. and Madison Ave. Very close to 5th Ave and Central Park and trump place Mr. President some of his buildings, has Starbucks, and restaurants.

Truly a delightful experience. I've never met staff that would bend over backwards for you at any establishment. You will not be dissatisfied with your stay.

Absolutely the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. More than helpful staff willing to make your stay one to remember.The doormen can answer almost any question you may have about what New York has to offer. I highly recommend this Hotel.

There's levels to this place. You have VIP - and then Ultra VIP. Go for the Ultra experience if you can..

The Four Seasons New York Is an outstanding hotel, offering excellent service, comfort, cleanliness and remarkable courtesy from the staff. It is a beautiful place to stay, and very well located in mid-town Manhattan. I would also recommend the room service because the food is exceptional and so is the service.

my stay was completely unsatisfactory, the decor was not to my liking, my view was to a wall, and the doorman assulted my dog.

The best hotel by far in mid town east centrally located with a great bar great food and great service and only 3 blocks away from paname la petite brasserie that is conveniently located open 7 days lunch dinner

I've known the Four Seasons since it was inaugurated, back in the'80s.
One of my very personal favourite hotels, together with Nikko hotels in Beverly Hills.

Honestly I had the worst experience of my entire life it was not a pleasant stay at all and they tried to give me a free months stay and I denied its terrible I recommend finding another place to stay

Service disturbingly short of renowned Four Seasons service.

The hotel is located in the center of Manhattan near 5th Avenue. The convenient location of the hotel is of great importance to me. The room is superb. The staff is polite. Recommend.

Exquisite service, staff and overall environment. Breakfast at The Garden among the African Acacia trees was a very memorable experience.

One of the most iconic hotels in NYC, with excellent mid-Manhattan location. Amazing rooms with undoubtedly, The Best Shot I have Ever Experienced. Very comfortable rooms with great views and an Amazing bar. The service staff is Amazing and Very Professional. Easily among the top 3 NYC girls.

Most annoying service as far as calling in to have things made ahead of time for my arrival... maybe cut out the staff and replace with automated ordering via apps ... hard to mess that up...

Lunch was good, but it was a pretty unimaginative chicken dish.

Have been coming to this hotel for years. Location is excellent. And hard to beat the hospitality of Four Seasons' staff. But bar is always full (hard to get a seat), breakfast restaurant is small (gets full quickly) and, unlike so many other Four Seasons, there is no coffee machine in the rooms I've stayed at this hotel.

Grand and tasteful. Suites were well furnished without being gaudy. Plenty of power and internet connections. Nice location.

Overpriced drinks, they got our order wrong twice, slow service, and they dropped my card under the bar when attempting to pay. There's so many better bars around town, don't go to this one.

Ok hotel. Regular four seasons however they charged my cc 46$ for unknown reason. Couldnt find anyody responsible for 3 days and gave up

Very nice bar with expensive drinks but the ambience is really nice, well designed bar and the cocktails are made to a high standard so I felt the prices were somewhat justified

We spent a night for my wife's birthday. The customer service and friendliness of the staff was the best I have seen in my many years of travel. My wife enjoyed an exceptional experience.

The Four Seasons Hotel New York on the palce gets busy quickly, especially in the evening so keep this in mind if you want the best seats.

The rooms were beautiful but the breakfast was very expensive and the food was nothing special. We went to the breakfast only once, the rest of the week we just bought Dunkin Donuts breakfast.

Great hotel. The rooms are very nice, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the meeting rooms are modern and beautiful. I had some food and drinks in the lobby bar and the food was fantastic. The local brewery that was featured was a pleasant surprise as well (Captain Lawrence).

The experience in the hotel was awesome, but the hotel concierge made some mistakes in some exhibitions, me and my family wanted to see. For example they bought the tickets for the world trade center museum but forgot about The One World Trade Center Observatory

The bar had an unreasonable corkage fee that wasn't transparent at all.

Very friendly service, nice rooms and good food from the catering team. The food at the restaurant was ok and very overpriced for what it was.

Excellent hotel with exceptional service and location. The only downside is that this hotel can become astronomically priced during the busy periods. But then they are not busy ... its so worth it. We put up our out of town guests here and have never had a complaint

I stay at Four Seasons for the usual impeccable service. They try hard to keep it personalized and they succeed on most occasions. The last time I was there, there were a few minor misunderstandings, but they eventually managed to set things straight. They still remain one of my favourite places to stay while in NY!

Had breakfast there. The staff assured us that they were waiting for us very much, and the same impression had happened :) The place was richly and solidly decorated, very worthy. Everything was delicious, beautiful, cozy.

Four Seasons NYC was the best stay I have had anywhere in all of my travels. This is the best hotel! I have been to New York quite a bit and this hotel is 5+ stars. The staff are absolutely wonderful. They are caring, attentive, helpful, and pleasant.
The Garden Restaurant is scrumptious.
The in-room dining menu is fabulous. The food is delicious.
The rooms are spacious with amazing views of the city and the park. The bellmen were incredibly helpful in assisting with taxi services as well as sending us with the hotel's drivers a couple times. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

About as nice as it gets when it comes to New York high end hotels. Rooms were beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice lobby bar that is great for an after dinner drink. Wonderful location near Central Park.

The service at this incredible hotel is impeccable. Concierge Tina and Rodman are exceptional! They go out of their way to make your stay special!
