Room was spacious, amenities good. Plenty of parking and easy access to highway. Restaurant has great happy hour deals and live music.
No microwave in the room is very inconvenient. Besides that, it is an excellent establishment.
The staff are very friendly, and the bar/restaurant is great. The rooms are clean, but could do with a little updating. Overall, a good hotel experience just minutes out from downtown Nashville.
Decent for the money. Rooms are a little dated, but they all look the same when you are sleeping.
Rooms were clean and cleaning staff were very professional, courteous, and quick to meet our needs but the beds were very small even though the front desk told us they were monstrously big and the pool was so dirty my kids refused to get in. There was also a lot of construction going on.
Great experience while checking in, very polite and professional. Interior was so nice and just loved the ambiance. Room was nice and clean.
Breakfast buffet was average like Hampton Inn or HIE. Was hoping they would have cooked to order but they didn t, coffee was good.

Nice, exceptionally clean hotel. Only stayed overnight for a business trip, but it was perfect for that purpose. The bed was huge and comfortable and the rooms were a good size. Modern rooms and modern, inviting lobby and bar.

It's comfortable. Room is a little small but fine for one person. Room service delivered a room temperature meal 2 nights in a row. The food was OK but nothing that I would seek out. The staff have all been very helpful and friendly.
Our stay at Four Points in Brentwood was absolutely excellent. My family and I had our Staycation here. The phenomenal service provided by Mr. Rod and staff made it feel like we were in a private resort. Our room was spacious and decor had a homey feel. This has certainly become one of our preferred hotels of TN. Looking forward to our next stay.
Booked for my artists / clients staying from out of town. These are important clients with top budget recordings. The hotel had various bug infestations and the rude staff were unapologetic and said, "well, it's gonna happen... what's the problem?"... they also BLAMED my clients for not saying something immediately when they arrived in the room... of course they didn't notice anything because we were so busy the first two days.
Was a real mess; no compensation or refund and clients were forced to pay extra money booking a new hotel the same day to have a insect-free room. Also lost 6 hours of studio time due to hotel negligence.
Beware... the Sheraton brand should be ashamed of the hotel management for allowing such arrogance and ruthless treatment of its guests while having an infestation! DO NOT BOOK; WILL COST YOU MONEY AND POTENTIAL REPUTATION.
Very polite receptionist. Our shower broke and I had to take a bath. They comped our breakfast for the trouble.
Had reservations for Aug 31st since Aug 3rd through a 3rd party and was told that they contacted the 3rd party two days ago and cancelled our pre-paid reservation since they were overbooked due to maintenance issues that forces the closure of some rooms. No evidence of any closed rooms or maintenance workers. Absolutely ZERO empathy for our situation and less than zero assistance help with finding another place to stay be it a sister property or anywhere. The rude attitude was greater than Zero. Seemed like a good property but customer service is appalling.
Only stayed one night while passing through nashville. The room was clean and the rate was decent. Hotel was close to good food.
This place is a dump. They elevators malfunctioned all week. On the way up and down it stopped on every floor. Then I was stupid enough to leave my charger in the room. And I try to call and the phone lines are down. Then I called Marriot customer service and have been on hold 10 min and counting just to speak to anyone. This whole experience was an absolute cluster. Pick somewhere else if you have a choice.

Worst place I've ever stayed .. as much as I paid you would think there would be free breakfast or a room with heat that worked right.. They also wrongfully charged my bank card 200$ the day after i checked out and when i called to ask why my card was charged this amount the executive housekeeper told me it was because there were signes of smoking in the room. I asked him what that would be and he told me that there was a ashtray in the trashcan (that was in my luggage and i threw away that morning it was used pn the trip to tennessee from ohio so it was dirty but never used in the room or hotel.),and a empty pack of ciggaretts that was on the trashcan also.. no fresh ashes, no smoke smell, no indication at all that anyone was smoking in that room! I mean if it is a non smoking hotel than if someone smoked in the room you would clearly smell smoke in the hallway on the 4th floor.. The guests on the 4th floor never complained of any smoke smell or signs of smoking.. It clearly seems to me as if There just trying to find anything and everything they can to wrongfully accuse and charge credit cards. There was a huge gap under the air conditioning unit where freezing cold air from outside was just blowing in so I had to stuff pillows all around the unit so my 5 year old , me, and my man didn't freeze . The heating sucked it would kick on and off at the wrong times leaving it way too hot or freezing cold .. no fridge .. no trash bags in the trash cans.. no help bringing luggage inside or to your rooms and the blankets were so thin it was just a sheet pretty much.. .. horrible place to stay would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I am going to fight this charge on my card because there was absolutely no one smoking in the room at all.. I want my 200$ put back in my bank account and I'm not giving up until justice is done and this hotel is exposed for the way they run this place....

I've stayed here four different weeks now. Nice place, well kept, friendly staff, but I'm disappointed to say I might have to look for somewhere else. The WiFi is awful, that's a deal breaker in this day and age.
Staff who cares and the property is clean. That s all it matters.
Clean room. Hotel is well maintained, decor is up-to-date. Convenient to local offices and the Interstate. Friendly front desk staff. Beds and linens are standard Four Points issue; not nearly as comfortable as a Westin or W bed.
Nice place to stay and nice staff. Took a little longer to check in, even though I checked in via mobile.

Good hotel. The "complimentary continental breakfast" is different than the "hot breakfast" (eggs, bacon, etc...) and we weren't told, but other than that everything has been good.
Great room, little noise. Made adjustments to help accommodate an early check in.

Great location. Not as clean as I would have liked. There was mold in the bathroom and the drain was cracked and wallpaper peeling off the wall. The pillows on the sofa were not clean either. We booked this spot because there was an option for points and cash. We use the pull out sofa in the room and there was no linens available for use in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. I POSTED PICS OF THE MOLD AND THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED.
Usually Four Points is one of my favorite hotels however, tonight at this particular hotel I am extremely displeased. Upon ch cking in, the front desk over charged my card by more the 4 times the amount it should have been charged. I had a funny feeling something wasn't right so upon arriving at my room I checked my account and found the over charge. I immediately called the front desk and told them what had happened. They argued with me and would not accept responsibility for their actions. This will be the last time I will stay at this location!!
Reasonably comfortable room, but lots of cob webs hanging from the walls and ceiling. Lobby restaurant/bar does not serve lunch.
Nice staff....food in bar very average, time to change your menu. Rooms decent. Old doors they slam and make a lot of noise
