Excellent service, very nice room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast buffet. Wait staff very welcoming. Put it on your list!
Small beds and no fridge. Otherwise it's clean and friendly service. Pool is very large but outside so in rain it is out of order.
Four Points is a nice place to stay. Lobby, restaurant, and elevator are very nice. Rooms are decent and have complimentary tea and coffee for brewing. The hotel is next to everything you'd need.
We stayed here as a group for a soccer tournament. We do tournaments 15-18 weekends per year and this has been the most disappointing stay in years. First the hotel manager would not honor the free breakfast we were supposed to get. He blamed it on the travel agent but it's 2016, I didn't even know hotels no longer included breakfast. For the same rate we could have stayed at the embassy suites just down the interstate and not only had a full breakfast, we would have had a full suite. This hotel was just dirty. Our room had visible stains on all the carpets, the bed skirts had mud and what looks like pizza sauce on then, the toilet had paper in the bowl when we checked in. This was not limited to just our room. All of the kids had to wear socks all weekend because the floors were so dirty it was blackening their feet. The wifi was spotty and was too slow when it did work to do more than check email. It was not possible to watch even a short video from a news site. The room temperature would fluctuate between 68 and 74 even though the thermostat was left alone. We continually had to ask for towels since they would only leave 2 even though we had 4 people in the room. There were no refrigerator or microwave. The only positive was the staff at the front desk. There are so many hotels to choose from in this area I cannot understand why the Four Points doesn't put in more effort. Our team will be staying down at the Embassy or the Drury when we come back in 2 weeks.
Hotel is over-priced for service rendered. Bathroom faucets were bad. So much noise coming from the toilet. They are not consistent with any promise
Excellent staff, somewhat dated rooms, decent food. Not a bad choice overall!
Great hotel. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The rooms were spacious and nice. The location was good; only a 15-20 minute drive away from Downtown Nashville. There were lots of big box stores and fast food restaurants nearby as well.
Rooms were nice, staff was friendly and close to the interstate and easy to locate.
Very clean, soft white linens, stylish decor, couldn't believe it was only $79/night! Nno agent to ck us in, actually left & came back he finally showed up.
All Sheritons need a new look. The room carpet looks and is dirty. The pillows are too soft. It was fairly clean. The housekeeping staff need to clean in the corners. Especially by the the bed. TV remote was not good. Ok Mariott. If you want to be the brand then get with the times. Starwood seemed more up to date.
Sheraton on the phone advertised pool as open year round but pool was seasonal and I picked pool specifically for that reason because my son wanted to swim and I could not get my money back because of cancellation policy.
Stay was good. I like stopping here on my way to another destination. I stay here about once a year.
The hotel and pool area are great. Staff were very pleasant as well.
Very quiet, spacious and very clean room and staff were great!
We had to come to this hotel to be able to play in a hockey tournament, paid an outrageous prices, no refrigerator, microwave and no free breakfast. The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great place ! Nice rooms and great staff. Just 15 minutes to Broadway.
Right off the interstate, 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville and airport, next to a mall with Target. Room was clean. Service by the daytime associates are fantastic and they are well apt and trained in Marriott/SPG's procedures.
Reception was decent. Polite front desk crew. Room was a disaster: Blood or food splatters on bathroom wall, filthy toilets, dirty carpet, old LOUD air conditioner. An electrical outlet hanging out of the wall with wires exposed. Hairs on the sheets. Then, there are the very thin walls- apparently every loud, rude family in Tennessee came to stay during my visit. Sounds of people in the hallway ceaselessly boomed into my room starting around 5 am.
But the worst is that since Nashville hotels were full- I had to pay nearly $300 for one night in this subpar hotel that is definitely not worth more than $70/night. Dirty & Loud. Find a different place. Had I known what I was getting into, I would have stayed in a different city, it was THAT bad.
The facility was very well maintained. The room was clean and staff were very friendly.
What kind of hotel, with these prices, doesn't have a mini fridge, in the room? I have stayed in far cheaper places, that had at least that much. Glad my job paid for this, and not me.
The buffet breakfast that was advertised isn't available on Mondays :( but that's not posted anywhere that I saw. The room was nice but there was no mini fridge.
Room was great. Other than a single interaction with a poor front desk attendant, it was a great stay. Everyone else was helpful and friendly.
Very clean, comfortable, quiet Hotel with a very accommodating and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you for a great stay.
Was there for a conference. The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly, and the pens were very nice to hold.
I came here for a conference and had a wonderful time! I did not stay in the hotel so I can't speak on the rooms, but the workers were very kind and helpful.
Great experience! Food was great, hotel was clean, and great staff!
