Very rude and unhelpful staff. Only person who was friendly was the custodian. Would not recommend.

everything was nice, no complaints, nice looking lobby, room had everything we needed to get through the night

It was nice, had an issue with the water in the sink. Had to be shut off as it ran on the floor, we were offered another room but opted to just leave with a refund for our second night.

Loved it! Came for the music that evening and was not disappointed.

My visit ti the Four Points in Brentwood was brief but nice.

Everything about four points was great! The trendy look, the comfort, the staff was wonderful! You get so much for your money. We will be back time and time again.

Nice hotel. Stay here often. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Gym is also clean and everything works!!

The food provided by the hotel for our work even was great with great service. Was unhappy that they held 100.00 on my card for accidental when it should have only been 25.00 even after repeating asking them if it was holding every time they tried to slide the card. Overall nice stay

I didn't book the reservation, the room was average. Small refrigerator but no microwave. I saw "BREAKFAST listed online, but was told it was "grab and go" at the hotel and there would be a $5 fee for each person GEWDNESS GRACIOUS . As if the snacks weren't enough to be paying out of pocket ($4 for a mini oj/Gatorade, sheesh). Overall for the experience I'd give a 7/10.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant with exceptional food. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly. In a very nice area of town.

The room was very messy and disorganized. Went into the bathroom and there was cracked floor tiles, black hair in our towels, and the toilet paper was not filled up. When in the main room, there was a lot of problems from broken outlet plates to the electrical box popped outside the wall to not having microwave or an sort of amenities in our room.

There is no refrigerator, shampoo and conditional. The room looks like old-fashioned and small.

Great place, they didn't call to tell us our room was ready when they said they were hey would so that was a but annoying but good experience besides that

I visited Four Points for a conference and had a wonderful time.

Average at best. Room average. Staff not friendly or helpful. Key card didn't work on door because it wasn't checked by staff before I was sent to the fifth floor. Probably don't get paid enough to care. Sheraton should pay employees more so guests get better service. Otherwise, be happy with average rating.

Four stays in one year each room the pillows or linens smelled like old sweat.

Hotel and hotel staff are awesome. But lady in restaurant needs some HUGE customer service skills. Lost a party of 20+ due to her rudeness. :) Longhorn waitresses got a HUGE tip instead. ;)

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Hotel staff was polite and engaging. Overall, a good experience. With an insanely comfortable bed, too.

The overall experience and stay was great there was no issue that I noticed the place was nice and laid out beautiful furniture the only issue I came across what cell phone service going into the conference room I lost all cell phone service which may be convenient for someone who's throwing an event but not so much for those who are attending but even with that loss of cell phone signal wifi was available.

The bed was very comfortable the rooms nice. The restaurant is extremely over priced. A hamburger, sm salad, glass of water $19.00.

Was able to grab a room at last minute for a great rate. Room was comfortable, clean, smelled great (no smoking). Located comfortably in Brentwood, just off interstate and very close to a number of good eateries and stores for shopping. Will book again next time in area for an event. If you can't book downtown, the southside is the way to go.

Great room. Enough space for my wife and i and our 4 kids.

The hotel is very nice. However, upon checking in I was told that my room had two full size beds instead of two queen beds. I told the clerk that queen is bigger than full size and he told me that their full size beds are huge and that they're bigger than queens. Well guess what? When I got to my room, the full size was exactly the size of any other full size that I've ever seen in my life. Also, the pool is dirty. With attention to details like that, this hotel can improve greatly.

Fast and easy check-in, clean rooms and friendly staff. Located close enough to Nashville to easily commute into the city but far enough away to not feel like a tourist.

Decent hotel. They don't serve drinks till 5pm if you're considering getting an early drink

Lobby was brand new. Rooms are not as updated bur still nice. Onsite restaurant had good food.

Nice hotel, quick access to I-65, adjacent to a plaza with some good food options and a Target. They have a restaurant with a limited menu but the food is good and everyone is friendly. Some local, live music in the evenings. Clean, nice hotel.

Got a good price on Priceline. First time here so far so good. Lobby is nice. Staff is professional and friendly. Room is average to good for a 3 star hotel.

Great hotel! After driving for over 7 hours from Florida, this is our one night stop until continuing on our journey home. I love that they have rooms that are actually two rooms (one with double beds and another with chairs and a couch that turns into a bed. It even has two separate bathrooms! They have a restaurant too, but since we usually arrive late we have never ate there. There is a plaza next door which has a Qdoba that we get for dinner.

Stayed here last night. The main floor and lobby are very updated and nice. The rooms, however, could use a makeover. They are definitely outdated. Very clean rooms, though. The beds were not very comfy. There was only one out of three elevators working so it took some time to get up and down. There was quite a line for check in so the staff was rushed and not super friendly or attentive. All in all, I would stay again for the price. It is next to several restaurants and next door to Target.

Always stay here when visiting Nashville. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and showers have good water pressure

Don't stay here, we could hear the people in the next room breathe. The pillows are awful. They did not give us enough towels for the people we had. BUT, the room Was clean

If I could give it "0" stars I would terrible hotel and terrible customer service - even charged me for room when I ended up not staying there there due to condition of room and attitude of desk staff - so you asked for details and gave no way to contact you must not really want to know

No refrigerator or microwave in room. No complimentary breakfast for the high price of the room. Have to buy breakfast. Have me, my wife and son and have to share double bed. Can t even have queen size beds. Never again. We travel for baseball all summer and stay in nice hotels. But after spending $150+ a night and not even near a beach, these simple things should be in every hotel and for this price. Very disappointed.

The location was very good. Rooms and service and the wifi was good too. The only dissapointing thing was they didn't have a microwave and freezer in the room

Front desk worker was extremely rude. Rooms subpar. First and last time staying here. I refuse to give my hard earned money to an establishment with poor customer service.

Clean and really cool interior design. Very modern, with some tasteful rustic elements. Big screen tvs in the bar area, with live music on Tuesdays.

The hotel is very nice, the bed was comfortable, staff supervision friendly. Breakfast the next morning was good quality but not complimentary. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic is awful. Other drivers are rude and everyone is in a hurry.

The beds were real comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, and the bathrooms were plenty big. What more could you ask for.

Hotells is nice but got up to take a shower and no hot water,when I got back from work water was shut off

Check-In has been a nightmare so far. I booked a deluxe king room yesterday and called prior to making the reservation I called to ask if it would possible to check in before three. The gentleman told me it shouldn't be a problem. My husband and I drove 12 hours from Florida and arrived a little after 2 and was told it was not ready and to come back in 30 mins. We come back at 2:30 and told it is still not ready and technically check in time is not until 3 anyway. She called housekeeping to find out when it will be available and their response is 'I don't know.' We were told to come back at 3. I have a feeling this is not going to be my only complaint while here. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Stay tuned because if the room is less than superb I will be writing another review.

The front desk fellow was incredibly accommodating, and switched our reservation to a king suite with zero notice.

Beautiful hotel. Nice room. Friendly staff. A bit out of the way (brentwood is about 20 min away from downtown without traffic). Very happy with my visit.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, staff was friendly, modern hotel decor & atmosphere, enjoyed the clean pool area, restaurant on site, shopping center near by. Great experience.
