I wish Fortune Builders existed before my college days! By far, it was the best investment I ever made in my personal growth and professional development.

Sayam Ibrahim was our Coach/Instructor for the Full Immersion course in Orlando. We had a great time! The experience was very educational, fun, and such a great opportunity! Sayam was kind, passionate, knowledgeable, patient, & made sure we all understood each concept before moving forward. He kept everything lively & appealed to all learning styles. I highly recommend going to the Full Immersion course. If you have a chance to get Sayam as a teacher, take it! Amazing, Incredible, Positive, Excellent, Wonderful.....

These are the words that best describe Fortune Builders. Is this my opinion or fact? Well let me explain in detail why I truly believe it to be a fact! Before I started writing this review I did some research on my own... So I read through several reviews online, great reading by the way. We have some great fiction writers out there giving reviews. Really, this one is great. It goes something like this - read this book, go to the library, start investing tomorrow and someday you will be the next Paul and Than. Again, Really!! Why is it that other companies that claim to have similar programs are trashing Fortune Builders? I sorted through many, and I mean many reviews on these similar companies and do you know how many negative things Fortune Builders said about them? None!! What happened to the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover"? How can you write a review on a anything until you actually experienced it? And I really mean experienced it!! Most people wrote their review based on the three day event. That wasn't nearly enough time of hands on to give negative reviews. At that point you either though it was a fit for you or not. If it were a fit for you hopefully you applied and were accepted into Mastery. Otherwise you walk away with more knowledge then you entered with 3 days earlier. So here's an example of what I'm saying... You go to a new restaurant and order the fried fish and you really disliked it. Do you go home and write a horrible review on that establishment? I honestly don't think you can say yes to that question, you clearly don't have enough experience with their cooking. What if you go back and order the steak and it's amazing? Would that cancel out your previous negative review? I don't think so!! So don't do it!! So here's why I believe that the words Amazing, Incredible, Positive, Excellent, and Wonderful best describe Fortune Builders. I'm a Mastery Student!! I wasn't paid to write this review, it's just the opposite, I paid to join Mastery. I've been a Student in Mastery for just under one year, so yes, I have enough experience invested to write this review. I've been following their proven systems, using their software and knowledgebase, and it's working for me. In under a year I managed to purchase 5 properties, rehab them to Fortune Builder Standards (not just a flip), and sell them all with a profit..... I've learned so much from their website and training events. The Fortune Builders Team lead by Paul and Than truly care about making their students successful. They are not just teaching us a bunch of ideas they came up with, each and every step and process has been proven in their own business, CT Homes.... They learn by doing and teach from experience..... I had the opportunity to meet Than, Paul, and many of their team members at events in the past. They are great individuals. So what makes my 5 Start Review of Fortune Builders more Creditable then those others? I think I answered that already but to sum this short review up, I have a years worth of hands on experience and I'm still learning every day!! They quote this phrase often and it's the truth, "I don't know what I don't know". As long as they keep teaching us I'll keep learning and building my success the same way they are.

I enjoyed the class and the experience was extremely valuable to grow my confidence in my new business endeavor and in the field. It was a great learning experience and I am firmly grounded in knowing that the investment I made into the education system will save me from costly mistakes, provide invaluable resources, and result in a ROI in less than a year. The abundance mindset is all that I've been exposed to and it's one of the main reasons why the systems they provide work. The people, the network, the mentors, and the coaches are sharing everything they can to aid in the success of others. This class made the decision of investing in myself feel really good!

OMG, the Fortune Builders Rehab bootcamp in Orlando was AMAZING! We learned everything from finding properties and contractors, using the contractor's system to keeping myself protected and building a list of title companies so that we can close faster and much more. We learned about the 3 questions for your city/county and the 4 questions for every rehab, lets not forget ROIT, KPIs and..... you just need to go. I can't explain how much I've learned or how motivated I was after that bootcamp. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Great Course! Even though the course is only 2 days, you will walk away with some great knowledge. The instructor Bill was also great with explaining and breaking down every subject. I would recommend this course to anyone.

Since becoming a member of the FB community in May I have gotten continuous support. In my recent trip over the past 5 days at the FB Orlando boothcamp my experience has been a remarkable journey. There is no regrets joining the program and I recommend it for everyone. I had a life altering experience at the Fortune Builders three day conference. The seminar exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I've learned more about asset protection and the true cost of a 401k in those three days than I've learned in a lifetime and I've been around a few decades. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to change their consumer mindset to that of an investor.

