This place is magical. My husband and I decided to stay here for a quick staycation. We stayed in a suite overlooking the golf course. We ate at the restaurant on-site and it was delicious. The staff were excellent. We are planning to return very soon to stay for a longer trip. This is an excellent place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Our anniversary stay at the Four Seasons was beyond our best expectations. They met us with complimentary anniversary cupcakes in our room, a breaking view from our tower room, wonderful service at all restaurants and pools, and an amazing dinner at LAW. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing resort and always enjoy staying here. The gym is state of the art and Restaurants/bars are great yet a bit pricey but that is to be expected here. The Staff might be the best part. Incredibly friendly and helpful from the front door to the gym, all levels of staff are great. If I had to be picky and find a flaw it might just be a few of the grounds keepers driving the carts pretty quick around the resort but that s it.

Conference rooms were well maintained and snacks and beverages during the event were great. Setting up the event took longer than expected as we did not have power run through our presentation space in a timely manner. Actual overnight accommodations were just as expected from the four seasons. Prices were high. $5 for a cup of coffee before dinner seems a bit ridiculous.

The tea service was nice, however a bit unorganized. They didn't have tea to view for us to choose from and it took a long time to bring out the remainder of our food

beautiful property, and the staff could not be friendlier. The property is well maintained from the grounds to the furniture in the lobby. The only downside is that parking is incredibly expensive, given that we are in the state of Texas. That would keep me from bringing anybody local there for a meeting or to try a restaurant. That said, if you are flying in from out of town, I think this would be a wonderful place to stay.

Room was impeccable and the service was amazing. Was at the hotel for a wedding and the service was on point the entire evening. Also had the best shower of my life. Definitely the best hotel experience I've had.

I stayed overnight for a corporate event. The event services and A/V people were very helpful and I got lost once or twice and even the cleaning staff were super accommodating and helpful. The spa was definitely 5 stars out of 5 stars.

Buffet lunch was great, but the price was $$$. The atmosphere is very good, the staff is very friendly, we really enjoyed the structural design, and open airy visibility from the seating area. While exiting, and waiting for our valet to return our truck , the security staff made us feel like we were violating the hotel with our presence. We stopped in for the buffet just after a doctor appointment, to try it and we're not dressed in our designer clothing, but we were presentable.

Once we left the dining area, I searched for an ATM asked the consierge if they had one, and I was told where it was. It was from that point forward that the security staff began following us. 2 staff or security people were closely watching us even and up to the time we exited the facility portico and drive.

That last bit was a bit over the top for a couple of old rural-ish people. We won't be returning. As I like to feel like a free man, not a citizen of the KGB rule.

Never have I experienced such amazing customer service trhoughout an an entire resort. From the time we arrived, through our entire stay, we were treated like royalty. There are not enough stars to rate Four Season's Associates. Thank you, for an amazing retreat! We will definately be back!

All of the flawless, impeccable, service and amenities you expect from this brand, but in that larger than life, grand Texas style. A personal favorite around the world, but early also My local favorite.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort and the staff. It was our daughter's birthday and they went out of their way to make her feel special - a birthday treat was waiting for us in the room, plus a plush horse toy and special sheets just for her. She was so happy! Our room looked over the family pool and had the most amazing sunset views. The other pool got a little crowded for us and we liked the large family pool better. We ordered room service several times which was all fantastic, and their main restaurant downstairs was amazing as well.

Older hotel (inside and out), but seems to be maintained very well. Great interaction with the staff and outsourced conference room support vendor. Paid parking lot is a bit of a train wreck. Call button seems to go unanswered in the evening.

This is an excellent resort. The facilities are great and up to par compared to others of the same hotel family. The beds are comfortable and bed sheets have a high thread count. They have an excellent restaurant on site and it is high priced which should match anyone's expectations. The pool is gorgeous and the fitness rooms more than adequate. The persons at the door are really great and are very attentive. There are free umbrellas for borrowing, how. very thoughtful.
Meeting rooms are wonderful too. There is lots of parking.

Some employees inside the hotel need to be more cheerful and courteous especially when you are making eye contact. One star off due to that.

We absolutely love this hotel and couldn't recommend it enough. Great for kids! They have an excellent kids club for all ages (under 5 requires a childcare fee), provided special toiletries and bathrobes for our children, and even sent us popcorn and cookies to decorate to our room. They have two pools, a gorgeous golf course and a recently renovated, state-of-the-art sports facility. Room service is excellent but the bar food was only so-so. I recommend dining out or eating in the hours LAW is open.
