Four Points by Sheraton - great hotel, will totally be returning to stay here on a next visit to Nashville. Here are my thoughts about it:

* Great/quiet location, easy to find
* Reasonable rate(s) for non-advanced reservation
* Grounds well-kept, seemingly secure (i.e., "sketch-free")
* Interior/lobby/fitness center/pool area also well-kept
* Incredibly friendly and polite hotel staff (Madison deserves a nod here for being great to us during our visit)
* Very clean rooms (judging from our corner room alone, of course)
* Great amenities available (including high-speed web/complimentary bottled water in-room)
* Close proximity to I-65, shopping areas/food places

We really enjoyed our 1-night stay, coming in from Birmingham impromptu; tried and missed getting a reservation at Sheraton Music City Hotel (MCH), but kinda glad we did due to the unnerving location so close to the airport and vacant office buildings. (MCH was immaculate from what we saw - the ballroom lobby, lol - but we think we hit a bullseye with Four Points. The location is sooooo much more appealing.) I can't speak on other items like breakfast there, or the restaurant, but re: everything else mentioned, it was overall a very pleasant stay with zero issues (we're pretty easy-going/non-demanding anyways), in a comfortable environment. I'd highly recommend sending your business their way.

The location of the hotel was great! Within walking distance to several shops. Customer service was fine. We had a king size suite. We were a bit disappointed to realize the only microwave was on the first floor in the lobby as well as the only ice machine. At one point, in the middle of the night, my allergies started bothering me so I went to the bathroom to blow my nose with the provided kleenex. I sadly realized it was just an empty box with a tissue stuffed(and fluffed nicely) in there for decoration. In the morning i got up to take a shower ( around 7:30) and had no hot water it would only get warm. So i settled for a warm shower where I then discovered our showerhead leaked and lost water pressure. I definitely had much better experiences at cheap hotels.

Worst customer service ever experienced. Rude is an understatement of how this lady named Andrea Turner acted while checking us in. We were told they moved our room up a night and had no reservation. I will NEVER stay here again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We needed a place to stay over the weekend near Nashville, and Four Points was great. Nicely designed lobby/bar, good rooms and a decent pool, and we got it for a good price. Perfectly happy with the place and will likely stay again eventually.

This is a very nice hotel. The only downfall is that there is no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. The beds are comfortable and the room is a good size. The location of this hotel is perfect with quick routes to downtown or anywhere else in Nashville. There is a shopping center located directly next to the hotel. Old Hickory Boulevard has a lot to offer in both directions, so please explore. I was scheduled to check-in at 3pm, but I arrived about 3 hours early so I was able to check-in at 12:31pm. The front desk staff is basic. I guess they only acknowledge you when you're checking in or out.

Clean.. Convenient. Only two things..... There was no mini fridge in the room, and pretty much everybody has them, so I thought that was odd. Also, they charge for local calls, which I also found to be weird.

There was an ant (bug) invasion in my room, so I waited 20 minutes in my room for keys to another room. They finally came up but then they gave me keys to a room where people had been staying. Another 25 minutes passed and I finally got a room where there was no ants nor people. Overall it's a new hotel (technology wise) and I know mistakes happen but it's annoying.

Room and location were nice. The housekeeping staff was early and loud in the room beside us and across from us, calling across the hall to each other, while we had a do not disturb sign up. They could have been more discrete. Floors needed steam cleaning--feet turned black after shower. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Loud construction with jackhammering next door well before 8 am each morning, including Saturday, made sleeping difficult.

Nice little restaurant with friendly service. Hotel rooms need work. The vents/ducts made noise through the night even after the heat was turned off. The tub faucet leaked water uncontrollably. Limited TV channels.

Clean rooms in a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and I left feeling that I received quality service out of this hotel. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and it was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The location is a little bit outside the city, so it didn't seem as busy. The lobby was very trendy and updated. The hotel bar/restaurant was quiet (slightly expensive). The rooms were good sized, clean and had lots of natural light. Good water pressure in the showers. Would stay here again.

It was very nice, customer service was great but for the pricing of the rooms are expensive if you don't have there gold star thing but for the prices they could do complimentary breakfast instead of charging someone 13 dollars for an omlete only n drinks per cup 3.00 smh but otherwise great stay]

Very well maintained. Friendly staff. Room service and restaurant/bar was really nice. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. I think we've found our second home while in Nashville! The suites are awesome!

The location of the Four Points couldn't be more convenient. Right off the interstate a quick 15 miles to the airport and with easy parking the location was great. The staff were all warm and polite. My room was spacious and well appointed. All of the linens were clean. The bed was very comfortable, my back didn't hurt in the morning. The pillows were a little soft for my liking, but if that's the worst I have to say if wasn't that bad.

Had an issue with our reservation being written down as the next weekend instead of the weekend that we were staying when we made it over the phone, but when we showed up in person and discovered the issue the staff took care of it immediately and were very apologetic. They let us keep the discounted rate we used, and for us a room even though every hotel was booked because of the eclipse happening the following Monday.

It was a good experience. The lobby, restaurant/bar was very nice the front desk was very helpful. Housekeeping wrote me a very encouraging not. Now the room set up the curtains hung in front of the AC so I had to use a chair and a suitcase to keep the curtain back. The TV kept freezing on me

No breakfast with your stay. The $13 buffet is awful. Better at Super 8 and it's free there. Pool is dirty. Been here all week and has not been cleaned once. Maids left a room door wide open and walked away. Could have gone in and taken everything. Quiet. Should have queen size beds in room not full. For a Four Points, I expected better. Staff was very accommodating.

Not impressed for the price compared to the facility. When I am traveling I want breakfast. I need a microwave and a mini fridge and an iron. I don't want to have to pay 13.00 bucks for breakfast or run all over a town I don't know to find something to eat.

Great staff. Very friendly and informative. Will come back just because of that. Rooms are nice but a little noisy, paint is peeling above the shower, a few stains on the wallpaper and we are right next to ice machine. Lobby and outside grounds are very nice and well kept Pool looked nice along with live entertainment in the bar/restaurant area but I didn't use either. Easy access to downtown Nashville with quick uber or cab service.

From check-in to check-out Four Points Nashville exceeded every expectation that we had for our hotel stay. It is just far enough outside the city that there is plenty of peace and quiet, but close enough that a short Uber ride puts you right in the middle of it all. This is the ideal spot for a weekend in Nashville, my wife and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and had an absolutely incredible weekend. We will be back hopefully sooner rather than later, and we will be telling everyone back home about the best hotel in Nashville.

The people were very personable and attentive. The room was clean & well stocked and the common area was very nice. No breakfast on site but there is a Panera & a Waffle House within a mile of a the hotel.