Fortune Builders is par to none in the resources it has to enable you to run a successful and scalable real estate investing business. I still use almost all of their systems with a few tweaks for my specific market after three years in the business full time. No matter what getting into real estate is going to be a lot of work, especially on your first few deals. But if you have the motivation and follow their systems you will be successful.

My 2 day Full Immersion was incredible!
Dan went over everything step by step on how and what we should be doing and let us ask questions along the way witch helped us better understand what we were learning! And on the second day we did our buss tour to 3 houses teaching us how to estimate repairs and on the third house we were on our on to do this and we CRUSHED IT!!!

The Full Immersion class with JoAnna Anderson was a lot more full-filling than I ever expected. Although there was a lot of material to learn, JoAnna's teaching style made learning fun and easy to comprehend. I attended a three webinar. Never in a million years I thought I would be so inspired as I was with Jon Steingraber with Fortune Builders. I was really down about my business as a Realtor/Investor. Just finished the 2nd day of our 3 day seminar in Salt Lake City! First I've never written a review on any company online like this!! I'll start by saying everything I've learned or experienced thus far with FB has been top notch!! I see the value in everything they offer!! It has taken hold of me & ignited a fire in me that has been OUT for a long time! I've been interested in real estate investing for a long time however the fear of failing & lack of knowledge I trust has held me back! Those chains were beginning to fall off until I was told how much $$ it would be to really begin mastering investing with the least amount of risk possible!! That fire in me that FB has ignited has been out since tragically losing my 5 1/2 yr old son Lane Michael!! Lane & I had the world by the #*lls...dad had a great career in management with a very bright future!! Sadly I didn't handle his death to good and lost everything! I've fought with everything I could to get back on track to chase my dreams & make Lane proud. Since answering to ad on the radio to now has been my largest leap so far!! I finally started to take ACTION behind my newly acquired confidence! I know(not think) I can be hugely successful investing in real estate. Although tiny to some it was HUGE for me...I designed & ordered my FIRST ever business cards that had the name of my new & first company!! LMRealEstate Investing!! Named for & after my son Lane Michael!!
Now comes my 1 & only problem with Fortune Builders!!!! Why can't you be up front and honest about the cost of Real Estate Investing with the lowest risk possible will cost!!!! I'm sure I'm not the only desperate, BROKE father to have FB light that fire to finally see a way to make your child proud of you only to hear a $50,000 cost!! Do I think it's worth it YES I just challenge Fortune Builders to be different & stand tall over all the other companies out there and be upfront with costs!!! Not sure how,when or where u will see me again! But you will!! I hope Than can shake my hand & tell me they changed how & when they divulge the costs & really become the best company out there HANDS DOWN!!!!

My first Full Immersion! Crushed it! It was more than I expected. I learned a lot in only 2 days. This program is amazing. Shane was great. He kept us both interested and entertained. Interactive class exercises were fun and educational. I loved going out into the field. Overall, this immersion class has built up my confidence in going out there and doing this on my own, with my partners of course. Dan and John were also great, can't leave these guys out. All three gentlemen made us feel like part of the family. They also had a great sense of humor which is a hard commodity these days. Since I first enrolled in Fortune Builders I have talked and met so many great people. The trainers, mentors, and all support members have been wonderful (Ralph Plumb, Erik Sorensen, Jasmine and Natasha). I think I'll stay! :)

The recent Internet Intensive and Wholesaling Bootcamp Summit in San Diego was amazing! The energy produced was palpable and I didn't want it to end!

this workshop was awsome. Dina delivered a stunning blow to the ears of the students, I dont know how she did it speaking to us all for 3 days in a row, she deffenatly has a welth of knowledge that was shared and she was very informative. i wouldnt mind taking the workshop again as we were all engaged in what we were learning on so many topics. this team was awsome and the time spent was worth every minute and then some. the followup is great also. it is mostly about the heart and haveing your systems in place to succeed. thank you all and I look forward to future success. you helped me find a greater side to life...

Great learning environment, Awesome instructor, and incredible information.

Unfortunately, I wasted my time with a bunch of fanfare and a motivational speech regarding how he got rich and not how we can get rich. The two days that I was there ( both days I left early ) the speaker only had talking points, he did not give any detail information on anything. All he wanted to do was sell his system of products. We re already paid $297. We literally paid that money to hear a man try and sell more products and talk about his family and how good his life is. That one minute was spent on actual information that we could take out into the real world and start buying houses. What I did learn is how to make Hawaiian Harrington sign with my hand, I learned how to clap my hands two times and then grab my hands three times and yell boom really loud. I guess fanfare is worth $297. Please do not waste your money on Fortune builders. They re building their fortune, And will go home with the same amount of information we came in with and $297 less in our pockets.

