Very loud heating unit in room and pillows were terrible.

This was an AMAZING experience all around, great place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean top of the line on everything, friendly helpful staff well cleaned rooms etc

Hotel room was super clean, staff were very friendly and the check in/out was super easy. They also have awesome live music play8ng in the restaurant/bar downstairs

We stay here all the time when visiting Nashville. The hotel is clean, the beds are soft, the staff is friendly, the rates are competitive, and the location off I-65 is convenient. A nice Starwood property.

Had a business event the food and hospitality was awesome.

Just an eh hotel. Its the kind of olace you go when Nashville is booked solid and you can't find anywhere else to stay. It is better than sleeping in your car. No snacks is my only complaint.

Well, I recently visited the city and I felt very happy for the service Mr. Rod offered me. I felt very comfortable as he offered me a very nice room with a spectacular view and a friendly and attentive quality service. Thank you very much for this Excellent service and I recommend this hotel

Just ok, the rooms need updating badly. Old carpet, run down bathroom the fan didn't even work. The bed was comfortable.

Room was good, should have had a refrigerator, microwave would have been nice. Didn't have a washer and dryer. Service was nice and friendly.

Staff was courteous. The hotel was located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and stores. Our room had obviously not been vacuumed after the previous guests. The bathroom was not comfortable to use. There was no counter space for our toiletries, etc. Even the hair dryer provided by the hotel had no place to set; it was wedged between the wall and the grab bar behind the toilet. There were no shampoo/conditioner bottled provided. Instead, there were dispensers mounted to the shower wall. The lids to the dispensers were not secured, leaving us to imagine exactly what substances previous guests might have added to the dispensers. The room temperature was difficult to regulate. Although I turned the thermostat up to 76 degrees, when we returned from dinner, the temp remained at a very chilly-feeling 68. The maintenance worker came and cranked the thermostat up to 85, at which time the heat finally came on. Temperature fluctuated uncomfortably for the remainder of our stay. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room; at the price they charge, such amenities are expected.

My boyfriend and I had made a reservation at the hotel via phone...
Then we decided to confirm that the reservation was made since we didn't receive a confirmation. When we called to confirm, they couldn't find my boyfriend's name in the system, even though he spent about 30 minutes spelling his name numerous times and they still wouldn't find him in the system.
But they assured him the money will be refunded. Needless to say we ended up booking another hotel, as nobody wants to give their hard earned money to the incompetent people who don't even try to make an effort.

After a couple of weeks he found a charge from this hotel in his bank statement. They charged him for 'staying' at the hotel, even though we never stayed there.

After he called to that hotel to ask for money back the person assured my boyfriend that he would soon get a call back from the billing department of that hotel.
So of course he never got a call back, and then he called yet again. He told the whole story all over again, and they had no clue as to what he was referring to. The hotel associate was non-apologetic and so he asked to transfer him to the manager.When he was transferred he had to leave a voice mail, and so far we don't know how and when it's going to resolve.

The conference we had there was well organized. The meeting room was comfortable, the meals and reception afterwards were well above normal conference standards. I highly recommend this location.

Their head bartender is a lot of fun! Definitely not your typical hotel food here. Try the cast iron chicken!

During the conference they did not refill coffee all day. Disappointed

Great place. Spilled a drink and broke a glass. They didn't miss a beat. And they are so nice at the front desk. Room is great, clean and nice.

I only went in a few rooms for a business lecture seminar, but what I saw was very nice. Gorgeous lobby, nice bathroom, great event space, etc. Can't comment on staying overnight, but I can vouch for event hosting!

Big room, great service, clean pool and gym space. Our baby made a mess of the bed sheets and they promptly brought clean sheets and made the bed for us again. The restaurant downstairs had great beer, love music, and a good burger, it was very convenient!

Bunch of thieves work here. Keep your belongings locked in your car. you keep an eye on your credit card after you use it for credentials, they stole $247 for me I took a few days to get back.

Fabulous stay at this Four Points! The staff are super friendly, courteous, professional and attentive. The front lobby area has plenty of seating and with free wifi, makes for a prefect place to get out of your room and get some work done.

There is also a very nice and welcoming bar and grill. They have a complimentary light snack table set up at 5:00 that was tasty.

The room I stayed in was very clean and odor fee. The A/C worked flawlessly and was quite. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bath room was clean and fixtures were easy to operate. The rooms are larger than your standard and allow to move about without feeling closed in.

Overall a fantastic stay!

Good venue for small to medium sized events. Location is s bit out of the way from downtown.

The sleeping room was clean and orderly as was the rest of the property but the staff seemed like they didn t know exactly what they were doing. Perhaps they just changed ownership or had a big management rollover.

Had a meeting in one of the meeting rooms in the Four Points. They did great, and brought us water.

Back again, for 3rd time in less than a year. Super nice, lobby smells great, room smells great, spotless, friendly staff, spacious room

Great location but this place is getting a little long in the tooth. Pool is now a refuse storage area, linens smell pretty musty, breakfast service was pretty snooty. Good price but not the first choice.

The Four Points Hotel is perfectly placed beside the highway for quick access to a beautiful hotel. Security is top notch and the bar staff is amazing! Rooms were very clean and cozy! Beds extremely comfortable! Overall a great hotel!

My wife and Istayed here overnight for a wedding in Nashville. Its location is great if your interests are located south and west of Nashville. The front staff greeted us when we first arrived and were friendly in our interaction. Due to high demand, we were on the eighth floor with a two room suite. It was very spacious and had two bathrooms, a definite plus. The decor felt dated though thanks to the stucco ceilings. The night was quiet and we slept decently. No express checkout is a bummer. Overall, I had a fine experience and would consider staying here if the price and occasion is right.

