Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Reviews

Just had to pop in to drop something off with the front desk. Whole thing took <10min but I couldn't get parking validated for it so still had to pay $10 to drop off a piece of paper. Disappointing.

Apart from this being a four seasons(the usual 5* service) The Fitness/Gym area in itself is 5*. Weird thing to say- but it was an honor to work out in this world class facility onsite at the four seasons. The spa (comp access if you re the guest of the hotel) was equally impressive. Even if you aren t a gym person I encourage you to just go & check it out-and you may just get inspired & get into the habit of working out.

Beautiful location with a stunning spa and sports centre. Room was a good size with a large bathroom. Room service was very efficient and a good selection.

Went here for the spa. I figured with it being the four seasons it would be an amazing spa experience. Not so much. The services were fine (I got a message) but the ambiance of the place was very disappointing. When I visit a spa I look forward to the relaxation area, sauna, steam room, and extras like champagne and snacks. Their relaxation is bare bones and cold. Nothing relaxing absolutely it at all. They don t have a steam room. The sauna is also small and just meh. And there are no snacks or champagne. Given how expensive their services are I d expect their to be more to the experience I was quite disappointed. With that said, if those things are important to you check out Relache Spa in Grapevine. They have all the things and cost less. I have an amazing experience every time I go.

I attended a service award event in the Pavillion, the event staff was efficient and very accommodating. I was also greeted on several occasions as I walked through the hotel to the event location. They were very helpful and made sure I knew where to go.

Amazing staff, great hotel. We love to staycation here. Tons to do keeps the kids entertained for hours. Pga golf = winning! Do yourself a favor stay here!

Great staff. Will accommodate you in any way possible. The lobby bar staff did anything they could to accommodate the guests, going above and beyond in effort.

Easter buffet was phenomenal! We had our Easter family celebration there. Great service, delicious food, and no cooking or clean-up!

Amazing spa day experience. Left very relaxed. Gwen did an AMAZING job with my massage - helped work out some serious pain in my upper back and neck. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. I suggest bringing a swimsuit if you want to enjoy the amenities. I expected a bit more "wow" from my experience, but overall did not disappoint. 4 stars for amazing masseuse, relaxation - not 5 stars due to finicky showers (had a tough time getting temperature right), also there were two women in the locker room assisting guests - one was very sweet and helpful, the other - sort of rude.

Just went there for the Sunday brunch. Awesome selection. Crabcakes were the specialty of the day, and they were perfect.
I'm not sure that the 1-star reviewer was referring to with the service. My glass was never empty. I never waited for anything, and the attitude was downright infectiously happy. Great experience, I will be considering this hotel for conventions.

I have stayed at many resorts and I have to say The Four Seasons exceeded my expectations! Recently I had 2 mini staycations in DFW and the Four Seasons our the last resort to shame. I told my husband this is our new spot when we need a quick getaway. Also, they are doing everything to keep everyone save during Covid-19. Communication was amazing , spa.. Amazing, pool... Amazing! I just love this resort!

Not a lot you have to say other than "Four Seasons". If you are looking for a great luxury hotel in North Dallas, you've found the right place. Excellent, friendly bar and wonderful food in the restaurant. Super convenient to the night life scene.

Beautiful resort, near DFW airport, excellent services

5 stars. They are very attentive to your every need from the moment you arrive. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, the room and hotel smell amazing. There is a plethora of activities to do on the resort, and the food is devine. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and featured a large bathtub. The grounds we're well kept and a short walk to nearby restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel was also an excellent choice for breakfast -- don't miss the avocado toast with the poached egg on top.

I mean, it's the Four Seasons. You expect excellence. I came here for a work meeting, the event staff was great to work with. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic and the meals/drinks were almost worth the prices. That's pretty much my only complaint, the prices were on the higher side, but you should know what you're getting yourself into if you're staying here. I plan on coming back!

An amazing resort overall, comfortable rooms, and a courteous staff.

This is our fourth time staying here. My husband actually proposed to me here some years ago so it's very special to us. The staff here is amazing and they go out of their way to make my children feel special every time we visit. The rooms are always so nice and clean. We love it here and will continue to come back!

This place is gorgeous. The scenery is expansive and well-thought.

We enjoyed our stay and Christmas party. Our doggies were able to join us too. We all felt welcome

Being bumped because of a overlooking at the Grand Hyatt was real enjoyable when I was rebooked at the Four Seasons Dallas. Beautiful property with all the +++++++.

Great place to visit! Spent the weekend at the Four Seasons for my cousin's wedding! Staff was friendly. TV was oddly placed in room but we didn't spend much time in the room.

My husband and I stayed here while we visited Dallas! Staff was very nice and accommodating and love that they have L occitane in the bathrooms. It s Beautiful here and we had a nice renovated room. I would definitely stay here again!