While going in completely skeptical, I was anticipating being annoyed with wasting my time. I was absolutely wrong. I learned so much more than I ever thought possible. Even if I went in thinking I was going to learn a lot with a positive attitude, it was beyond that. I would go back again. Ralph Plumb was beyond knowledgeable and shared with us so much information, it was astonishing. I can't say enough, Ralph Plumb was amazing, his team was amazing, it was personable, and I would highly recommend going to anyone.

If you are serious about a home based business and have an open mind, this can be life changing! The earning and growth potential is unlimited, it is all up to you. However, with Fortune Builders you have a team that can guide you through the pitfalls of the industry. Go for it!

Full Immersion Class with Coach Elisa is extremely helpful. I have learned a lot in 2 days workshop, how to analyze a real property on site, estimate the repair cost in 15 minutes and come up a report without contractor's help - It is so Awesome!!! Strongly recommend this training !

The three days workshop I attended by Fortune Builders was life changing. After day one I had already decided that this would be a defining moment for me. We had an excellent speaker, in the person of Lee Escobar who through his own usage of the Fortune Builders systems was able to significantly improve his own Real Estate Investments and not only that, but use the financial education acquired to make his businesses more profitable. Lee is good humored and his energy is contagious, there is always that feeling that He genuinely wants us to succeed and that was important to me. Without hesitation I'd recommend these workshops to anyone, it's worth your last penny. In just 3 days I learnt more about money than I had in my whole life, I'm now able to use this knowledge to improve my own business models and maker better financial choices and not only that but to also achieve the financial freedom I know I deserve.

I went in to the fortune builders event a little bit skeptical. I knew I needed to approach my career and future differently than I had been, but I more than half expected someone who was simply going to say how great they and their company were. However, even with my skepticism, I remember my father saying, "a great idea from a fool is still a great idea and it takes a fool not to see that. " so I thought even if I only get one or two useful items from the event it could be worth it.
Instead of one or two useful items I spent my entire time taking notes. The ideas, the strategies, even the energy was all useful. Sean Mcnicolas was a fantastic speaker, and even more impressive was his availability. He encouraged attendees to speak with him during the breaks, before and after the event. He was as much of a resource as the content was. Sean was heartfelt and genuine, his honesty and openness about subject matter helped everyone in attendance to figure out what they needed and wanted. I can't imagine a better speaker to introduce anyone to the fortune builders way of doing things.

I really enjoyed the full immersion class, especially the tour of properties in the neighborhood that I grew up in. Dan McCutchen is a great instructor. Exceptional Job!! I have easy access to coaches and support, as I need it. I have attended their intensive, educational workshops nearly monthly since I joined, and each class is conducted professionally and packed with priceless information.

This company is exceptionally ethical and runs a principled business. Fortune Builders creates a positive environment in which to support all the members, whether it's in the workshops, online support, or over the phone. They don't deny that real estate investing is hard work. They do provide a pathway filled with resources and guidance.

They encourage each member to continue to grow in healthy, productive ways. What's more is they are constantly trying to improve themselves and make sure they are meeting the needs of their members. And yes there is a fee. If you are serious about pursuing real estate investing as your career, that fee will be recovered (after possibly one transaction). It's worth it, well worth it- a thousand times over.

We went to the Full Immersion this weekend and man! Never in our wildest dream could we have imagined the information would be so precise and clear. Our instructor Cory W presented a system of training that felt more like a by the number approach: #1, if you do this, this will happen. #2, if you do this, this will happen. #3, if you do this, this will happen, and so on. He taught, and then demonstrated each and every aspect of his lesson plan. Then he had some of us students do a walk through, and, he followed up with a Q & A to ensure everyone understood. That was so empowering. I don t know about you, but I ve never seen or known an instructor who is willing to take that much time with their students. It s seems to be the same with every person and instructor that I ve had that pleasure of meeting at Fortune Builders. I don t have any deals yet but I can say this with absolute confidence and a high degree of certainty. If you seriously take the information from Full Immersion seriously, you may want to prepare yourself for the good things that could happen. It s the best that I ve seen, hands down.
