Jonathan and I thoroughly enjoyed the FortuneBuilders Full Immersion session this past weekend, in Augusta, GA. The session was very informative, and the hands-on experience was phenomenal! Getting out in the field and actually completing the repair estimator, analyzing the results with our group, and plugging the numbers into the deal analyzer was a real eye-opener for us. Our Instructor, William (Bill) Hook, provided great information and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He will definitely be a contributing factor to our future wins by the knowledge that he poured into us this past weekend. Thank you again Bill!

Joining Fortune Builders was a real eye opener for me. I owned my own roofing co since 1980 and worked hard paying the bills then had 2 beautiful daughters and my wife started working with me we put them thru college and we didn't get rich but did alright. We are 58 now and when we joined in 2014 we knew we couldn't keep working the way we did. So we completed our first flip and sold before we listed, bought our first residential rental and have bought 2 more properties to start rehabbing. We still have a ways to go not working in our business but we are striving to be working on our business, thanks so much Fortune Builders for showing us the right way

Just attended the Boot Camp in Orlando, Fl. What a amazing 4days it was. I would say if you are debating if this is for you?, I say attend the weekend seminar. The Boot camp was Very well done and gave me and my business partner a more understanding on some things we had questions about. THIS IS FOR SURE THE BEST THING I HAVE DONE in life.

I highly recommend the Construction Management Academy to all Fortune Builders Students, no matter what your level of experience is to date.
Whether you are brand new, or have years of experience as a Real Estate Investor. I guarantee you will not only gain more knowledge about this field, but you will experience an entire different market, and way of doing business.
Personally this was my 3rd time now attending this event, and I cannot express enough, how grateful I am to JD, and all the other Fortune Builders Team Members who take part in the organization of this event. The amount of knowledge you will receive from attending the Construction Management Academy you cannot put a price on. This academy is absolutely second to none.
I personally have been able to see first hand all the different stages that go into a complete first level remodel, add on of a second story and roof deck. Yes a ROOF DECK! This property is insane.
Starting with the purchase of this property in a very prestigious and sought after area of La Jolla/Mt Soledad, San Diego bought as is.
This property went from a dated 2465sq ft single level 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage property (with very little ocean views). To a now 4462sq ft 5 bedrooms (all with their own private full baths, not including the other two half baths on the 1st and 2nd floors for guests). Now 3 car garage, a den/study. Balcony's in the front and full balcony in the back, including a private master bedroom balcony on the 2nd level all giving great ocean views. Did I mention this house has a ROOF DECK also? The view from the roof deck is an absolute visual breath taking experience.
The other properties I've been able to visit, while attending the Construction Management Academy were two side by side vacant lots where they are in the final stages of plans to build two brand new two story houses from the ground up.
You will not only have the privilege to see first hand the different stages of an on going complete remodel, and possible new construction project, but in class you will also learn all the necessary key players you will need on your team in order to conduct renovations and new construction at such a high level.
I'm talking about people like Consultants, Designers, Architects, Planners, various types of Engineers, Surveyors, Interior Designers, and the list goes on and on.
You will learn the different marketing strategies that go into projects at these magnitudes. Things that normally we just wouldn't think to do, but could completely change a project from a rehab to a quick wholesale deal netting you a very nice return.
I truly believe if you are to be successful in anything you choose to do, no matter what it is, first and foremost you must commit to educating yourself in that particular industry.
We as Fortune Builders Mastery Students are fortunate enough to have at our discretion the knowledge compiled from years of experience and tremendous success right at our finger tips and all we have to do is show up.
This can mean many things to each and everyone of us. I learned a long time ago that you must surround yourself with like minded people. People who are where you either want to be or are at the very least heading that direction.
Although I am a little over 1 year new to Fortune Builders, it is so important in order for my business to continue to thrive and move forward that I expand my knowledge base, and in order to do that I must constantly surround myself around the winners in this great organization, including the people I look up to and want to model my business after Than, Paul, Conrad, and JD.

Very informative, instead of going to college and spending thousands of dollars I wish that I could have done the Mastery Program. I have that "start now" mantality. I'm looking into starting my business now, taking those baby steps to Financial Freedom. Thank you for the opportunity to change my life.