The hotel was good and staff were friendly. Check-in was easy. Once in the room, there were long hairs on the pillow and bed. My husband killed three bugs in the room. Cleanliness was okay. Vacuuming could be better in the corners and beside walls. Overall the hotel was good. I would stay there again.

Beautiful room, was in town for a wedding in August. Had a suite and enjoyed it. Only giving one star because our room had BEDBUGS and when I asked to speak to a manager I wasn't able to. They assured me that one would call me. No one did. I couldn't even be assured that they wouldn't rent the room out again without cleaning it. No discount, no offers for help with the dry cleaning I had to do on my luggage and clothes for my family of 6. I understand that bed bugs can be anywhere but be sure that you handle them when notified. I'd hate for anyone to get them in their homes.

The location was great... Target next door if you forgot anything. Easy to get downtown. Our room was clean and what we expected. The staff was super friendly & helpful.

Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms...awesome rate compared to downtown Nashville which is only about a 10 minute drive. Not super fancy, but suited our needs for a place to crash after a night out in Nashville. Would stay again.

Four points was a very nice hotel to stay at in Nashville. There was no free breakfast, but there is a nice bar and grille with TVs and entertainment on weekends. The rooms had a nice color scheme as well as being organized and spacious. Overall, a very solid hotel.

Hotel is starting to show some wear but the staff were really nice and the food was good.

Staff was great and check-in/check-out were fast and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and had tea/coffee and all the other essentials.

There were several restaurants nearby but it's definitely a place you'll want to drive from, not walk. In the morning we were a quick drive from Nashville, so it was a great place to rest away from the city.

It's was a great hotel with excellent staff. The only down side is all of the traffic to get there.

Excellent stay. Our room was clean and spacious. The shower had great water pressure (lacking at some hotels we've stayed at). The people at the front desk were helpful and courteous.

Great location near downtown and no fee for parking. They have a friendly staff and updated rooms but we had a few issues. We noticed two long hairs one on a pillow on one on a sheet as soon as we arrived. We also had to kill three bugs that were crawling on the walls within a span of five minutes.

As an ambassador elite Marriott bonvoy I stay in quite a few Marriott properties to say the least, this hotel was quite unremarkable and underwhelming for the price. Furthermore, the staff seemed annoyed with the most routine of inquiries, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere, such as the Courtyard down the street.

No hot tub, inform us about maintenance with an asterisk on a website. Loud water plumbing lines that whistle in the walls every Time any room flushes. We checked in the same time as two football teams. Clean, friendly staff, meh.

Room was spacious, clean, relatively quiet with reasonable amenities.

I have stayed before and was a great experience. However this time was not as pleasant but I would give it another chance.

Hotel check in staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. Adequate lighting and nice wall decorations (not as fancy as some, but still nice). The tv was large (probably a 50 inch). The shower had very nice water pressure and had a pump system for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which definitely beats the normal small containers most hotels provide. Parking and WiFi were both free, which is always nice as well. When we called down to the front desk to request water bottles we had to wait on hold for about 3 minutes, but once we reached someone they were very quick and brought water up within a couple minutes. We did not get to try the restaurant and bar, but we noticed they did offer kicks beers and had live music on Friday night. I would definitely stay again.

Great rooms and shuttle service. However there is not any room service you have to go down and get the food yourself. Very clean and friendly staff.

Loved this place but didn't get enough time to enjoy it. Staff was friendly and fast getting me checked in, room was very nice, location was great. Did eat on site and the ribs were good portion vs price fair.

I checked in for a 1 day conference. My room was decent, my check in went smoothly. The breakfast had several opportunities, but the service was okay. The hotel was very convenient right off the interstate, surrounded by shopping and dining! Check was just as smooth as checking in.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks; I will do the same for you readers. Allow me begin with saying that this hotel is one of the best stays at an establishments I have experienced. I was in Nashville for a concert that weekend,so I booked a room last minute for a two night stay.The moment we stepped into the modernly furnished lobby, we were greeted with an enthusiastic welcome. The young man seemed genuine during our check-in and anwered any questions that were presented. This was constantly displayed by all members of staff. This includes the bartender at the conjoined bar/restaurant. The concert was on 2nd ave. This meant that the ride to Downtown Nashville was around a 10 minute drive on the Interstate. However, this did not bother me any because it gave me a chance to soak up the beautiful view that is Nashville.
Our room allowed for a pleasant view of the quieter version of Nashville night life. With a Target being right beside the hotel, we were just a walk away from getting a swimsuit replacement. Which received a decent use in the whirlpool. To Four Points by Shearaton, I thank you for a fantastic nights sleep and a relaxing weekend.

Very nice overall. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, neat and had comfortable beds.

Clean room with comfy bed. Nice hot shower with a cool dispensing system to reduce waste. One bad thing, WiFi was not very good.

The hotel is beautiful, and pleasantly quiet. The attached bar/restaurant has great food and live music. It's not too close to the city/nightlife, so if you're visiting you may need a rental or to ride share if you plan on enjoying the nightlife. All around it was lovely, if I would definitely return!

Staff, room, and amenities all very good. Biggest issue that I had was the walls between hallways and rooms are so thin. This wouldn't be an issue if people weren't traveling for work and coming and going all hours of the day/night. Great breakfast!

Not the best Sheraton I've been to. As a platinum Marriott guy, I am used to hotels. No recognition of being platinum and the rooms left a lot to be desired.

Very conveniently located, fairly priced, crear staff, clean films and very comfortable beds. Only problem is the noisy a-c system. They know about It and told me they are going to replace them.

The room was a double bed room and had a separate tv area and also two bathrooms, which was a nice surprise. It seems very clean so far and the employees have all been nice and helpful.
