Amazing service and they are taking every precaution to fight off COVID-19 in their facilities. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful and very inviting to my family. I look forward to staying here again.

I came here on the invitation of a friend. The athletics facilities which was the only part I saw, was extremely well maintained end of a high quality.

After a conference, my vehicle would not start so I went in to the concierge desk. The two ladies that helped me made a few quick phone calls and got someone out there to help me jump my vehicle. I appreciated the quick service.

After driving all day all we wanted was our bags and stuff. Valet lost our bags, it has been 1:15 hours since we checked in. Very hungry, need our dogs food, need our things and its still not here. We expected great service but afyer rushing to get here we would be more comfortable at a HoJo since our belongings, toiletries, food, per food, medication, water, cloths, shoes, everything.... gone. 1:30 hours still no bags. Finally bags came and manager was very nice explaining what happened

The course is in great shape! Too bad the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament is no longer held at this venue.

The Four Seasons property is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious inside. Service is phenomenal from the moment you enter the property. A valet attendant even showed us the way to the spa. The spa is located downstairs from the main lobby, but the entrance is not as open as the hotel's. It is actually very small and crowded with clothing for sale, which does not match the overall feel and decor from the rest of the hotel. Nonetheless, we were checked in promptly, offered drinks upon arrival and were shown to the relaxation room and locker areas. Lunch is available upon request. The spa has a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and cold plunge that you can use while you wait for your service. Cold towels and cucumbers are always available to freshen up. I highly recommend the "Four Seasons Ritual" which offers a body scrub, lavender soak, papaya oil massage and a scam treatment. Well worth the $235!
After my service, the wonderful spa attendant had a lemon water ready for me and suggested some additional activities within the spa. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience and hope to repeat it again soon. The only reason I did not give it 5 starts is because the spa was a bit messy with towels and cups left by other people and were not picked up until hours later.

Treat the housekeeping with respect their human beings too

The four seasons is an excellent place for a staycation! If you're looking to Golf, lounge by the pool, or get a spa treatment you will not be disappointed. The rooms are amazing, but can be pricy if they are hosting an event that week or weekend.

Lush golf course, and tee practice areas. You can feel the heritage of Dallas in the lounges. Stellar.

Booked a spa day yesterday for a friend and myself. The service was amazing! Desiree went out of her way to make sure she got all my problem spots taken care of. Stayed a little before closing time so we were rushing to get out so we wouldn t keep the spa attendant any longer. In the midst of everything I took off my wedding ring and left it on the counter. We left and it was until I got home that I noticed I left my ring there. Called the Four Seasons freaking out and explained to them what happened. They quickly transferred me over to John who works in security and explained to him how I left my ring at the spa. He placed me on a brief hold and come to find out the spa attendant was there turning in my ring. So grateful for the spa attendant, John and the Four Seasons. Very happy to know they hire trustworthy/honest people.

We had a very pleasant stay Jory and Carlos were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the track the grounds are awesome. I would definitely recommend going there. The spa is very relaxing, the bed room was very large, most hotels sacrifice apace for quantity but they make sure you have enough space to feel at home.

Played TPC golf course and it was great. Especially the bev staff. Those girls know what they are doing! Very attentive and professional. Megan was the best, I asked for a hot chocolate because it was cold out there and even though that wasn't something she had on the cart SHE WENT AND GRABBED ONE FOR ME! Above and beyond. I'll definitely go back.

My husband and I were give a gift to stay the night at this resort. It was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the couples massage we received.

What's not to love? The staff members are fabulous, the food and drink are great and the hotel amenities are the best. I highly recommend a stay at the Four Seasons Resort.

I very much enjoyed the Four Seasons on my recent trip to the DFW area. The staff were kind and attentive, room was spacious and comfortable and the tennis facilities were great.

Room and guest service at Four Seasons is always fantastic. Great pool and jacuzzi (family friendly). Nespresso machines in each room is a great way to start the day.

Everything about our stay at the Four Seasons was perfect. Our villa was absolutely beautiful, the pool was incredible, the staff, as usual, was courteous, helpful and prompt. I'm always impressed by the food and the Still Up late night room service menu can't be beat! It doesn't get any better than the service and glamour of the Four Seasons.

The place is fantastic! Treat yourself, go stay there. Visit beautiful Las Colinas. Golf, golf and golf. Enjoy a massage, relax at the pool. Do it all!

Went for a convention, service was nice and the area beautiful. The burgers are delicious at the bar, try the bison!

The staff were simply amazing. We were just delivering something for a party and were treated like guests. To whomever is training your staff, keep up the excellent work.

I was here for a wedding on the weekend and despite the wonderful view, the staff at the wedding were unfriendly and rude.

Came to the car show at the 4 seasons and was very disappointed. No AC or service of any kind and paid well over $200 for the event.

Samantha in reservations is the best! I mentioned to her that we made a reservation for July 4th in order to watch the fireworks. When she realized the fireworks display was scheduled for July 6th, she went out of her way to call me back and let me know I had booked the wrong day. I was able to change the reservation and now we get to see the amazing fireworks all from the comfort of our hotel room. Thanks Samantha.