I attended all three days at the Boardman, Ohio seminar. The content and professionalism were definitely on point. I left with a definite strategy on how to direct my activities to build my financial portfolio in real estate. I feel more hopeful and excited about what I can accomplish and appreciate the entire team conducting the event. Special thanks to Jon, Joe and Bren, you rock. So glad I took off work to attend!

When I went to college, I learned from smart people who knew but did not do. In Fortune Builders, I learn from smart people who know BECAUSE they do.

Went to the free seminar that they hold in cities to try to influence you to sign up for their classes. Learned some valuable information but it was mostly a sales pitch, and when I didn't sign up for the three day class they were rude to me. It was free though so three stars.

Excellent hands on training for our Full Immersion! Shane Hunt was professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. The experience of going out and using the tools and knowledge we get from our training is priceless. We now have the confidence to assess and analyze a property in a manner and that is easy and efficient. So excited to continue applying everything we've learned!

This past weekend I attended a FortuneBuilders Full Immersion event in Denver. What an awesome weekend! Our instructor was Cory Wilks, who did an outstanding job in presenting a HUGE amount of material in a concise and understandable way. In my experience, subject matter experts aren't always good at teaching the subject matter. Not the case with Cory. He was clearly knowledgeable about every topic, and his manner and approach to teaching the material was outstanding. I would eagerly attend a Cory Wilks taught event again.

Really really enjoyed the class. I learned more important information about real estate investment, finances, and tax laws and more and more in three days then I did in my entire education fist from preschool to graduate school. I not even the same person I was before the three day seminar. I have more confidence about starting a business buying properties and have a solid plan utilize systems and have decades of experts, coaches, and multi millionaire experience behind me!

My Full Immersion was a great experience. The trainer, Coach Dan, was very good (great more like it). He got to know each of us by name very quickly. I felt very comfortable with him from the very beginning when he gave us our name badges. He made the class fun and explained things very well. The topics were explained well and he answered our questions with no problem.
Going out to look at homes was very helpful - just getting the "hands on" experience is always a confidence builder. Looking forward to my next Immersion training. Thank you "Dan the Man"!!!

We attended our first bootcamp and as usual, it was amazing. Everything was so organized and the speakers at the Asset Protection and Tax planning were all engaging and full of awesome information. We cant wait for ignite in Vegas. It is great to be a part of Fortune Builders.

Had an amazing Full Immersions training last weekend in Ft Lauderdale, FL. Our speaker Malhar Bhagat absolutely Crush It! Being able to go on the field and actually visit different houses with different levels of rehab, with was priceless.

I am doing this again because I did it late last night but I'm not sure it went through. Shaun was an excellent coach, teacher!! both professional and personal. Sharing his personal life and business experience help me to see that I can overcome my fears of the unknown. He help me to believe that with hard work and the right Mindset I too Wil be able to accomplish my long deferred Dream! It's rare to find someone that can make you believe in yourself if you've come through a lot of trails and set backs, and this is what Mr Shane Hunt did for Me. THANK YOU !!

I had my Full Immersion this weekend. My partners and I learned sooo much from our instructor, Sayam Ibrihim. I left with a better understanding of how to complete a repair estimate, submitting offers & proposals and a wealth of other information. His professionalism, along with his sense of humor annd ability to engage the class, made it easy to ask questions and retain information. He has a passion for real estate that is infectious!! The 2 day full immersion with Dan McCutchen was such a helpful tool. Our group went from being really unsure of our abilities to massive confidence! Dan crushed it, and by the end, we were crushing it too!

If you have ever considered going to a real estate work shop it would be well worth your time to really consider The Than Merill's experience. Joining Fortune Builders in 2015 was the BEST thing EVER! It was then that I began my education in real estate investing and learned through proven methods and systems, I could make not just money, but LOTS of money in real estate! The more I make, the more I can impact the world with bigger donations to worthy causes like sponsoring and rescuing children from poverty in Jesus' name through Compassion International.
My first rehab deal netted my company almost double my annual salary as a social worker!
I struggled as a single parent to make ends meet for decades. With Than's systems, I learned how to make money with other people's money - while they make money too! And I use that same system to use my funds to make money on other's deals as well. All while still working as a social worker.
I will be a Fortune Builder for the rest of my life!!!! So exciting!

