I love this Hotel. We have church service there every Sunday and the staff is top notch!

Four Points was in a perfect location for my needs, with excellent wi-fi service, helpful staff and good bar and good.

This is a place to go for Comfort, I have never slept on a bed that is as comfortable as the ones they have there. And the morning breakfast is not to be believed you've got to check this place out

Friendly staff and convenient location. Room had some wear and tear. Got stuck with a handicap room that had no counter space in the bathroom. Bed was firm but comfortable. Im sure i could have switched rooms but I was tired.

Reason given 4 stars is because breakfast is not included in the price didn't know until I was starving in the morning

I had a great stay. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant was very good as well.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The vent in our bathroom didn't work but that was the only issue we had. The bartender was very nice and gave great tips for places to visit.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Lobby and elevators felt very new and smelt fresh. Only reason for the four stars was our room. The rooms are pretty outdated and had some issues. Our TV would turn on to the TV logo and then shut off right away, we had a missing lightbulb in one of the ceiling fixtures, the shower light in one of the bathrooms was burnt out, and there was some tape on the wall that wasn t cleaned off from something prior. Little details, but for an executive suite, you would expect a little better. Granted, we didn t pay a whole lot for the room so I can t really complain that much.

Actually here right now. Rooms are nice, except for the minor ant visit we had tonight. All would be OK but when I called, the front desk girl said the ants came from the room service we ordered 20 minutes prior. First of all the food was an hour late because they didn't know what room we were in (their excuse). Second, it was cold. Third, it wasn't good at all! I ended up going to Target next door and getting some snacks. P.S. As I wrote this review, I changed my star rating from 3 to 2.

Stayed while passing through on the way to Pigeon Forge! Super clean room and quick check in. They even leave you a small pack of antibacterial wipes in case you want to wipe down anything yourself. Highly recommend and love the proximity to Target, Panerai, Qdoba, etc!

Such a great place to stay. Clean, great breakfast.

Good affordable location for Nashville. Uber to Broadway was $15-18 .

I didn't hate it. But once you get past the nicely finished modern lobby, there's not much to love. The building, hallways and rooms just have this very "built in the 70s" feel. The bathrooms are straight out of a hospital from the 80s. The bed is actually a positive note as it didn't cause my wife any of her usual back pain, but we are very thankful we brought our own pillows. Overall, especially considering the cost, we left feeling very "meh".

I attended an afternoon conference at the hotel this weekend. Found it to be clean and quiet; staff I spoke with were friendly and helpful; space we used was spacious and attractive. Great location one block off I-65 and Old Hickory Blvd!

Rooms were nice, had to wait for it to be ready for 30-45 mins passed the usual check in time but they were very nice and offered us snacks from there little grocery nook. Credit card systems were down so we couldn't charge our breakfast to our room or to a credit card. Breakfast was good though. Couldnt get the WiFi set up at first but after speaking with someone at the front desk, got the pass key and managed to get online on the second day. Overall, clean and friendly.

I arrived yesterday around 11:45 am and I was able to check in early. Rod the front desk attendant was very pleasant. Acknowledged my presence while waiting on a customer in front of me. I really appreciated that.
Once I got waited on he was very professional and accommodating. The facilities are nice and clean. I'm very pleased.
I will return here again if I'm ever in need of another hotel stay near here.

Good room. Breakfast varied. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient.

Everything was clean and all the staff were very nice. Had some issues with the shower, and the maintenance staff was very quick.

We've stayed at this location every year since it opened for Thanksgiving in Nashville. This year we noticed it looked pretty worn down. Our bathroom had a big chunk out of the tub there look to be previous water damage around the sprinkler in the ceiling and the carpets seem to have been pulled away from the edge of the wall. Also of the three elevators only one worked. To me the hotel seems to be struggling.

I really only went in for an event hosted by Team Fusion. But what I saw was pretty nice as far as I can remember. Clean and uptight.

Was not impressed. The water streamed in the bathtub constantly, no fridge , I called ahead of time and asked if pool was warm cause if so I would pay extra to stay there if so and I was told it was not heated but it sits in direct sunlight and it's been hot there so she said she would say its warm and nice so I book it and after paying the extra money the pool water was ICE cold. Other people came there and went to get in it and couldn't either. I could had saved money and went other places

The room was clean, friendly staff, and a decent bar. Would stay there again. My only complaint is, the TV in our room wouldn't let us use the HDMI ports.

Good overall hotel. Price is a little steep for what you get. Rooms don't have fridges. Also missing some other premium features that I have seen in other hotels the same price.

Staff was super friendly. Room was as clean as I've seen. The bed was great it usually takes me a while to drift off not the case with this bed. The property is well maintained. I have not not one complaint, will definitely be back.

Great friendly staff. Good room for professional events. Breakfast was lacking as they served stall bagels. Lunch was excellent.

Room was ok, nothing special. Staff was ok. Restaurant was a bad experience. We wondered why only four people, counting us were there. We ordered two drinks and two appetizers. 80 minutes later food arrived, our waiter apologized and said he was the only one working and had to cover room service too. The food was lousy to be generous. We ordered two more drinks while waiting and that was it. The check finally came and totaled $86.00, plus tip.
I seldom leave bad reviews but this place earned one. Eat somewhere else.

The landscape is very beautiful and many seats so I went to a meeting I did not stay I loved the lobi very relaxing

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean but had a musty smell and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Attended a conference for work here for several hours. The staff was kind and courteous, and the hotel was impeccably clean, and great for smaller work events.

Love the hotel! Only complaint is I wish the pool was open and not under construction!

It is a very nice hotel clean rooms great service and even better customer treatment. It doesn't have a great smell, the carpet is a little off in my taste. I would also prefer free breakfast for the price I'm paying which many other hotels offer. Other then that everything is nice including the bar.

My experience could be compared to a urine covered toilet seat with no toilet paper at a truck stop salad convention.

Overall experience was great. Friendly people helping you all the time. Only downfall were the beds. Small and hard.

Being one of the more affluent suburbs of Nashville, Brentwood is a very popular destination. The Four Points is very much in tune with the higher class if guest one would expect in such an area. The staff is very professional, the facilities are maintained to a high standard and the accommodations are luxurious.

Nice hotel. Conveniently located at meetings I had in Brentwood. Comfy bed. Solid breakfast. Decent gym.

The staff was very friendly, free apples at the desk. Bottled water in the room. Large very nice hotel. Big beds.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and professional staff, great location. The food at the restaurant was pretty tastey, and there was live acoustic music when I was there. I don't know if there is live music every night (this was on a weekend), but it was nice and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible breakfast and horrible housekeeping.
Breakfast: good amount of options, but the french toast and waffles were ALWAYS hard, cold, and tasteless. I tried them 5 out of the 5 mornings we were there.
Housekeeping: multiple times on our 5 night stay our tissue boxes and towels weren t replaced and our bedsheets weren t made properly. They just threw the tops of the covers over the top of the bed and that was it.
However, everything else was decent and the breakfast waiter we had (Ray) was really friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Only used the first floor, but everything was very nice. We had a meeting in one of the conference rooms. No complaints.

The people were super nice friendly made sure had everything we needed, the rooms were clean and nice. Loved the pool and fitness room along with the bar also.

Not easy to access, but super secure and super nice rooms.

Room size is nice but as a Platinum member or any guest. We had NO housekeeping when we returned at 10pm. We're tried and want shower (no clean towels) and hit the hay. But now, we have to wait on clean towels and someone to clean our room. Nice, why are we Platinum members again?

Friendly staff took great care of us during our stay and helped us with the extensions we needed to make in our reservation. Great staff in the restaurant bar area.
