Need outlets more conveniently located in room... tv sucked, but you're not here for the TV! Restaurant in lobby has weird hours, don't expect lunch... room is very clean and tidy... staff is friendly and helpful... wifi was decent, a few dead spots, but it's a big building... anywhere you would sit to work it was fine... my single room was huge, had a comfy chair, huge bed with loads of pillows, well thought out desk area, closet with safe, and large bathroom...

Wow!! This place lived up to all of the positive reviews I read when I decided to stay there versus several places closer to where I would be spending most of my time while in the Nashville area.

I had left my favorite sweater behind...and when I realized I had forgotten it, the restaurant staff had turned it in, and the housekeeping staff had it and told me how to get a shipment set up for its return. Top notch service from the beginning to the end of my visit!!

For the discounted price of $169 you can have a room with 0 updates, stained bedding, chewed up gum on the floor, no trash bags in the trash cans, and an AC unit that goes out at 10:30 pm after your kids are asleep. So then you get to wake them up and move to another room. All while the staff acts like this is normal. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Guest services was confused by the room booking. This took several minutes to resolve.

Everything was great. Food, service was amazing. The conference itself was very informative very well set up and enjoyable to attend.

The restaurant books my bridge club 2 times a month. The manager and our server, Sam, are wondetful.

The rooms and especially the furniture are starting to show their age but everything was perfectly fine for a weekend in Nashville. The walls seemed a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper with noisy neighbors make sure to keep the fan on.

Not up to my expectations. Stayed in king bed room, no microwave, no chiller and the aircondition was worst, was running all night making noise.

Lovely hotel, the AC in my room (821) was horrible. Not complaining just giving a friendly reminder. I'll be back but I'll choose a different hotel if the ac isnt better next time

I've stayed here a few times. Place is nice, clean, friendly staff, and close to downtown, but far enough to be inexpensive. The bar on premise isn't too shabby either

Overpriced for what it is. No one was at the front desk for 5-10 minutes when I arrived. I started looking for Digital check in because it didn t look like anyone worked there. Terrible coffee. Lackluster service. A sign advertised breakfast sandwiches and there was just one left shoved in a fridge. Most of the supplies at front were running low. All the shower products were picked either by or for men because they all smelled masculine. All of this would be OK if we paid $100, but it was $140+. This was a last minute stop on the way home from Florida so I m sure we paid surge pricing. PS it s in an office park, it does have a target within walking distance.

Nice and quiet hotel. Staff were very professional. Rooms had USB charging stations so no need to drag plugs along. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops.

It was like home away from home. Super comfortable bed, friendly and courteous staff, excellent experience

Great hotel, friendly staff and a great bar. We stayed here for a soccer tournament with the team and they were very accommodating.

We had a relatively pleasant stay here. A few noise issues but nothing too big to worry about. front desk staff was professional and helpful. no complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi was limited to one night of our three night stay. Housekeeping really needs to step it up because not once during our stay were trash cans changed or beds made. The price was very reasonable for the first night but went up substantially for the following two nights so that the ending average was more than I felt I received in value. not a terrible choice but I will consider other options in the area before going back here for my next stay.

Really nice people, and a soft bed! Normally I expect a hard hotel bed and a rough night, but I had a great night sleep in a nice soft King.

Horrible! Reservation were made and not upheld upon checking in. 4 people working the front desk and only one was able to program the door access cards. 160$ a night you would think they would correct the reservation a little faster than the 12 hours it took them

Love our room! Separate living area and 2 bathrooms. The restaurant downstairs has good food and drinks. Nice lounge area in the lobby also. Only disappointed about no driver for the shuttle working when we needed it. Lyft ride to downtown Nashville was about $15 and 15 minutes. I would stay here again!

Besides absence of complementary breakfast & the housekeeping service walking in on my naked hahaha she didnt even announce herself nevertheless my stay was perfect.. Beautiful room & lobby with a restaurant & bar attached to it.. they also have grab & go where you can order food from kitchen then pick up at the front desk.. overall this place is nice

In room TV are set up to not allow dvd, video game, or any other connections. We are in town for surgery and recovery. A video game would be a nice way to pass the time, yet it s blocked.

Convenient to close shopping and dining. Nice room. Front desk very helpful.

We were in a suite, and it was great. The elevators were broken and only on elevator out of three worked. We spent 10 minutes waiting for the elevator.

Clean room, restaurant was nice. Did not have complimentary breakfast, but did have complimentary dinner on Wednesday night.

For the brand and price you should stay elsewhere. Rust running down shower wall, noisy AC.

No fridge. No microwave. No TV channels. Compared to other Hotels and stays, this one doesn't stand a chance of a return... If your a Corp traveler, forget it!

Nice place to stay while in Brentwood. Walk to Target and several restaurants, including Longhorn and Waffle House. Great staff! Very pleased overall.

Stayed here one night. No complaints. The room was clean, either new or recently renovated, and well appointed. The staff was courteous and very friendly. This hotel is a good value 3 minutes from the airport.

Not the most friendly hotel. Front Desk employees do not greet guests when entering and exiting the building. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are average (no refrigerator or complimentary breakfast)

Location is conveniently located right off the highway. Room was clean and well kept.

Spent one night here for a near by concert. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is the tap water tasted odd

A lovely hotel - well located and the staff was amazing. We booked a last minute room at a great price onsite. The room was updated and clean, and the staff was quick to bring extra bedding on request. We all look forward to coming back.

I love this hotel, down here for a bachelorette party weekend with the girls and and every one agrees it was the perfect place to stay, spacious suite and friendly staff close to everything we need!

No free breakfast, OK room with a very noisy air conditioner, rowdy and loud crowd in the lobby both nights we were there (football?), and a security guard in the lobby in the evenings.

THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AND WE WILL NOT RETURN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND NOT UP TO OUR STANDARDS. STAFF MEMBERS WERE RUDE AND MEAN AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. WHEN WE ASKED QUESTIONS STAFF WOULD LOOK AT YOU CRAZY AND GIVE A QUICK RESPONSE. MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE STAFF SCHEDULE TO WORK.

Nice looking rooms however the maid service was poor. Made coffee in the room and went to make some the next day found they didnt even take the pod out, or throw away the trash. only good this was the Staff at the check in desk

From check in to check out the experience was darn near perfect.
The check in process was seamless. The young man at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. I felt at home. This particular day was a really bad day for me. But this interaction really changed my mood. He engages with the customers something you don t see much anymore.
The rooms were clean.

Comode squealed when flushed, sink was dirty and there needs to be a WARNING about your Alcohol tax - 24???

Well lit parking lot. Close to downtown Nashville which was convenient for eclipse viewing