As someone new to real estate and Fortune Builders, I have a steep learning curve with hours of studying ahead of me. My experience of FB so far has been exceptional; from customer support to the coaching sessions, to the quality of information in the core curriculum, to the systems available, as well as this weekend's immersion. Shane was outstanding in his presentation of the material as well as keeping us engaged. The most difficult part was just knowing he was up there not feeling so well. When the class started, Shawn let us know right away that we were going to get flooded with information, and he was right! Fortunately, I've been involved in real estate for quite some time so much of it was familiar to me but I know that I don't know everything so much of the information and the details that Shawn went into were incredibly eye-opening. There were a number of times that I could sense my confidence level increasing just by listening to the input Shawn gave about the topics. The day out at the properties was a game changer for me. I went into it with my detailed property management eye and Shawn quickly taught me that I have to undo that thinking. By the time we got to the third house I was able to get a ballpark repair cost estimate in the time allowed and my estimate was the closest to the actual owners estimate she came up with when she bought the property. This was all due to the hands on learning and real advice that Shawn gave . If not for that I don't think I would've been as accurate. When it was time to review the comps to come up with an asking price, I was incredibly happy to learn that the price that we thought should be offered was the EXACT offer that the current owner bought the property for! Again, the training and hands on learning and advice from Shawn made that possible. I can't describe how may confidence grew from that exercise. I'm grateful for Shawn talking to me while walking the property and answering all of my questions. I would recommend anyone to attend a seminar or course that Shawn is facilitating in a heartbeat! He was awesome!!

Full Immersion is Exactly as it is titled- A Full Immersion of the entire course but embellishment of the finer points. The embellishment of Full Immersion is carried out thoroughly in such fine detail that you walk away with no doubt what-so-ever about the elevator pitch or the deal analyzer and so much more in just two days time. You walk in wondering what's this all about and leave more knowledgeable than ever. One's level of confidence in your self is nothing less than fabulous.

I can't believe people have not figured out these guys yet. These guys are nothing but predators getting other people to do the work and get leads for them. Yes, we all need a financial education, but these guys teach you nothing except how to line their pockets.

Went to a training session. Next day I received a call asking if I wanted to re-schedule the session since I was not able to attend. Told them I did go to the session and asked to be removed from the list. I have gotten at least 10 more calls and had asked them EVERY time to remove me from the calling list.... I'm still on.. just got another call this morning.. If I can't trust them to get something so simple done correctly.. I don't want to know anything else

It was a great learning experience and changed my life to be honest. I am ready to take full control of my financial future. With hard work and a no quit attitutude I know this type of financial freedom can be attained. I joined Fortune Builders Mastery after a 3 day seminar because I was planning to rehab some properties to create rental income to replace our lost retirement savings due to my wife's medical bills.

As someone who had done several rehabs previously in the 1990s with careers as a journeyman carpenter and later high tech project manager, at 62 I cannot afford any big financial mistakes. I was looking for help with contracts and checklists.

The contracts and checklists alone were worth my investment. The online training brought me back into and up to speed on the real estate and financial markets. The marketing materials for my company to use, repair estimator and deal analysis exceeded my expectations and built my confidence. The coaching and live deal analysis support increased my confidence further and left me feeling that I was not alone on my investment/rehabbing adventure (read scary). The support team has been world class, responsive and caring.

The BootCamp training and networking events brought me into the FB family in a very real way. I received encouragement with almost every conversation from other members that were achieving their goals. Other members wanted to join up and collaborate or share accountability. Other Mastery members in my region have been generous with their resources and knowledge.

I was reminded last week after listening to JD, Paul and Than; just how sincere, humble and devoted to helping others succeed they are. (As are their partners at RealeFLow, Mind Protein, and Grand Coast Capital.) It is the epitome of a culture that I want to be a part of.

The FB Culture is the opposite of what I see in the media about our country today. I've learned to focus on my business and continue my personal development and education. At 62 I am excited to learn more each day!

Every bit of the business process, training materials, collateral documents and spreadsheets, coaching and membership is world class. A+ 10 out of 10 in my case.