Perfect location! Located near plenty of restaurants and places to shop. The Four Points rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious food and plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
Nice hotel, water pressure went down to a drip at random times though.
I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at the hotel and the service was good. I did not consume food so I cannot give an opinion on that.
Nice location, clean, friendly staff who managed large influx of guests for the eclipse.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Will Hill has great customer service
Great staff, clean room. We had a very late start to our trip due to a winter storm and we were going to arrive after midnight. We called ahead to notify the hotel and due to our late arrival time they proceeded to check us in over the phone and had our room keys waiting for us, one less stress for the day. Thank you.
This is our second time staying here. We stay when driving through Nashville on vacation. The highlight for us is the pool. It's a large outdoor pool, much better than your standard hotel pool. Room was nice and clean, bed was soft. The front desk staff was accommodating and brought us a roll away for our daughter to sleep on, leaving us the king sized bed. It's what you would hope for in a pass through stay.
Pillows and beds are extra soft clean rooms and they are moderately spacious, the bathroom is big
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to places we intended to visit.
The ease of everything was great front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in and check out
Loved the room, restaurant, and atmosphere. Staff was pleasant as well.
We missed breakfast .
Hotel with a lot of rooms with issues most probably because building age
One of the best hotels we've stayed at. I understand the rooms are getting redone. Our's needs something a little tired. Still a nice place. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Eggs and burritos needed to be hotter.
Pool was closed due to construction, which we didn't know about until after we checked in. Would have been good to know before booking.
I spent a night here while visiting Nashville. The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom was clean, the sheets and towels were fresh. The bed, alone with the pillows, were just so comfortable...no back ache when I woke up. There was also plenty of free parking. Edge, in the hotel lobby, was perfect for breakfast...I ordered a buffet to go. I had an overall pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.
Most comfortable pillows, great night's sleep, quiet room
It's a great place to stay. People there are fantastic!
It worked. Computer system had issues in issuing keys. Outdated room decorum.
I hosted a meeting at this Four Points by Sheraton Nashville - Brentwood for my organization 100 Men Who Give A Damn - Nashville. The staff at this location was 100% friendly, help and went out of there way to make sure that myself and everyone in attendance including the charities presenting were comfortable and had whatever we needed. One of the most impressive things is that the staff took time to remember everyone's name so that later throughout the meeting that could address us all by name when checking in on us. To make things even more convenient they have a full service bar and restaurant onsite which was an awesome treat as we were able to grab dinner an a quick cocktail before the meeting. This Hotel is a hidden gem and the staff is amazing!!!
The hotel staff were very kind. The bathroom could look a little more refined. The ac/heating was a bit loud and the vent in the bathroom was broken. Overall I would recommend staying here if you receive a slight discount.
The conference room was great for our group setting. The food was great, but I wish lunch had included a cookie.
Nice hotel in a neat area of town. Nice rooms a bit on the small side. Only about 10-15 minutes from downtown nashville. Friendly staff.
We stayed here for one night. The staff was very friend, the hotel was clean for the most part, and the location was perfect, right at the interstate. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the price paid, I was hoping there was a continental breakfast. Even if it was just bagels, juice, cereal, and milk. They had nothing. It's weird because they have refrigerators in every room, BUT you have to go on the first floor (in the lobby) to use a microwave. For breakfast you can drive up the street, (maybe 2 minutes) to the Waffle House.
much nicer than expected. no complaints at all. Staff very nice and friendly while maintaining professional demeanor.
Not worth for the price. I paid 101$ for a single King size traditional room. There was no microwave, no refrigerator. The bed was not that comfortable. No indoor swimming pool either.
The rooms were tidy and clean. Staff at the front desk were very helpful.
We held a baby shower for my daughter in law at this hotel. Samantha Gibbs was our contact for coordinating the event. From the start, Samantha was very responsive, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to make this event a success for our family. Samantha went above and beyond what was expected of her in making sure every detail we discussed was covered and to make this day as stress free as possible. Thank you Samantha and Four Points for your great service, delicious food and exceptional customer service!
Great Hotel. Awesome service. Would come again and again.
Attended a conference in Brentwood two weeks ago. We had our reservation confirmation in hand, having booked three months in advance, and they had no rooms available.
Their computer system had no knowledge of us, but they called their main office and they had our information. The reservation was booked through a phone call to this particular hotel. They offered to pay for dinner, but no rooms were given.
We ended up having to book an AirBNB in the lobby so we had a place to sleep. In the grand scheme, it worked out because renting the whole house was $800 cheaper for us than this hotel anyway.
Would not recommend and will not return.