Dan "The Man" McCutchen Crushed It in San Antonio Immersion! He is yet another one of the Fortune Builders Best! Any little doubt I have had about any part of this exciting journey my life partner and I embarked on is gone! I can't say enough praise for these awesome teams of great hard working intelligent people with their own true powerful stories! Everyone involved from the top to the bottom has impressed me to no end. The true life stories they have really brings it home for all of us inspired, motivated and pumped up! Failure is not an option! I will live a better life and live life happier getting to know and work with all team members involved. Thanks Dan! You did a great job and now I know I can do this!

I joined Fortune Builders the last weekend in February and I have not been this excited about anything and years! Every single person that I have encountered from this organization has been knowledgeable professional and helpful. Seanee Mac was fantastic during our three-day Workshop, and Spiros was professional and fun for full immersion. Thank you Richie for helping me accomplish what I needed to do in order to get accepted into this top-notch organization! I have dreams of one day being in their shoes and coaching others!

Avoid like the plague! The 3 day seminars are convincing but in the end they use high pressure sales tactics to join their mastery program. If you don t have the cash to pay the $25,000 for their program they pressure you to go into debt and put it on a credit card. They use the same tactics as time share sales people. They also push their partners to help you set up your corporation and other services at an additional cost of $2,500-10,000. The systems they offer can be obtained by attending free or low cost Real Estate Investment groups in most areas. Finding Deals as they call them is next to impossible, not as easy as they purport. Just weeks after signing up and paying $25,000 for the Mastery program we were pressured into signing up for their VIP program, for of course more money! We had one phone meeting with our so called coach and hadn t made a single deal and they were pressuring on the VIP upgrade! Fortunately, we regained our senses and didn t sign up for the upgraded program. Don t get sucked into the charm of their speakers and high pressure tactics!!! We went into debt to the tune of $45,000. I wish we had done more research before buying into their hype. The only people making money is Fortune Builders. Save money and join a local REI group and network with people there. I learned more in one REI meeting and from contacts I made there than I could have learned with Fortune Builders and it was free!

I recently attended Marketing Systems Immersion in Portland, OR taught by Scot Stafford. It was a 5 star weekend thanks to Scot. The class was engaging, informative and alot of fun! Scot helped us cover alot of material in a clear, concise and meaningful way. He crushed it!

It is amazing to see how passionate Fortune Builders want every single student to succeed. Before I talk about Fortune Builders, I want to share some of my background in real estate. I am starting a business with my family and prior to joining Fortune Builders, I had no knowledge about establishing a business, investing in real estate properties, and lacked the thinking mindset needed to succeed in this industry.

I recently joined the Fortune Builder's Mastery family and my experience so far has been priceless. The amount of information and resources provided have made me 120% more comfortable and confident in succeeding in this industry.

This past weekend, I had my full immersion session with Dan McCutchen. Dan is an excellent speaker and such a huge resource; he made my family a lot more confident and optimistic about our future. During our immersion weekend, he took us out to some of the properties he is currently working on and gave us a breakdown on how to evaluate/analyze a home. I'll tell you that when I first walked in the doors on Saturday morning, I had no confidence in locating properties, evaluating it, and creating an offer and after one weekend, I feel like a pro! Furthermore, the weekend was a great networking opportunity to meet people in your area looking to do the same as you.

Although my family still has a lot more to learn, we never get tired of learning; this is a direct result of the environment Dan created this weekend and the mentality Fortune Builder's engraves into its students.

Our Full Immersion weekend was so informative and fun. Bill Hook not only "taught the class", he made us think for ourselves. We got to actually experience going out and conducting a repair estimate on a property in our area. It was a real "hands on" experience instead of just looking at slides and sitting in a stuffy room. Before joining FortuneBuilders, I had worked on Wall street for most of my working life. After leaving there shortly after the 911 tragedy, I worked as a New York City public school teacher until I joined the FortuneBuilders family. I had absolutely no experience with anything real estate except when I purchased my own homes. The education and training that I have received, and continue to receive from this amazing organization, gave me the confidence to purchase my first property within a year of joining as a mastery student. I went on to renovate and quickly sell that property thanks to the real estate knowledge that I now possess. The bootcamps that I attend each year continue to boost my confidence, and inspire me to go on to reach my real estate goals in the years to come.

The Full Immersion Training was incredibly interesting and beneficial in so many ways. Our trainer, Malhar Bhagat, was awesome and kept us all engaged and entertained. I attended the 2 hr introduction and traveled to attend the 3 day workshop and it is worth the time ten fold! You will leave with a new mindset and priceless information. For those of you who are thinking about not going you will regret it.

As I've come to expect from any FortuneBuilders coach, this was a top notch event! Shane is obviously very experienced in the topics he presents and does it with an enthusiasm that is contagious. If you don't give them your money they're fairly rude to you, and try to shame you by saying you have a technician mindset.. Their 3 day workshop is where they constantly tell you how much they're trying to help you, then offer you mastery from 30,000 to 50,000 dollars saying the price is because it shows your "motivation." I'm 21 with only 5 thousand and they actually wanted me to raise my credit and go into debt to pay for their program when they couldn't even guarantee I would make a dime from it.

I joined FB 3 years ago scared, and naive to the amount of work it took to be an investor. Because of the knowledge I recieved through the program I was able to overcome each challenge we came upon moving forward in our business. I've always had a technician mindset because that's what I was thought growing up and literally after Cory's teaching made me understand that i don't have to dedicate all my TIME working for someone. This Fortune Builders marketing immersion was incredibly informative! We have been full-time real estate investors since 2003, using many strategies like bandit signs, direct mail, and seller calls, but we still picked up so many tips to direct and refine what we are currently doing. Additionally, we learned several new strategies to automate and leverage how we are implementing our marketing, to free up more of our time for locking down acquisitions with sellers and running more rehab projects. It will be fun to see how many additional thousands of dollars this will create for our business in 2017! Scott, the instructor, was fantastic! He kept us motivated and engaged and continually used real life examples of how these marketing strategies are working in his business and the businesses of other FB students.

Fortune Builders and Dan McCutchen are AMAZING! Attending The Full Immersion and having Dan as the trainer was beyond my expectations, he is not only professional but he's passionate about Real Estate and helping Students succeed. The training course covered a lot of information, perfect for beginners and new investors. We learned so much from the training and have already put it into practice.

Can't wait to start using all the tools taught in the three day course. My education investments will be through FortuneBuilders. I learned so much and feel much more confident about how to start. Our instructor was so much fun and truly sincere in his teaching and everyone that was there to support him and the students were also awesome and sincere.

The first free class is just to give you an idea of how you can learn more and do your business in real estate to learn how to flipp houses, but what they really want is that you are interested in a 3-day course that costs $ 197.00 if you do it that day, which is a great discount according to them because if you register online it costs $ 500. Then, in the 3 days of training, you think you are going to master flipping, but no! They never tell you how to do it. They make you a motivational show, similar to that of the network marketing companies, very emotional and they even cry, to get you hooked and surprise !! ... They present you their Master book where they tell you how rich you are going to make taking that course, whose value is $ 24,999.00 . In those 3 days the only thing they are doing is a cocowash, wasting your valuable time, meanwhile they finish convincing more people, but in all those 3 days they do not teach you ANYTHING for what you were supposedly interested in. These results of successes that they present could be real, I don't know, but if you don't have that money to pay for that course, which is what they really want, you better not waste your time. They do not offer you but not a snack cookie! ... What a way to cheat one, they have no respect !!

I attended a truly informative Real Estate Investing 3 day course offered by Fortune Builders recently, and I must say , they delivered far more information than I ever imaged and the time was more than well spent.
So often you are left without a real road map of how to begin the real estate investing journey if you are unable to afford the full coaching experience, but this presenter, Cole Hatter left nothing to the imagination.
I truly appreciate his honesty and thorough approach to guiding us through the process. So much so that I would recommend that anyone who can join the Mastery Program do so knowing that you are on your way to being a successful, profitable business owner, and you are about to change your life forever.

I attended the 3-day seminar and the amount of information given was enormous, however it was systematically distributed in precise and concise slides. Each slide was thoroughly elaborated on by our facilitator, and sprinkled with group discussion and Q&A. In addition there were advisors who we could talk with throughout the entire event. My confidence in my ability to enter real estate investment went through the roof as a result of the knowledge I gained.
